Let me preface this by saying my appointment was at 9 am and it was almost 2 hours before the Doctor walked in the room to see me. I am a 48 year old woman with a long history of debilitating migraines. I am a professional and do not have the luxury of taking to the bed, I have to be able to function. We moved to New Mexico in June. It took 4 Doctors (Primary care and 3 specialists) in 2 states working together to get my migraines manageable. Botox injections, Trokendi, Amovig, and medicine for breakthrough headaches (which are controlled and unpopular with pharmacist). After spending 5 minutes with me, and doing most of the talking this Doctor makes the determination that I am taking too much medicine. He d/c’s Trokendi (which he admittedly had never heard of. Asked me to try vitamin B2 in place of Amovig and sends me on my. Note: This Doctor has not seen nor asked to see any of my medical records not of the CT of my sinuses, the surgery where I had my nose rebroke to try to breathe better to stop the headaches. The month following my visit with him I spent 5 of 7 days of the week in bed with a massive migraine. I went to his office to speak with the nurse and was told “I needed to make an appointment with the Doctor”. No thank you. If you’re looking for a Physician who is old school he may be the one for you but if you require complex care RUN! It has been an absolute nightmare.

The receptionist was super rude. I waited for several minutes and finally had to call out to get her to come to the front and help me and when I explained to her that I had forgotten my mask that morning because I was in a rush to make it on time she told me that I could buy one for a dollar. After waiting nearly a month for the appointment in the first place and walking there to make it on time I had to leave because I didnt have a dollar. Im never going back there or recommending them.

Disgusting bed side manners. He is incapable of understanding tone of voice or understanding what is said or asked and when questioned acts as if your not supposed to ask questions because, he told you to do something. So I wait there in disbelief waiting for what else he had to say and he sharply looks up and mocks my face and asks me what Im looking at..i said your the Dr., Im waiting for you to tell me whatever you were going to tell me next. He again continues to argue with me and I just couldnt believe how aggressively he was speaking to me, calling me names and never once tried helping me understand my question. Left in tears. Im cash pay so I wasted a chunk of money for nothing. The receptionist sounded like she was bored and not a receptionist and looked like she crawled out of bed. Very sloppy. Terrible, disgusting man. Awful office!

Dr. Ojiaku, is a awesome physician. He is not just a Doctor, but a person who really takes the time to get to know his patients. That being said, I enjoy going for my appointments, his staff are people friendly, respectful, and make me feel at home when Im there. When Dr.Ojiaku does his assessments on me, he displays genuine concern, and goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. He also treats me like friend not just another number, and thats very important to me. Hands down I give him and his staff 5 stars, times two. I always leave with a smile, and highly recommend this physician to anyone who is looking for a good doctor who actually cares

The staff are very friendly and Doctor Herbert is an outstanding gentleman. Ive been visiting this doctor office since 2013 and theyve always provided excellent service, a real pleasure.

The receptionist with the white hair is totally rude! She acts like she hates her job and treats patients like they are an inconvenience for her. The nurse is amazing and very kind and so is the Doctor. That receptionist is out of place... she is dressed like a teenager and acts like one too. She looks like she’s in her 40’s she should dress her age and more professional since she’s working in a Doctors office!! Other than that I love this office being a woman in her late 50’s Have a lot of health issues and they have always met my needs. I give them 5 starts.. I still think they should give the receptionist the boot!

I love Dr Herbert he has been my Dr any many other people I no he cares and treats his and my self patience very well Ill never want to c another Dr thank u ojkiu for being the best Dr to me Melissa Hobbs

The receptionist is dressed very unprofessional. The urgent care clinic refused to see my wife because she was obviously in pain. They said they are only seeing patients with cold and flu.
