Very personable office personnel and scan technician, Drake. I am very claustrophobic and Drake helped me feel at ease with headphones and eye covering…even though I had taken a Valium. He stopped each scan after a few minutes to tell me I was doing great and let me know how short the next scan would be….he was great! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They made my first MRI very easy and comforting. I am catrophodbic so they allowed me to take off my mask, gave me ear plugs, played meditation music and gave me Lavender scented eye cover to help me relax. Please allow theM to take care of your AND Children’s MRI NEEDS

This was my first MRI and I was a little nervous. I got a cervical MRI, so I went in head first. Drake was incredibly kind and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! I was offered a blanket (help me get cozy), got to choose music (I went with spa music), and a lavender scented eye pillow (highly recommend)! The pillow was super helpful because it helped me keep my eye closed throughout the process which helped me stayed relaxed and still!

They were amazing! They got the prior authorization I needed for my insurance and even got me in sooner than expected. They played music while I had the MRI and made it a very relaxing experience!

I have been here several times. The receptionist is always nice. The radiologist is very clear and sympathetic with your pain.

Everyone was very professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable. Drake was awesome. I would recommend proscan to anyone needing their service.

Receptionists and radiology tech were very nice and polite. My appointment lasted about 30 minutes for a MRI of my foot. I would recommend family and friends here if they ever need to get an MRI scan done.

I had my first MRI at ProScan Imaging Carmel today for sciatic pain I’ve been experiencing in my lower back and legs. The process was extremely easy and the MRI only took about 25 minutes. They walked me through everything and made it as comfortable as possible. I would recommend coming here for an MRI.

Fantastic service. Got a double-shoulder MRI. Friendly staff. Got to listen to music. Didnt have to change out of my clothes. Room was comfortable and warm. Would recommend.

I am severely claustrophobic and Drake was absolutely amazing. My MRI scan was for 1 1/2 hours (I did have some medication help) but he made it fly by with ease and was positive and understanding. I highly recommend him!

Lauren and Drake were both incredibly patient and cordial while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Im comforted with the knowledge that should I or my family ever need radiological services that we will be well tended to by them.

Technician was really nice, provided blanket and offered music for an MRI. Did great with the IV for contrast. Was able to provide me a disc quickly to take to follow up appointment.

I have a spinal stimulator and most places will not take me....these guys not only accommodated me, but made me feel welcomed! They are AMAZING and so kind! 100% will never go ANYWHERE else!!!!

My experience with ProScan Imaging at the Carmel Office, was a good one. Everyone was very professional and efficient. I felt that I was in good hands with people who cared. My only negative comment was that I had to wait for my MRI, but I understand that you give each patient all the attention that is needed, even if I had to wait a little bit.

ProScan’s MRI tech Drake was awesome today! He walked me through the whole scan step by step. Great experience and would highly recommend!

Proscan is the only place I go for MRIs and sadly Ive had many. Drake is very kind and always plays heavy metal music for me!!!

Proscan is super friendly radiological facility and have great front office personnel and Drake is very courteous and keeps you updated on how the MRI scanning is going. Jordie and Lauren are super kind.

Clean and the people were nice. As for the MRI itself, the fan didn’t seem to be working so it got stuffy in there. It won’t let me give 1/2 stars, I would have given 4-1/2.

Just finished my lower back MRI. Yes, they are noisey! But the office staff are great & theyll treat you like youre entering a spa.😉Katie was very friendly, nice & even helps you if you forget a couple pages on the back. Very professional.Drake was a great technician. He doesnt lie to you. IT IS NOISEY & cramped, but he guides you in & out & tries to make it as comfortable as he can.A very nice, small imaging facility with excellent professional staff.

Easy peasy. Received earplugs to help minimize the noise during the MRI. Had headphones to listen to some music to further help minimize the sounds from the machine but unfortunately I was unable to hear the music at all during the procedure. Received my CD within moments after the procedure.

This was pure agony for me for 1 and 1/2 hours. I really wish I would have had a heads up of what to expect like how long it would take, the position I would have to be in for that length of time, and any suggestions to help before I got to the appointment. I was not offered any type of music. The microphone was not working and I had to hit the call button just to get an update on what was happening. My back was in a spasm much of the time. I really feel for anyone who has to have an MRI from this facility. On a good note, the staff was friendly.
