This place knows nothing about security! Youre doing your transaction out in the middle of the lobby, verbally giving them your account info and security questions wide out in the open!!! They are accessing accounts through WiFi WHATTTT Im surprised they are allowed to do this!! WiFi can be hacked and your financial info STOLEN. wow.

I dont know how these guys have 5 stars. I have never worked with less caring people. I feel the people putting 5 stars must be employees.

I have never worked with a bank that consistently went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. I started with a loan and then business accounts, and now will be moving all my personal accounts as well. A pleasure to work with.

I just spoke with Katie in the call center for canvas Credit Union and she was extremely kind patient and professional. She made me feel like she really cared about helping me Resolve my issues and I cant ask for more than that from someone in the customer service profession. I think Katie definitely deserves a huge pat on the back and from a customer standpoint she is a model type of professional that a customer would like to work with.Thank you again for the wonderful experience
