The girl that did my Lash Lift was awesome, but the lift didnt last for a day! I tried explaining to them that I havent even washed my face and the lashes are already back down, but the Managers havent even gotten back to me of what their plan is. They upsell you on their products and dont even help you when their services dont work 😒

I called with questions about lashes and did not book a time , asked about times- I stated I would stop in and secure time and leave deposit - I never made it there but they called me the next day to ask me why I no showed and that I owe no show deposit!!! ☹️😡Not professional at all!!

They took my credit card number to “hold” my appointment time & promised they WOULD NOT charge me until my lashes were done.THEY LIED & STOLE MY MONEY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT!Because I’m visiting the area I took a wrong turn & got lost. Was 15 minutes late, even tho they CHARGED me for a 2 hour block of time!I’m SEVERLY handicapped with Scleroderma.THEY canceled my appointment! Even tho I still had 1 hour & 45 minutes left of my appointment!They said they would give me $50 “credit” if I wanted to make another appointment.That’s it...$50!They charged my credit card THE NITE BEFORE my appointment!!They SWORE TO ME THEY WOULDNT CHARGE ME UNTIL MY APPOINTMENT!They are liars!Have no compassion for the handicapped!Unreasonable !Thieves!

Best lash place you could go to in the area. The manager, I believe her name was Jocelyn, was so welcoming. My stylist was PHENOMENAL. I got 6d lashes and they are 1000 times better than just getting the individual ones. I would recommend to anyone!!

Today was my first time at Amazing Lash. Not only were they mindful of social distancing and facial coverings, but they also checked your temperatures as you walked in the door. I loved how friendly the staff was! My esthetician, Emma, did such a great job! Im in love with my lashes! Definitely would go back!UPDATE from 02/20/2021: I recently went in to get a full, volume set. I loved how Nancy, my lash technician, paid so much attention to detail. She continuously checked if I was okay throughout the whole process. She did such an amazing job on my lashes! I am truly in awe with them and her work.

So happy I made the decision to come here and get my lashes done. I had a bad experience at a different lash place, and when I called to book the appointment, the assistant manager Joseline was very understanding and booked me for a removal and a whole new full set. Sarah did my lashes and they are exactly what I wanted. Love!!!!

I got my lashes done by Ana and absolutely love them! Joseline was super helpful and sweet. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

I’ve been to this location and the one in Del Mar and they are both fabulous. It was my first time coming to this location after they had been closed for so long for quarantine and its so clean. I was welcomed warmly by Joseline and Ibytza. My stylist was constantly sanitizing and had a mask on the entire service. Lets not forget the fact that my lashes are to die for!!!Will be coming back!

Theyve done a good job with my lashes. And I love having long full lashes! I choose the nature look, they have several to choose from. They have two prices charts, one for members and nonmember prices. Members receive a discounted price.

The BEST place in North County to get your lashes done!!! I’ve tried all the lash gals and they all do amazing! I love that the retail they sell is specifically made for my lashes. It really helps in the retention and everyone is so educated about how to care for my lashes. I recommend booking an appt in advance. Don’t bother going anywhere else!! You’d be wasting your time!

Sarah did an amazing job with my lashes today! I decided to do the “cute” lashes 6D....bold but nice for vacation fun. I would recommend Sarah for lash application. Studio staff were friendly and assisted me immediately upon arrival. Studio was clean and relaxing.

My wife wanted to try eyelash extensions and I am so thankful that I found this place! I booked an appointment with the friendly staff. I highly recommend making an appt in advance as they do book up quickly. It was a 2 hour appointment for her first time and she upgraded to volume. It was her first time and everyone was very helpful in advising her on what style to get and how to care for them. This is the place to go!! She religiously goes every two weeks and wakes up incredibly happy, feeling beautiful, and it’s worth every cent! Don’t go anywhere else!

I am really glad that I switched to the Amazing Lash Studio in the LaCosta Towne Center off Rancho Santa Fe Rd (Leucadia extended) and LaCosta Bldg. Other salons were unable to manage creating the look that I want because my natural lashes are so curly. Bree, my Lash Specialist at this location, lets me relax while she works her magic to add my extensions!

Do not go to this place!! they are rip off customer. they make you sign contact with them for monthly fee and you can get 1 refill each month. My eyes lash falling off way to early 2 days after I had it done.I went in one week early before my monthly due Joseline told me since I came in one week early I had to pay for my monthly fee and extra for the refill. Then one week after they charged my cc again for monthly fee. I called them back to let them know that they charged my cc twice this month and ask for the refund. The reception there which is Joseline who has no good customer service at all just told me that unfortunately she wont give me a refund. if you decided to go with this company please make sure watch out for your cc.Strongly not recommended at this place I feel they dont do a good job because they want you to keep going back to do a refill with them.I had my eye lash done at other place and my eye lash last much longer.

My wife visited amazing lash studio in la costa before our wedding and she was extremely happy with the experience. The entire client experience was wonderful and I highly recommend anyone looking to get their lashes done to visit the Amazing Lash Studio team.

First time getting my lashes done and it was a great experience and I love my lashes done by Alyssa..shes wonderful!!

BEWARE of these inexperienced unprofessional lash girls. I had a full volume set applied by DEJIOUR and I was pain and agony the whole time. She would pull my real lashes during the application even when I asked her to please be more careful. My left eye ended up swelling up and all irritated that night and I had to come in the next day. She applied them too close to my water line! Not only that, but I had another professional lash specialist (at a different location) look at them and she said she did a TERRIBLE job applying the volume lashes. They are clumped together, at least 5 of my real lashes on ONE volume fan! So they fall out in clumps. Horrible experience. DO NOT SEE DEJIOUR!
