So months ago I requested to see a certain stylist and when i arrived at the salon, they informed me she had been in a car accident and that they would be putting me with a master stylist.Come to find out, the stylist i requested was NOT in a car accident and quit due to the owner of the beauty lounge, Eva, discriminating against her.Also, the “master stylist” they said i was seeing was actually just an ASSISTANT. This place lies and treats employees awful. Me and my friends will never support this business again. The owners are awful from what I have seen and heard.And in response to owners reply : yes, this is the correct salon. Eva “the owner” and front desk Joey are awful and I will never recommend this salon on 116th street behind McAllister‘s.

Alicia is an excellent hair stylist! Attention to detail and very professional. I recommend her 100%! Very nice salon.

Today I had my hair done by Alicia and I absolutely love it! She did a wonderful job! She was so nice and friendly and made me feel super comfortable! I will definitely be going back to her.

I came in for Botox and filler’s. Very professional, great eye for aesthetics and Overall knowledge. The Injector is not just a aesthetician but she is also a nurse practitioner. That is not something you come by every day. It is your face and you can trust them with it.

Eva the owner high lighted my hair and did my roots.She listened to what I wanted and my hair color is perfect. She is very sweet and personable. It is always scary going to a new hair stylist but she was great. Love the Davines Products they use too.I will definitely return to have hair done.

I had a pedicure with Heather tonight and she was great. Very professional, very high quality work. She had a mask, changed her gloves several times, offered me gloves to look through the polish samples, and told me what changes she was making due to CDC (no use of hot towels). The other lady doing nails however seemed to chat and putz around more than work on her client’s feet. Her client was in progress before I even got in the chair and hadn’t even had her polish done yet when I was walking out. Also this other technician did not wear gloves at all during her session and used hot towels on her client no less than five minutes after Heather said out loud to me “we are not using hot towels due to CDC regulations”. Very glad I got Heather for my appointment tonight and not this other woman. Overall safety otherwise at the salon was great. They had me wait in my car until they were ready for me and took my temperature in the lobby before I proceeded to my appointment.

I have followed and admired Eva for many years. She followed through with the vision she had early on in her career. I was always impressed with her drive and ambition. Eva is kind, caring, and giving. The Beauty Lounge is warm and friendly. I always feel very relaxed and pampered! I look forward to my appointments each month with Eva!

Sheryl is wonderful, and I can’t image going anywhere else. She is an absolute professional but has a very warm demeanor. Her PA credentials are a big bonus as well. You are in good hands!

Generally, Im super nervous about having my hair cut because its curly. Usually, I feel that hair stylist always want to straighten it because it is so tough to style it just right when its curly. David was very kind and won my trust very quickly. He is a Ouidad specialist, so he actually went to school to learn how to cut and style curly hair. He framed my face well, and he also showed me how to style it curly. He also said it would look great straight as well. So, today was a win-win for me! Thankful for such a great experience!

I visited this salon a couple of years ago. The person who colored my hair did not do a good job. She seemed like she was trying though.What made my experience so bad was the owner. I talked to the owner about it and she gave me a hard time. She was completely unprofessional and told me never to come back into her salon even though she was at fault. She was incredibly arrogant and entitled. A customer is always right, especially when the stylist makes your hair blonde when you asked for low lights.I haven’t gone back since! There are so many other great places in Carmel. Don’t go here.

The first time I went, I purchased a Groupon for a cut/highlights and a Moroccan treatment. Sarah was amazing and I’ve since been back multiple times. She always does such a great job and I enjoy talking to her. Today, I treated myself to a 20 minute manicure they were offering with Crissy. It was so nice and a job well done. I definitely recommend The Beauty Lounge.

I’ve been seeing Sarah Mangan for almost 18 months. She is AWESOME! She has never steered me wrong in anything- color, cut or my extensions. I am so fortunate I found her and my daughter drives 2 hours just to see Sarah now too. I highly recommend Sarah and The Beauty Lounge is lucky to have her in their team.

A gem of a salon in Carmel..I had a spa service and these folks have much experience in the beauty world. Very polite staff, beautiful salon and knowledgeable technicians.

This was my second time at The Beauty Lounge, and I highly recommend it. The reception area is chic and welcoming, with both orange water and bottled water offered. The atmosphere is beautiful and clean, and I love the private area where they wash your hair in a massaging recliner! (And the area where you place your neck in the wash bowl was incredibly comfortable.) I felt pampered, and it didnt seem noisy like other salons.My stylist, Sarah Mangan is amazing, and my color and cut turned out exactly like I wanted despite the fact I wasnt even sure what that was when I walked in, lol.I wanted to mention that I know they use quality products because my color (chestnut brown glaze with soft highlights) lasted 8 weeks between visits.

Really love the beauty lounge! All of the employees are very friendly. Love Holly at the front desk and Lyndie has been doing my blowouts. Everyone that works there is just so nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place :)

Sarah is a amazing. I came in to the beauty lounge because I really messed up my hair. We have been really working to get it back and Shape. Now my hair looks great and feels awesome. I would suggest everybody to come to Sarah if they have problems with her here. I will never ever go to another hairstylist after experiencing what a great job Sarah does .

I visited this salon recently, thought I would try it out. The only thing this salon has going for them is their decor and location. My manicure was basically a simple polish, no clean-up of the nail. Also, they didnt being my appointment until 30 mins after my appointment time. They also sent a text message to my phone after the appointment without my consent. Im also not sure how handicap patrons would get to their third and second level. Overall I would not recommend going here. Ill stick with my original salon.

For years I have been going to Beauty Lounge for my hair cut and occasional blowouts. I used to visit another salon for my color and touchups. For the past few experiences the salon I used to visit for my color I was not happy with their services. The stylist was very rough with my hair and inspite of several times mentioning to her , she continued to be rough on my hair. It made me decide it was a time for a change and I could not think of anyone but Beauty Lounge and Eva. Eva is very gentle on my hair. She cares for my hair as if it’s her own. The staff is friendly at Beauty “Lounge. I am glad I switched to TBL and could not be happier 😊

Im not happy with my service here or with the customer service at all! I got my bottom eyelash extensions filled and the girl that did them left a gap on the side of my right eye to where if I even lose one extension it will look terrible and also she didnt put any lashes on the outside corner of my left eye! I tried getting them to fit me in for a few minutes so she could maybe fix it but there was all kinds of excuses that they didnt have time even after I told them that I had to leave town immediately because of my job. The cost of the service was not even communicated to me when I asked but the woman I talked to claimed it was. She was mistaken on that point. The most they did was refunded me $15.00 and I am no happier now than I was before I got my lashes filled. Im not saying that this was meant to happen by them but it wasnt right!
