I was sent for 2 maintenance screenings(mammogram and bone density) with the understanding the services were covered 100%. Turns out just because my doctor and other Community Health Network providers are in-network, this one is not and Iโm left with a balance. I provided my insurance card 24 hours in advance and they should have been able to tell me they were not in network. Buyer beware. Wonโt be going there ever again๐ก
