Excellent customer service. Dr. Coriell is knowledgeable and uses the most up-to-date technology. She explains everything and recommends what is best for you. Her staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. They answer any questions you may have. Excellent cute selection of glasses. Good discounts if your insurance isnt accepted and she tells you why your insurance isnt accepted. She sent me a letter stating that my insurance company was doing inferior work and she wasnt happy with that. She wanted what was best for her patients. I appreciated that .

Our vision insurance recently changed, and I was grateful to find a optometrist with a private practice who accepts it! I had a very positive experience during my recent annual eye exam with Dr. Coriell! She was very thorough and took the time to explain things to me as well. She was very kind, and her staff was also very welcoming and friendly! There appears to be a nice selection of frames when it comes time to get my next pair of glasses. I will feel confident taking my children there for their exams as well.

Dr Coriell provides excellent, personal care. She is genuine, caring and patient. Her treatment is individualized and very thorough. I could not be more pleased with her and this office. My experience with Coriell Eye Care was fantastic. I received an eye exam and retinal scan, which both were done quickly with Dr. Coriell clearly explaining procedures and my results. I was thoroughly impressed with how carefully they looked over my insurance coverage in order to get the best deal for me ordering glasses and contacts. Overall, an incredibly stress-free visit.

Very friendly staff and current on the latest technologies. I went to a chain eye place 2 years ago and it was crowded, loud, did not have anyone to help me find frames in an overwhelming sea of frames my first time looking. Coriell Eye Care was the opposite - quiet, friendly staff, a nice (but not overwhelming) selection of frames, someone to personally help me choose frames and walk me through insurance and pricing. And their prices were not out of line - It is always sticker shock buying glasses, but it was not more than I paid 2 years ago at a chain. Will definitely return!

This is the place I have gone to the last two times to get my eyes checked/new glasses. The staff is very nice and very helpful. They dont pressure sell you into something you dont want/need. They will suggest some things that may help improve your experience, but they will never force a sale down your throat. I like that I can say I like a certain type of frame and they will pull as many around as possible. They also gave me a free pair of contacts so that I could actually see myself when I tried on the new glasses. Overall, it is a very nice laid back shopping experience that I will continue to return to. :)

Dr Iddins was great! She was so personable and thorough. I haven’t had a lot of luck with eye doctors the last few years, so it was such a relief to find Coriell Eye Care. The staff is flexible and accommodating with scheduling and insurance as well. Thanks for the great care!

I love Dr. Coriell and Dr. Iddins and have been going to this office for about four years now. One of the things I loved was that it was an independent office (that took insurance - a rarity!) where everyone knew you when you walked in. I was always willing to pay more for the service I felt I received here. And Im not saying that the people there arent great now. But to walk in and not recognize a single face there and be told that everyone is gone except the doctors know that MyEyeDr is in charge is very disheartening. To see no color or personality in any of the frames on the walls or in the cases. Everything was just so...blah. And part of what made it so special here was that people didnt need name tags or to sit behind a laptop. Kim especially always went out of her way to look for the perfect frames or to keep me posted if the lab was taking a while and she knew all my weird quirks about how I like my glasses. The gentleman I met with when I went in was very nice and friendly and helpful, but it just felt like he was doing a job and I never felt like part of someones job when I came in before.

I am writing this review on behalf of my family (hence one of their name appears here). For years my wife and children had their eye doctors here and there, and either not terribly happy with the prescriptions received (eyes are very sensitive!) or the process in getting them. About 2.5 yrs ago, I sent my children to Dr. Coriell. She is very nice, willing to spend time on my tons of questions, and does follow up. Her staff is very friendly and makes good efforts for us to lens orders or pickups. As a result, my wife switched to her eye doc to Dr. Coriell and remains very happy (actions speak it all!).In addition, Dr. Coriell is very supportive to local community activities.

Ive been going to Coriell Eye Care since they first opened. I was looking for an optometrist and not just an eye doctor, but also somebody that had great, genuine customer service . Dr. Coriell fit the bill for all of that and more.At first it was just me, but I have gotten married and have had 2 children since going there. Dr. Coriell and her staff are always super friendly and accomodating to our schedule. She even takes the time out of her day to make the kids feel great too.I have also been impressed with the technology that Coriell Eye Care has. Each year Ive gone, they have updated to the newest technology. You wont find yourself using sub-par equipment.

Consider this: Mistrust can exist even inside workplaces that are outwardly supportive. Indeed, arguably the worst bosses are the psychopaths wholl smile to your face then stab you in the back. Its stressful even to think about that kind of behavior.

I went to Coriell eyecare for my first time very recently. Before that I had gone to the same eye doctor for almost two decades. Dr. Amy was very patient with me, and she even let me come back in and have my glasses checked as they were my first new pair of glasses in many years and I wanted to make sure they were perfect! I felt like I was in great hands, and will be returning for my next eye appointment!

The entire staff was friendly and very helpful from the first call. Dr. Coriell is super nice and knowledgeable. Ive been wearing glasses/contacts since I was 12 (15 years) and this was the best eye care experience Ive had. Highly recommended.

Dr. Coriell was fantastic. She discovered that my previous glasses were over-corrected and adjusted my lenses accordingly, and was super friendly and helpful throughout.Her staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Today I called to ask whether my new glasses had arrived. The person I spoke with on the phone stated that they had just arrived today and I could stop in and pick them up at any time. I got in my car and drove there. I sat in the waiting room briefly and one of the ladies came up and quite rudely said were on the 6th business day, theyre not ready yet, inferring that I had made it to adulthood and somehow failed to attain the ability to count. I responded by saying Oh okay, but I called about an hour ago and the person indicated that they had just arrived. I got a response of Well theyre not here. Nothing else. No apology for the confusion. Nothing.Mistakes happen, thats okay. Im not even upset about the fact that drove 20 minutes from home to find out my glasses were not there; that was probably an honest mistake. However, implying that the mistake is my fault is a great way to lose repeat business.

Had a change in insurance and had to find a new eye care specialist (btw - loved the one we had been going to for over 15 years) AND found Dr. Coriell. From the moment I called to schedule my 3 children and myself, through our appointments over 2 days and glasses and contacts ordering - I discovered a place even better than our previous one. We had a great experience - courteous, prompt, understanding, descriptive, helpful and knowledgeable - I feel like we couldnt be in better hands!

Polite and professional. Most people only hear the bad, but I have yet to have a bad experience here in the 3 years Ive been a customer. Staff is eager to help. Doctor Coriell has made accommodations numerous times for me when I had scheduling issues. Mistakes happen in every line of work, but rarely have I seen a place go the extra mile to make it right. I wont go anywhere else. Glasses selection is second to none, and the technicians are very knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend Coriell Eye Care. You wont be disappointed.

Dr. Venezia has been awesome! He truly cares and has helped me with finding contacts and glasses that work best (even with cataracts and an extreme prescription). I bounced around offices before finding Dr. Venezia but I’ll be coming to him from now on!

Ive had nothing but bad experiences here. Doctors are very nice....but....from the start August 13 until now, I havent been able to get the right thing. The 1st eye exam was wrong, so I had to go back and have my sun glasses and glasses re-done on August 31st. Then since they wouldnt have them ready 10 days later (which is their time frame) i had to return them and get them somewhere else. On the August 31 I paid restocking fee of 100$ and $50 for contacts exam.. I placed an order of contacts...well today is September 26, went in to pick them up and they told me they were back ordered; which no one told me anything about. So it has been almost a month and a half and nothing has been done right :(

Just picked up my new glasses today, wonderful staff and felt very welcome! My doctor (nice blonde lady forgot her name) was wonderful and recommended a new lense that is already making a difference. Highly recommend.

Everyone from start to finish was extremely friendly and kind. Dr. Coriell was precise and comforting throughout the exam.The ladies up front were able to make the choosing process much easier with input and guidance!

Let me first say that Ive worked with Dr.V personally and hes a very good doctor. Me and wife have no complaints with dr or staff on the day of exam. The issue for me right now is that wife ordered her glasses over 30 days and no had the courtesy to notify us of this delay. On date of exam we were told 7 to 10 business days. We have been more than patient. Everytime we have called someone says end of week or next week. We have called atleast 3xs and have been told this. I asked the staff if they were doing anything for customers due to this delay (they said others are having issues) they said no. To be quite honest i dont even recall someone apologizing. We havent complained until today. No one seems to care about delivering a good customer experience. I understand there are things you cant control but all we ask is to be communicated and have some sort of goodwill credit. If thats too much to ask for we will get glasses elsewhere. Very disappointed in the service after exam.***update****Ok Google doesnt allow you to respond to owner so i have to add this update on my review. I only intend to set the record straight on what was said. The office staff DID NOT call me nor my wife until we CALLED THEM FIRST. I think it is ridiculous to mislead people. Also, after my review the manager left my wife a message (she was at work) stating she would offer a credit and that my wife did not need to call back, that they would call her when glasses are ready. Ofcourse manager responds to review AFTER she called making it seem like we havent responded. The manager has worsen situation with this response. On the voicemail for my wife she said her name was Amy. I highly recommend to not purchase glasses here and to only get exam. You can see from previous bad review the manager responded defensively versus taking ownership of what occured. My wife is going to cancel this order. My wife doesnt usually get upset often which is why i write the reviews. My wife is upset with how the manager is deliberately lying. So after over 30 days about 35 days we didnt get our glasses. We are going to call manager asap.

This place used to be amazing. Great service, great people, good prices. Now it has collapsed. Too many teenagers/inexperienced young people working at this place now. Not to mention this place closes at 5 pm mon-fri (which is unheard of). To begin, my trials were sent to my old address, and the person on the phone said they cant order me more until they receive the wrongly shipped trials. I told her you dont know how the world works. Little did she know, she mailed them to my old apartment and the person living there most likely threw them away. She finally re ordered them. They also wouldnt ship them to me and I live 25 min away which also pissed me off. Finally MONTHs after my exam I was able to try the trials and tell them which trial I liked so that they could order me a years supply. So, I went to pick them up to find out someone had ordered me yet ANOTHER trial pair. I was SHOCKED at how many brain dead people are now working here. Its now been 3 months since my exam and I FINALLY just got my years supply of contacts. I will never come here again for any form of vision care.

This is not the place to take young children to get glasses. The first time we went to get glasses they were short-tempered with my four year old! when I went back in and was waiting to pick up my order, I listen to an employee come out of a room and say to another employee, ugh, he was the worst patient! Spoken in normal tone of voice, not quietly... I thought to myself wow how very unprofessional. Then I got the same attitude from a different employee when I was speaking to her about issues with my sons glasses . Very disappointing. Lost my familys business for sure
