My wife and I used another salon for a few years. Started off great but quickly turned 180 degrees. New staff each visit, quality down and no one did anything about it. We were told about Polished Images Nail salon on Paseo del Norte in Carlsbad. Lesa Ho was recommended to us. What a sweetheart. She is very friendly, professional and listens to our need. Wow, I was really impressed with this salon. Sheri owns the whole place, and is the best manicurist Ive been to in a long time. She squeezed me in between her appointments as a walk-in with no notice, as I was out exploring my new neighborhood. She was professional, fast, friendly as we had a good conversation, and her level of expertise really showed in her quality of doing gel nails. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to get their nails done here, I will definitely be back.

Weve recently (3 months or so) become clients of Victoria for our nails and could not be more pleased. Everyone in the shop is friendly and cheerful, the atmosphere is relaxing and our nails (fingers and toes - 1 with gel and 1 natural nails) look great. Our manicures last a full two weeks and our pedicures a month. Victoria is a true professional and a lovely person.

My wife has been a regular customer for over 20 years. She gets her hair, nails and pedicures here. She says the people are genuine, friendly and take a personal interest in her. The quality of services is excellent; all the ladies who attend to her are professional and are experts in their field. Prices are much more reasonable than higher end salons even though the quality of service is high quality. Many of the ladies at the salon have become her trusted friends. Finally, my wife always looks polished and looks forward to her appointments.
