Wow! I could not have asked for a better experience! The ultrasound tech was very professional and sensitive to my child with severe medical anxiety. She and the radiologist surprised us with immediate positive feedback on the test. I’m so grateful they took a few extra minutes to ease his fears. They showed great compassion, and I can’t thank them enough for the personal treatment. The young man at the check-in desk was very friendly, professional and kind too.

The staff at this facility were really nice and caring to my dad. I’m so very appreciative of how compassionate and caring they were. 5 stars.

Apparently the Carmel location is confused about the fact that they are there to serve patients. I called to make an appt for an X-ray and was told they only do walk ins for X-rays. I showed up at 7:05 and was told they were closed. Oh really? Website says you are open until 8? I also tried to come last week and showed up at 725 and was told that they closed at 8 and wouldn’t be able to fit me in. So as it turns out, the guy tells me that they leave when they don’t have patients. Well guess what? You do have a patient, and it’s me! Now I need to reschedule my dr appt because I don’t have the X-rays I need after two attempts at this location. No, I can’t make another trip back and no I can’t come early tomorrow morning. (My answer in response to the employees questions). Why should I have to to accommodate your employees who clearly aren’t interest in working? Perhaps aligning on some standards that do serve patients would be a great place to start. Your patient experience is one I will never recommend. In a world of choices, you have helped me make mine, and I won’t be back the next time I need an X-ray.

I had the best experience today with Beth and the entire staff. I waited for less than 5 minutes and the entire process was under 15 minutes! Beth chatted with me during the whole process completely taking my mind off of what was happening, leaving me at complete ease. When I left she gave me a thank you card, even though I felt I needed one for her! I highly recommend this location and will return for any future imaging needs!

I went here for xrays of my back waited forever. Then I fill out all there paper work and they file my address wrong forgetting my apt number and then sent my bill to collections so I paid it immediately and have waited 4 months and still have heard nothing of it coming off saying it will take longer to file since covid 19 and I’m fed up it wasn’t my fault in the first place why am I getting punished for this

I’m not sure if they are trying to upset potential clients, but a lady called me at 6:30pm on a Friday night to tell me they couldn’t find my order and that the Dr supposedly lied to me. What is weird is they allowed me to schedule my mri in the first place so they had my order initially to schedule. Also, they made me call the on call physician. They wouldn’t even do it.

Very great place they definitely know to make feel safe and comfortable through the whole process definitely would recommend anyone this place

I was just calling to inquire if they received our payment. Rachel from billing over phone yielded at me the whole time even though I told her the way she behaved was unprofessional and not nice to a customer. Not sure if its the way they want to lose customers like this.
