The whole staff from the time I entered to my exam was so so friendly and welcoming. I felt my questions were answered before I even knew I had them and the doctor gave my some helpful advice on eye care and allergies. I will definitely go back to this office.

I had a wonderful experience after I came in without an appointment to have a piece of my contact lens removed from my eye. They got me right in to see Dr. Levack who was able to quickly remove it. She also took the time to find an alternative brand for me to try after I told her that I was having ongoing issues with my contacts tearing on me.

I have been going to the same optometrist for several years and until the last couple of years I had been extremely happy. After seeing Dr. Levack today I wish I had come to her much sooner, she is amazing. I will highly recommend her to my friends and anyone who I hear of in need of an optometrist.

Start to finish, checking in for my appointment, the technician doing the very slick preliminary testing on very current equipment (couldn’t have been more slick), super friendly and upbeat female doctor (Dr Lee?). Then the friendliness of the woman assisting me on ordering new lenses. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today and left there feeling so cheerful.

DR. Levack is outstanding. Explains everything thoroughly and answers questions in a way that la layman can easily understand. The staff were all wearing masks and gloves and everything is wiped down with disinfectants and clean before you enter the exam rooms. Felt very safe during this time of the pandemic. Dr. Emmons is an excellent clinician. His exams are thorough and complete. He shares information freely and in a manner that is easily understood. He involves the patient in the decision making process for treatment options. And he is the nicest guy youd ever want to meet. One never feels rushed during an appointment with him. I have seen him now for four years and appreciate his consistency.

Great service start to finish!

Found out that I needed bifocals. The doctor was very kind and explained to me the pros and cons to each options for me as far as either bifocals or two pairs of glasses. I ended up getting two pairs for distance and reading and I hope this helps with my headaches.

I had to change my appt so I saw Dr Levack . I found her very upbeat and pleasant. She listened to updates. She asked for my opinion what I wanted for correction. I told her & asked for her suggestions. She suggested a couple options for contacts. I am trying them. With all your diagnostic machines I was surprised you still use the glaucoma test that puffs air in your eyes. (Not that its bad). My Ophthalmologist office uses one that doesnt. Very pleased so far & hoping for a winning combo for contacts.

Dr. Fagin is a pleasure to interact with, knowledgeable, and thorough. Was able to schedule on short notice.

Dr. Doyle was wonderful, good bedside manner and knowledgeable. That being said, I didnt like how this LensCrafters scheduled appointments. Specifically, they triple booked 3 patients (including myself) at the first slot. They had 2 doctors, but only 1 functional exam room at first. Even though I had made my appointment for the first exam slot 2 weeks prior to the appointment, I didnt end up seeing the doctor until ONE HOUR after my scheduled appointment time because LensCrafters triple booked appointment and only had 1 working exam room. Not acceptable.

Dr. Levack was very attentive and full of energy. Answered all my questions. No waiting. Staff communicates very well.

Dr. Sheri Levack, the nicest Doctor ever, Office staff Management not so much. They made a mistake on my name and the office manager had the worst attitude, even though it was an easy fix. Expected more from the Manager. Zero customer service, most likely will never come back.

Dr. Sheri and the staff were fantastic! My wife and I agree that it was one of the best obstetrician experience we have had and we have been wearing glasses for decades.

The ophthalmologist answered all my questions; staff was very efficient.
