Anna was super sweet she did an amazing job. It was a breath of fresh air after trying a lot of different places. This is now my forever nail salon.

I was very pleased receiving my Luxury Pedicure and Queen Manicure with regular polish. I received this session as a birthday gift and was very pleased to have a birthday song play when I checked in. The technician was very good -- I was very relaxed and she did an excellent job with the hot stone massage and regular massage. I absolutely loved the peach extract used in one of the creams -- I smelled amazing all day long. My legs are still soft a week later! She did an excellent job removing the hard callus from my feet and getting them smooth. The sugar scrub during the Queen Manicure was very awesome. She did a good job tidying my cuticles.The salon was clean, everybody was wearing masks, and all staff were friendly and helpful. Customers were wearing masks as well. The music is a little loud, but the atmosphere is still great. The colors are soft and pleasing.I would reccomend spending the money on the Luxury Pedicure. Its worth it -- the products used during the Luxury Pedicure are high quality. I had a good technician who was friendly and attentive.

I was excited to try Crown Nails after a friend recommended the salon to me along with her two favorite technicians.Prior to the appointment, I received a text reminder that I had an appointment with Jason. I arrived early to the appointment and was told that Jason was sick, but that someone else would take care of me. I was disappointed, but decided to go ahead since I had already arranged childcare. Someone finally took me 25 minutes after the start of my appointment- frustrating.The technician informed me that the shape I wanted (almond) was a $5 upcharge, which is strange since I have very short nails, but I went ahead and agreed. He was nice enough but my nails ended up looking very thick and resembled gumballs. Nothing was done to my cuticles and there wasnt even a slather of hand lotion. (I later found out from my friend that cuticles arent included... NOT surprised).I decided to call the next day to give it another chance and request that my nails be fixed. I actually spoke with Jason, who was nice and apologized stating that he was at the other location (not sick) and I made an appointment with him the following day to get my nails fixed.Again, prior to the appointment, I received a text reminder that I had an appointment with Jason. Today, I arrived at the agreed upon time for my appointment... Guess what, he was sick again- yeah right!Overall, I was disappointed by their total disregard of appointment slots, the final product (super thick gumball nails), lack of basic manicure procedures, and completely unnecessary upcharges. Ill be back to my regular nail salon even though it is a much farther drive.

I love this place. Hal is great. I always get the Royal Pedicure which provides hot stone, warm wax, hot towel and collagen socks. It is my special treat to myself and I get so relaxed it is hard to leave and go home. I just want to go to sleep. 💤😌 Thank you Hal 😊

I have been seeing Anna for about 3 months now and I started at the Carmel location! I am so glad they opened the Fishers location it’s so nice!!! And there’s a bar! I get acrylic on my toes and Anna does an amazing french as well.

I have been going here for a few months and would always book with anyone, as I trusted their employees since I have always been happy when I left the salon. However, Brian helped me this evening and I will be requesting him in the future. He was incredible, and made a point to get to know me. He took his time with my gel pedicure and gel fill in, and both sets turned out amazing! I highly recommend Brian, and this salon. This salon is by far the best one I have found in Hamilton county.

I was looking for a nail salon that my husband and I could get into prior to the 4th of July holiday. We needed a pretty specific time and the location was fairly close to home. Crown nail salon met our needs. We both had a great experience - perfect pedicure, experienced nail tech and very clean environment. We definitely will go back.

Manager at the time didnt like that I stated how bad his job was and asked me to leave. Very unprofessional not taling responsibility for a bad job that did. Wanted to add pictures of the horrible job they did but the website isnt giving me that option.

Such a lovely space! Clean, fantastic color selection, quality service. Knocked a star off because for the last three or four visits my gel manicure starts chipping off after four of five days.

Really enjoyed my first visit at this salon. i appreciated the attention to detail with both my pedicure and gel manicure. The technician even che led periodically with me to make sure the color, nail length and pressure was to my satisfaction. I will be back.

I had not had a pedicure in some time and was looking for a place nearby. The other reviews seemed great, so I made an appointment over a week in advance with a specific tech mentioned in the reviews. I showed up 5 minutes early for my appointment and checked in. Was directed to pick out my color while I waited. I was then directed to a pedicure chair where I waited 25 minutes with no tech. One of the other techs came by and said someone would be with me shortly and collected the polish I had selected. I waited 10 more minutes, and still no tech. Having other things I needed to attend to, I left. I understand you may be busy, but I would expect staffing to support the appointments on the books.

First visit: I Got nail dip manicure and pedicure on 6/19/22 by 6/26/22 most of the dip polish had fallen off of my fingernails. So the product barely lasted a week. Im disappointed for several reasons. I had expressed that I did not want my nails filled down. However, the technician suggested the dip manicure he failed to tell me that it requires filing down of the nails- EXACTLY WHAT I DIDNT WANT! He didnt tell me that it was required until it was too late he had already filed most of my nails🙁😡. When I realized this, with a smirk on his face, He asked if I wanted him to stop. I responded- whats the point? Youve already filed most of my nails 7/10?! He was more concerned with making additional $ than following my wishes. Now my nails are back damaged, and very thin from having them filled down- although i made it clear that I didnt want any services that required that. Based on this experience I would not recommend this establishment

My mom and I just went to get myself a full set and her a gel pedi. Mai did such an amazing job on my nails! She was super friendly and flexible, letting me know when the color I had chosen was a bit too light for my skin tone. The general feel of the salon was calming and everyone was very kind. My nails look absolutely stunning as do my mom’s toes! We will *definitely* be coming back. Such a great experience overall! :)

Anna is the best nail tr h I’ve ever seen in over 40 years of getting acrylics.

Very clean and everyone was very friendly. They did an excellent job on my nails. However, I was charged an extra $10 as the color I wanted had yet to be opened. I did not really understand why I was charged this fee, despite this it was a positive experience.

I went there for the first time tonight! It was absolutely amazing! I had pretty damaged nails and from acrylics and wanted something that would protect my nails. They took their time and didn’t rip off the acrylic nail.I got dip nails with my natural nails and they look amazing and my nails feel so good and I am obsessed with the length and the color. It works good with my school and job! Definitely going back!

This was my first time at Crown. I was able to make appts for two of my daughters and myself, for their “Honey Queen” pedi. It was my daughter’s birthday and that’s what she asked for. When we arrived, they were very busy. We had to wait about 1/2 an hour. However, they were very apologetic and offered us seats in the actual pedi chairs, while we were waiting. We didn’t mind because the techs were very thorough with each customer and I would rather have waited than be rushed. When it was our turn, we were treated very well and not at all rushed. Everything was sparkling clean and very organized. Our finished nails and feet are gorgeous! My girls and I were very pleased! Will return for sure!

Had a great pedicure today. Anna was thorough and efficient, communicated clearly and provided an exemplary experience at a reasonable cost. I’ll be back.

I am extremely disappointed in my nails that I got yesterday. I washed my hands and the color is gone on the base of my nail. I had horrible service. I didnt pay $60 for my nails to fade into nothing. She made me bleed and I wont be returning and wont recommend your nail place to anyone. The nail technician walked off not even giving me a chance to look at my nails and tell me I was done. She left them rough on the ends and sharp. 0/10 wont be returning.

This is the second time in a month I have gone here. The first time I got a pedicure and gel manicure. The gel chipped after 3 days and had to be completely removed after 6. I paid $65 for this service.The second time I went I asked for a pedicure and a dip manicure. After getting the dip nails done, I asked about my cuticles being cleaned up because I had asked for a manicure, which they didnt do. My total was $87 which seems ridiculous for not even receiving the manicure I had originally asked for.I wont be going here again.

This nail salon is by appointment only. The staff here is friendly and professional. They do an amazing job. I highly recommend Crown Nail Spa to anyone who wants great quality for the price they pay for.

This was my first time at this salon and also my first time getting a full set of acrylics. I had an appointment with Jason and was very impressed with his professionalism. I was running 15 minutes late to my appointment, because I got off of work later than expected. I called before heading that way to make sure they could still squeeze me in and they were so understanding. Jason wanted to make sure I walked out with a full set that I loved, and he did just that. I won’t go back to any other salon. Crown has won my business!

I went to Crown Nail Salon for the first time this morning and absolutely loved it! Sunny did my nails and she did such a great job, I am so pleased! Everyone was wearing a mask and spaced out, I was pleased to see the measures they had in place when it comes to Covid precautions. The color choices are amazing and matching toe polishes are a plus. I highly recommend going here to get any services. The salon is very clean and professional looking.

We were about 10 minutes late for our pedicure appointment, but were promptly and politely greeted as soon as we came in and enjoyed incredible service all throughout. The establishment was clean and socially distanced. Tu Le did a great job and even sent us home with Christmas gifts!

I’ve walked in a few times and I’ve had an appointment. Each time they were quick and right in schedule. My nails have looked awesome each time. I’ve done a full set and I’ve also done the dip powder. Both times my nails lasted longer than every other shop I’ve gone to. I’m very impressed. I’ve been doing my nails for over 20 years. This place is great!

Nina always did a fabulous job on my nails and I don’t think she works at crown anymore :(. I got a pedicure yesterday and the man who did mine did not shape my toenails and 2 of my nails are already chipped a day later. I am super disappointed, especially when I paid for more than just a basic pedicure.

Let me start out with the positives. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and a nice place to relax and be pampered. My mani/pedi turned out great too. Where my experience was lacking was with the communication skills and customer service of my nail technician, Sunny. She spoke very quietly when giving me instructions in English, but I know she can speak much louder because any time she spoke in Vietnamese to talk with her coworkers or to complain about me, she was definitely audible. I usually don’t reveal that I speak Vietnamese until after I know the technician is nice and conversational, and this time was disappointing. Also when she was ringing me up, another technician came up and told her she charged the wrong amount for a service, but she just said oh well, I already charged the card. I let it go because I didn’t have any proof, but I was disappointed by the lack of honesty and integrity. In the future, I would recommend asking for a breakdown of your charges though so you don’t get swindled of your money. I might give this place another try some other time, but will definitely request someone else serve me.

I had my nails dipped, and they r still beautiful on week 3. Going back soon for update! After years of going to same salon, only to be disappointed with the Dip chipping off my nails and not even lasting a week the last few months,,, I think I have found a new salon that can do a quality job and with lasting powers!

Of the dozens of nail places around, this one is by far the best! They remember your name, always are professional and courteous and everything is clean and organized. They always utilize a rewards program so if you are someone like myself and get your nails done on a routine basis, its a great incentive!

The man who pulled my old nail set off and gave me a new gel nails set was too rough. Made me bleed a few times. I also booked online to have a paraffin wax treatment on my hands and didn’t get it. I won’t be returning.

They are very clean and do a fantastic job on my full sets/fills(and I always like to do long and specially shaped which can be hard to find people to do this right out here) and pedicures. Highly recommend.

The staff is all very welcoming, it’s a calming environment, and they do a fantastic job on our nails every visit. In the mist of COVID my expectation for all service establishments is to take the health and safety of all customers seriously. I scheduled an appointment a week ago being assured there would only be one appointment at a time. When I arrived the salon was full of people...not single appointments...not 6 ft apart. Someone actually had their young child there. Yeah I’ll pass...you don’t get my business if you can’t put health and safety first. Periodt

Tom was amazing! I came in there with nails that were extremely damaged from my previous salon doing techniques that were quick for them, but unhealthy for my nail. Tom spent time fixing the issue and was very knowledgeable. Plus, the place is gorgeous. Will definitely be back! :)

They got us in right away! I got acrylics from Alex and he was amazing! My friend had Mia for her acrylics and she did amazing as well and was cracking jokes the whole time! They had so many styles and colors to choose from for both gel and dip.
