Dr Addy is one of the nicest doctors Ive ever met. He really cares about his patients. It normally take a bit longer when you go there but that is because he talks to you. He ask questions and tries to teach a better way to live through healthy eating and positive thinking. I have been knowing him for over 5 years , I lol forward to my visits with him .

Dr Addy is a classy provider who cares about his patients. It is his office management staff that yanks his rating down from 4 stars to 2 stars. They tried to bully me into paying a bill that I didnt owe. It was their mis-handling of my insurance that caused the ordeal. There are 2 people that are soo rude! (they stand out, they work up front). One of them told me & I quote, Im liable for payment after I explained thoroughly via mailed letter where they errored in insurance billing. Conclusion: Dr Addy - 4 stars .... Office Management - 0 !

Dr. Addy is a good Doctor, but his office manager is incredibly rude and condecending. She is the reason we chose to go to another doctor. I am sure we are not the only ones she has treated this way. She needs to learn customer service.

Idc if I have to wait. He is a very good doctor and his staff is definitely the nicest people!! I would recomend people. They actually care about the people that go there!! You are definitely gonna be tooken care of real good if you Come to Dr Addy his staff is most definitely very nice people and hes really Nice himself and has always helped me amd my health issues!! Yes i uave waited long in the room but its probably because theres other people who need to be tooken care of just like me so i dont Gripe about that. And when he comes in to See me it goes really good. Glad that i switched to this Dr!!

It does take a long time in the waiting room. But he is very thorough and he cares about his patients. He is in the business to heal. Its about the money. When you get to see him, he takes his time and you are not treated like a herd of animals!!! It truly takes awhile, but it is very much worth the wait!!! Also, he likes healthy stuff much more than the chemicals that hurt you!!! Thats my 2 cents worth!!!!

Always been a great doctor. Only listen to me

Ive been a patient of Dr Addy off and on over the past 7 years and hes one of the best Doctors Ive seen. Each and every time Ive had to see him or call him for any reason, the Dr or his staff have helped me no matter what the concern may have been. Id recommend him to anyone in or around the Carlsbad, NM area.

The staff makes this place. The front desk girl is great. As far as Dr. Addy. He does NOT listen especially in regards to your pain issues. I left because of this reason. Other things he may be fine, do not recommend for pain management.

BE PREPARED TO WAIT UP TO 4-6 HOURS WITH AN APPOINTMENT. THATS JUST THE WAITING ROOM. ANOTHER HOUR AT LEAST IN THE EXAM ROOM BEFORE THE DOC COMES IN. THEN YOU GET ABOUT A 15 MIN ASSESMENT AND HE IS OUT.

Horrible bed side manners, I asked for my money back so I could go to another doctor. I do not recommend this Dr at all!

Terrible, terrible service! Dr Addy isn’t bad, but the people he has working in the office are awful. I have waited in a room for 3 hrs waiting to see the dr. I have been way way over charged for a visit. I have waited for weeks for a prescription to hit the pharmacy or it never does! I will never be back there! Unbelievably terrible dr’s office.

This doctor has helped me get my life back. The staff is 👌. The only thing is I wish I would get seen by my appointment time. I come from far and wait in waiting room for up to 2 hours.

Worst nurses and staff takes days to anything simple do not go there

Dr. Addy seem to be withdrawn and if not sneaky it was like he had something hidden atleast a couple times he was completely dishonest about a diagnosis, you couldnt question him or his staff no matter how nice you were he took offense and retaliated in an ugly way, that was to bad for those who couldnt find a replacement in this area especially those who had been with him several years like myself, I truly hate to say these things but more I feel sorry for anyone who might suffer if I didnt.

After 2 hour wait with an appointment, we decided the wait was too long and left.
