HIGHLY recommend Dr. Thayer. I never feel rushed, shes thorough and really listens and knows her patients. Answers her emails very timely and will fit me in if I feel I need to see her ASAP. I drive 40 miles to see her and Id drive 100 if she moved. LOVE her.

Dr Thayer is a caring, understanding person. When our family dr. retired about 10 yrs ago now we were placed with dr. Thayer. What a great find for our family as Kaiser is a big HMO and Dr. Thayor makes you feel like its a small practice.

Almost impossible to get an appointment with in a reasonable amount of time. I got bleach in my eye and asked for a referral to an eye doctor for prescriptions glasses and she wouldnt give me a referral until I saw her first, but her next appointment was TWO MONTHS out. The same thing is happening now. Im covered in hives and Im in massive uncomfort, its so itchy and she wont let me see a dermatologist until I see her but shes not available for TWO MONTHS. Never answers the phone either.

Very difficult, no, unable to reach by phone. Have tried multiple times and was put on hold for at least 5 minutes, before hanging up frustrated. Never received a call back. Have yet to speak to an assistant or to the the doctor herself.
