I went in for a quick X-Ray. Very clean, very polite and kind front desk staff. Got in pretty quickly, technician was very polite. Had results the next day. Very good experience. Especially the cleanliness. So often these imaging companies are dirty or in need of some upkeep. This was nice. Highly recommend.

Front desk person (woman.) working 10-6 in the evening was very short with me.(rude) Anyone coming in for imaging is having a bad enough day, they dont need sour people to add to it. Techs were both kind.

I was sent here by a doctor because he knows someone who works here. I was present when he called to schedule for me. The day of my appointment I hear the staff loudly complaining about how they didnt receive an order as I waited. They called the doctor and made me wait never apologizing for what happened. Then, they take the x-rays and dont do it correctly. Im not a doctor, so I dont know its wrong just that its not the same as what the doctor told me to expect. So the doctor calls them, and I schedule a follow up. I walk in and the front desk asks, Are you the patient? Me: Yes...? And then she starts talking about an interpreter, and Im like, I have no idea what youre talking about..?? And then she STILL SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT SOME INTERPRETER?? AFTER I CLEARLY SAID IN PLAIN ENGLISH I HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND WAS NOT ADDRESSED NORMALLY WHEN I WALKED IN. So I firmly cut her off and say, I dont need an interpreter. AND SHE DOESNT APOLOGIZE. Just asks for my ID like she didnt racially profile me and listen to the words out my mouth. Then, as Im sitting filling out the forms, another staff comes out, and I hear her say something about the interpreter being cancelled, and the two of them laughing it off. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had in a waiting room. Unbelievable.Oh, and at both appointments they printed the paperwork off with a time later than I arrived. So Im sitting and waiting around even longer than a normal appointment. For the current appointment, when I called she said 3:55, be here at 4. I said how long will it take, like 20 min? She said yes. I arrived on time. Paperwork said 4:15, and I was taken in at 4:30.The reason this is 3-stars and not 1 is that the tech who did the follow-up, Stephanie, was very gracious and professional. She apologized for what happened last time and explained she usually does the scans for this doctor... But I come out in the waiting room and this woman asks if Im not having a scan done, and I say they just did, and she says that was quick ??? And then a few min later asks what Im waiting on?? Im waiting on the CD for the x-ray... Like why dont these people communicate with each other??Would not come here unless you have a referral like I did.

I was underwhelmed and truly shocked by the poor service I received as an MRI patient last month. I had a severely herniated disk that I recently had surgery for and my the surgeon requested a follow up MRI with and without contrast. We scheduled here so I could get in faster and the staff was impatient and downright rude regarding the fact that I couldn’t stand for more than 30 seconds without being in excruciating pain. They were unsympathetic to me having questions prior to my MRI starting not did they ensurie that I was comfortable.The icing on the cake is the $4000bill I received in the mail today. I recently went to Proscan in Fishers for an MRI that was less than $1000 and they treated me with kindness and respect. I am leaving this review so management is aware and others don’t have the same experience.

I called to find out the costs for an MRI, and after they told me, ($770), I found that to be very reasonable, however I was told that I would NOT be allowed to submit my receipt and paperwork to my own insurance company for reimbursement? I was told that I would have to sign three different times further stating that I would NOT under any circumstances submit to my insurance for a reimbursement? Ive NEVER EVER heard of anything like this.....UNLESS, they are allowing people to PAY at a discounted price, and then behind the consumers back they themselves are submitting an insurance claim, so really they are getting the patient to pay a discounted rate, and getting money from the insurance company!! Well I found another place, that will allow me to submit to my own insurance, AND in fact they told me they can submit if for me!!! AND the price is a lot less ($600) One minor snag, its in Chicago, however I have tons of frequent flyer miles and several free rental car days, but at least Ill be able to get reimbursed for the diagnostic test. Ill be certain to tell others to go somewhere else as well and not utilize CDI

Cannot even begin to say enough positive things about CDI! From the time of scheduling completely through to the end of my procedure the staff and facility were phenomenal! Friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful to name a few. As a claustrophobic who was in need of an MRI I would NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Their large MRI coupled with their patient and understanding staff cannot be beat! Add to that the cost of the procedure, (which also cannot be beat anywhere!) and the fact that I KNEW when I walked in the front door what this procedure was going to cost my family out-of-pocket - that in and of itself brought unexplainable peace of mind. If CDI offers the procedure I am in need of, you can bet I will be right there at their facilities for it! Awesome!

When you call to setup an appointment they put you on hold for an extreme amount of time (20 minutes-multiple times I called) Then once I scheduled an appointment they had to reschedule multiple times and now they have dropped my insurance partner as of yesterday, so my appointment that was supposed to be weeks ago but was moved to next week, is now not covered. They say the pride themselves on customer service but I believe it’s a lie to make you believe that they care.

I was not impressed with this facility whatsoever. My doctors office set up the appointment for a CT scan for me. The office “accidentally” canceled it and did not inform me. I showed up to the appointment and was told they couldn’t fit me in and to reschedule 3 days later. The entire time I was treated like an annoyance and that they had better things to do. When I did reschedule, I was told I’d have to come back for my disk/films because they weren’t aware of one the doctors requests and they didn’t have time to put it together because other people were waiting...after I’d already had to reschedule and come back once. So now I have to make yet another trip to CDI because of their poor management. I will not be getting anymore imaging here in the future and will advise my friends and family to go elsewhere too.

MRIS are very distressing for me due to some very traumatic events in my life which are triggered by the environment and sounds of the MRI. The CDI-Carmel radiologist was given a brief sentence or two telling her how I was affected by these tests and she knew what to do to help me through it with the least amount of trauma to my psyche...She was SO on spot with her solutions to the traumatizing aspects of the test that Id have guessed she was a psychological expert in addiition to her expertise as a radiologist. How lovely it is to be taken seriously and be taken care of by someone outside the psychological community. Ill drive from Kokomo to Carmel anytime just to get the higher quality of care that CDI Carmel offers.
