This is my absolute favorite nail salon! the salon itself is gorgeous and always so clean. I had this awesome nail design done by Star. Along with the salon being beautiful and so we’ll put together, Star along with everyone else was so nice to work with and very clean as well. Strongly recommend.

To start, this place is extremely clean. It smelled wonderful and it gave off a wonderful aroma that was entirely relaxing. It started to go downhill once Star, a veteran nail tech of 21 years, started on my nails. I chose a 622 Peach color for my nail beds, but Star brought over a 618 Peach. I figured we could try it - and once the color was on I decided it wasn’t what I wanted. I asked Star, multiple times, to remove the peach color from my nails and was told she would. Somehow, wires got crossed and she thought I only wanted my thumbs without the peach. I’m fairly new to nails, and wasn’t sure if there was a process to this or not - but believed she knew what she was doing and decided to place my trust in her. She became irate when I mentioned that she didn’t remove the peach, and threatened to charge me double. Pao, the owner, kept asking me why I didn’t inform her that I didn’t want the color - and thankfully the receptionist was kind enough to mention that she heard me say it. I was getting French tips on my nails, and when Star was finished redoing them, the French tips covered half of my nails on multiple fingers. Thankfully, my normal salon was able to fit me in right afterwards and they have since corrected them. My partner was with me, also getting their nails done. (See images) By the time Star started on their nails, she was aggravated and annoyed and proceeded to do a horrendous job at an ombré. Not only was she forceful and jerky with their hands, she didn’t dip their thumb correctly - and when my partner mentioned their thumb not being correct Star just pretended not to hear them. We decided to say nothing more, as we could tell they were already upset over my nails, but felt it was necessary to warn future customers about Stars 21+ year design skills and their inability to accept fault for their shortcomings. It’s normal to not have the same exact image that you ask for, but it’s also normal to specify when you know you cannot do something that you insist you are capable of. Extremely disappointed with how the nails turned out and how they didn’t offer anything to compensate - not even an apology.

I love visiting this salon for my regular manicures and pedicures. The salon is beautifully decorated, clean, and has a soothing atmosphere. Pao (the owner) greets everyone with a smile and makes every effort to ensure her clients have a positive experience and leave satisfied. I always feel pampered whenever I visit. Since I started coming here my natural nails are healthy, strong, and look fabulous! Thank you, Pao, for taking such good care of me!

A very warm, inviting, clean and comfortable environment. Ive had several different technicians over my numerous services here and have consistently felt my experience to be personalized and thorough. They have been kind in accommodating my appointments, even same day and last minute. This has become my go to spot for a mani/pedi, and I highly recommend it!!

Had an appointment for 3:30 and didn’t leave the salon until 7:30. I had to get my polish “soaked for an hour and a half. During this time, I watched around 10 customers come in and be serviced without any nail tech offering to do my nails. The owner says this is because the only nail tech that can do dip powder AND on “longer” nails was with a client. I find it strange that only one nail tech in this establishment can use dip powder. When I approached the owner with my concerns she was very apologetic about the wait but she was not apologetic about the fact that her staff is not trained on all types of nail techniques. The woman who ended up doing my nails couldn’t even do the design I wanted, she quite literally admitted that if she did that design it would not be cute. Then when I asked if I would be compensated for my wait and not getting what I was looking for, the owner got loud and said I was taking away money from the nail tech. I spent 1.5 hours getting my polish soaked off and the nail tech only spent 30 minutes doing my nails. I feel more bad for the nail tech because so many other clients came in and the owner was like “only she can do your nails” but the nail tech was feeling sick and she just kept getting assigned more customers while her coworkers were doing basic sets. I’m honestly angry that I had to spend money here for something I didn’t even want.

Literally the best nail salon in Indy/Carmel. The salon is clean, beautifully decorated, and the nail techs are so talented. My nails ALWAYS look PERFECT when I leave.

I came in as a walk in. I asked if they had time to do a gel removal and manicure. They said yes and for me to pick out my polish and sit down. The owner wrapped my nails in acetone and put my hand in heating gloves. Then I sat there for 40 minutes. My nailbeds started to hurt. It was very uncomfortable. I began to take the gloves off and a tech came over and asked why. I said because they hurt. She sat down and started to pull the foils off. My time was running out from waiting and I stated that I needed to leave in 20 minutes. She took off the gel and just put oil on my nails. Not enough time to really smooth them or file them or to polish them now.My issue is, if you are overbooked and cannot see someone in a reasonable amount of time, just say that. Don’t try to stuff someone in the already overbooked schedule. I would have gladly came back when you were less busy. But now, my nails hurt, look horrible and I have a bad opinion of the salon. It is too bad, it is a lovely place and is very clean.

They took me in as soon as I got there. Super sweet staff, they offered me a drink and were always checking if I was alright. Very clean and organized. The person who helped me did great and took his time. Loved it, highly recommend!!!

I would not recommend this place at all. Please see attached photos.I went here to get a gel manicure before a wedding I was in.I made an appointment and arrived the first thing that went wrong was the gel color I had picked had seemed to go bad.It was curing it a bubbly pattern. We found another color.What I didn’t realized when we tried the second color, was that the tech grabbed the regular polish and started doing my nails. She was very frazzled and did 3 coats on one hand, only two on the other.Then she took one hand out of the uv light and put cuticle oil all over it, without doing the topcoat. Then when I reminder her about the topcoat, she just patted off the oil and did the topcoat on top of the oil. It resulted in a very tacky polish. I had what I thought was gel on my hands, so while getting ready, I wasn’t very careful, thinking my nails were dry. The were not in fact, and the nail polish smeared all over my bridesmaids dress that I was wearing that day. It took about 2 hours to get the polish out of the dress.The bigger issue, is that when I called, Crystal, the manager, just hung up on me. The only solutions offered to me were for me to return and have them re do them or get 25% off my next visit.I simply wanted a refund as I did not get a gel polish like I paid for. As seen in photos below and my ruined bridesmaids dress.When I asked for the refund, the owner asked me if I thought it was fair if I let a lady work for an hour and not pay her. My answer was no, that isn’t fair. I think as a business owner she should have refunded me and not penalized any employee. You can still make it right with your customers and not dock employees pay, which is apparently what this owner does. For that reason alone, I would not return. It is on an owner to ensure customer service and care is being taken. This could have been a learning moment for everyone, maybe to better label the bottles, instead, the owner insinuated that by giving me a refund she would have to dock someone’s pay. That is simply not how any owner should be treating customers or employees. I hope everyone working there is fairly compensated, even when mistakes are made.The quality of the product was poor, but I amMore turned off by the attitude of the owner towards both customers and employees. Be warned.Pointer and middle finger are what rubbed off directly onto the dress.

They reuse materials and clean old files and pedicure sandals ! yes the ones that are colorful and ONE USE ONLY! Aka disposables... They wash them in the washing machine in the back. This place is not clean AT ALL not to mention they are using MMA products! Even worse ! I also wanted to add that an former employee confirmed all of this and has to leave her job because she did not agree with the conditions considering her friends and family are serviced there. Don’t let what looks to be clean fool you! This place is dirty .

Went to this location with my girlfriend to get pedicures and to get her nails done. The women who did the manicures were nice, but they cut my girlfriends toes open multiple times. They didn’t give her a hot towel afterwards either. When painting her nails, they lost track of their coats. When they moved on to her nails, the woman who did them messed up her shape, completely ignoring what she said. Shortly after, she broke of my girlfriends nails. She grabbed another woman and refused to finish my girlfriends nails; I assume out of embarrassment. Extremely unprofessional.

This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it! Everyone was so kind and the nail tech who did my nails (I’m horrible with names and can’t remember her name) did amazing! They turned out perfect and exactly how I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back!

When i saw the reviews on here i was so excited to get a set of simple, almond shaped, one color acrylic nails done. my sister and i came in and hers looked FABULOUS, having been done by the owner (who is phenomenal). i have nothing bad to say about her work. however, i was serviced by a gentleman. my nails were so bumpy, uneven, splotchy, and just all around the worst set i have ever gotten. he even cut into my skin on my thumb nail. i was so disappointed. there are dozens and dozens of nail salons in the carmel area, but i chose to go here since the reviews were so lovely. as someone who is low income, getting my nails done is a treat. something i only do maybe twice a year. something that will last me almost a month. but now i am sitting here with sore fingers and messed up nailbeds from having to soak my ugly nails off. i would only recommend this place if it is the owner doing your nails. if they try to sit you with the man, run far far away.

I have tried something new after Covid and Be You TIful Nails is the place. I go to CK and she is very helpful, positive and nice! Everyone is nice for that matter. I travel about 24 minutes and pass several nail techs to get to them and it is well worth it!

VERY attentive and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. My mom and I both had pedicures and she went above and beyond to fix our needy feet. She took her time and did not rush. It’s been awhile since I’ve had a quality pedicure like this. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I found a salon that cares. Be.You.tiful Nails has an air system that takes out all the bad air. Very clean nice environment. A wall of nail polish and a huge rack of dipping powder of every color. Pao (owner) is awesome. Im going back for sure.

Five stars isn’t enough. Finding a good nail salon isn’t easy, we all know that. Finding a salon where you feel like you belong, is nearly impossible. Pao calls us family, and introduces everyone to each other, and you feel like you’re at home. It’s a place to relax, but also a place to connect.But, for the nails. Pao and CK are amazing. Gel, Dip, Manicures, Toes, Impossible Designs? They do it all. I walk in every two weeks with a Pinterest picture and Pao works it out, always. You can see in the pictures below that I like to mix colors & do designs, and I love it.
