I hadnt been to a Supercuts in probably a decade, didnt know there was one in my neighborhood and I was beyond desperate for a haircut. I took the chance and called with my fingers crossed. The stylist who took my car was friendly and told me to come on in! So I did. Store front was clean, plenty of seating and easy to socially distance. One stylist greeted me before I was 10 steps in side and she knew I was the Lady whod just called. One other stylist was had a customer and the greeting stylist was finishing up one. Only 1 other customer and I was in a chair within 5-8 minutes! My stylist was very polite and friendly, she took a look at a photo reference Id brought, and she took my suggestion of an 8 guard well - I think she could have set me straight if Id needed it, but nicely. I was done quickly with a great new style, she had no-pressure advice for styling products and she graciously accepted my Thanks, payment ($15 for an adult cut w/o shampoo or styling!) and she totally deserved a good tip. Parking lot is a little tight and confusing, and I didnt see any marked Handicap spaces. Overall, I was impressed with this location, and when I need another cut (pixies take hella trims, like every time you blink!), I will head here first instead of my old salon!

I just got my hair-cut by Ne-Ne. I highly recommend her. I lived most of my life in Los Angeles and I got a $500 cut and color for less than a 1/5th of that.Also of note I was visiting a friend and needed my hair done that day and that was no problem.I will definitely schedule future hair cuts with her on my visits.

Alyssa did an amazing job on my wash, dry and style (blow out) She did a better job than my usual salon and at half the price. Her level of competence is on par with a seasoned stylist at one of the high end salons around town. I would not hesitate going to Alyssa for any hair service, especially if you are looking for the very on trend voluminous, loose waves.

Guadalupe G & Kaysi Moore did a phenomenal job on my hairstyle!! They worked professionally as a team with the highlights and the experience was the best Ive had at Supercuts. I highly recommend this location. Thank you ladies!

Great service with a smile. Ask for Brianna especially, shes a real sweetheart. Ive been coming here for a while at first just for a hair cut. I usually come in early in the morning Mon thru Friday. The girls that work the early shift are the best. I now get my hair even colored here. They have the secret formula to hide my grey. Lol

Extremely disappointed in the haircut my son got today around 6PM. The front is so incredibly uneven. The right side is legit a half inch shorter than the right. I would have noticed before we left but the stylist had it brushed to the side. Thankfully I was able to fix it myself at home.

I have been looking mangy and long-haired for a long time since my last scalping by a so-called barber. Since we moved a year and half ago back to Indy, I had not found the right place to go for a haircut until I read a review in Yelp about Supercuts - - - where someone was totally satisfied about the service, the price, the locale, and the person cutting his hair. OK, sounded good to me. I called told them I was on my way. I was welcomed by Casey, a delightful young lady who reminded me of my younger sister in an earlier part of my life, cheerful and positive and willing to take 5 years off my already crumbling structure as per their ad on their plate glass window. OK then, you can always tell -mark my words- how well someone is going to cut your hair when you feel how they touch your hair and your head. This girl, Casey, had magic in her fingers. No buzzing machine was held in that hand, but flying shears that took off not 5 years but, venture I say ten years? A happier camper could not be found on the north side of Indianapolis yesterday morning. Thank you Casey and thank you Supercuts!

Madison did a great hair cut and hair coloring. Professional, gentle and thorough. I had a hair cut and hair coloring about two months back at the same location with someone else and it wasnt done properly. So, I did mention about my last visit disappointment and they took the feedback and did a great job this time. Will ask for Madisons service next time too.

Took my 3 year old to get his hair cut and the lady that did it was fantastic. She knew exactly what suited his hair type. Its tough to keep my kid still but she was quick and patient! Definitely coming back!

Dont believe the Supercuts app wait time for estimate. Stopped here because the app showed approximately a 10 minute wait. Being a bit pressed for time, I checked-in via the app expecting a 10-20 minute wait.Nope. 36 minute wait. This location took 3 phone call appointments while I sat and waited. Are these phone call appointments being calculated into the app estimated wait time?Left this location with a quality haircut, but highly annoyed at this business practice.

Ronaye is amazing! She has been cutting my hair for the past ten years or so and is the only person I will willingly go to. She listens and asks questions about what you want. She pays attention to what you tell her about your lifestyle and what your hair has to do to be workable for you. She is masterful with the razor cut - something that many stylists cant or wont do. (I always receive compliments on my hair style.) And, she is smart and funny - so your time in the chair is enjoyable. She is a truly excellent stylist and person!

Very friendly and funny hairdressers. Good for quick cuts. If you have time, get the Tea Tree Experience. Its soooo worth it!

Loved the haircut

The stylist that did my hair acted like I was bothering her. Blow dried my hair and didnt mention that she was charging $7.00 to do that. She then straightened out my hair and it was ugly. I dont think that I will be back.
