Delilah did amazing job. Very professional and I had roots, low lights and high lights. Then she trimmed it and styled it. I from out of town but when I come to visit I will get my hair done. She was on time with my appointment, everything was efficient. I’m super picky too.

It was okay, I had a mask on so it felt like they didnt like me from the start just because of that. When its supposed to be the rule, thats fine i can get over that. In the end when she realized I wasnt there for a fight, she did the job and cut my hair, but wish politics didnt go into deciding if she wanted to try to cut my hair good or not.

Totally the worst customer service experience ever! I scheduled an appointment a day ahead for 2:30pm in the afternoon, showed up at 2:15 with my son for the haircut. We sat down and waited, a gentleman sat down next to us maybe about 35 minutes after 2:00. Clearly my son was definitely in the reserve seat there before him but Delilah the stylist chose the gentleman over my son! I voiced my concerns of why he was chosen before my son and I was told, oh he had the first 2: 30... totally blew my brain! Im not quite sure what makes my 2:30 any different from the next mans but totally know her choice was personal and not professional!.. Forced him to wait another 30 minutes then sat him down in the chair and gave him a three out of five star haircut. Almost as being vindictive.#Greatcutsherewecome

This place is a joke, staff is rude, I walked in with my boys at 1 for hair cuts, there was one person waiting, she said they couldnt see any of my boys till 3, I asked if I needed an appointment and she said no they take walk ins but they wouldnt start on my kids til 3

The staff always does a good job straightening my curly hair. My daughter also had her hair dyed the coolest rainbow by HOLLY! Dont let the Karens fool you. I have never had a bad experience here in the 10 years we have been coming here.

My family went in to get cuts with Bryan. We had a great experience with him. My kids are ages 2 and 3 years old. Usually, hairdressers are skeptical to work with the littles but it wasn’t a problem for Bryan. He did an excellent job with both of my kiddos. I booked with him on another day to do a cut and color for myself. He really went out of his way to make my hair look and feel healthy again. He was very friendly and professional along with his coworkers at Smart Style. We will definitely be coming back to see him.

I went and got a hair cut and my stylist was Marlo (if Im correct) she did an amazing job and made sure to ask me with everything how I liked it longer shorter ect. She did a really great job. I was a walk in and was seen in about 10 min if not less. Thank you so much! Only thing I didnt understand was it was only supposed to cost $23 and at the end came to $36 😬 I didnt understand.. Only reason Im giving 4 stars is the price.

Randomly entered the salon, desperately needing my ears dropped, and I was greeted immediately. My stylist, Kate I think, was pleasant and was very personable. I didnt feel like I was getting a haircut, she made it feel more like a conversation with your grandmother. My haircut looks great and have gotten many compliments after. Price wasnt too bad, but then again its a Wal-Mart salon. I will definitely be going back there for my next haircut.

Marlo gave me a fantastic cut! I recommend going in and seeing her. Yea she may have RFB but she is a sweet lady & I forgot to tell her Happy Mother’s Day so if you read this hope this makes your day.

Only giving 2 stars for price. Me and my husband went to get hair cuts and I got a one color all over dye. My husbands haircut is crooked on one side and my hair looks awful. It’s colored in steaks and some of my hair has no color. Went the evening before leaving town to get married and didn’t have time to get it corrected. Would rather pay double somewhere else.

Horrible place. Rude workers. Its like they dont even know how to cut hair. Maybe on men because shaving a head is easy but completely clueless when it comes to women cuts. The lady that did my hair butchered it. I cried for 3 hours after I got home. My hair is all different lengths. Im going to be basically bald when I have a REAL stylist fix it. My family stopped coming here when I was little because they didnt know what they were doing, but lately people have been saying theyre good at doing hair now but I should of realized everyone who told me that were men. Its like you guys hire girls with no experience. Very very upset and I would not recommend to anyone. Not worth their prices. Disgusting.

There was a long wait today. While this was a inconvenient, it was a good sign. There were only 2 negative reviews and that always makes you worry. I am on vacation and my hair has gotten to unruly. My hair is very wavy, thin strands and lots if it.. Not an easy cut. They were friendly, did a great job and I would go back.

Got their this morning at a few minutes before 9 (their supposed opening time) and waited behind another customer. There were two employees in the salon, one of which was actually trying to get the store open, while the other sat on her phone. Finally, at 0915, the stylist opens, letting the four of us inside to check in. While we were checking in, the stylist (or whatever she was) yells out, “I’m not taking hair.” She then walks to the back.My stylist was nice enough, and did as good a job as any considering I only got a buzz cut; my problem is that they open late consistently (this isn’t the first time) and that there was another, clearly visible stylist, that refused to work when there were so many of us waiting in line. Walmart, get this place together for the love of god.

Terrible people should be fired for being so insufficient. Make up there own prices. Please look for a different salon I know its easy to just walk in here but they do terrible work and are way over priced! Good luck.

Worst place ever. Inattentive service, the ladies don’t care, and they take their sweet time getting to the next customer. All talking and no work.

Walked in with my little boy on Saturday at 6:35 pm (12/30/17). There were 2 employees (on their phones) and no customers. We were initially told they were closed. I asked about the sign in front of the store that said 7 pm and the hair on the floor. They then said they were still open but werent doing anymore haircuts as they were about to clean up. I wont be bothering them anymore!

Not happy with the bangs I did not want my daughter to have. Just because a 4yr. Old says she wants a hair cut does not mean too cut her hair, especially since we were not there for my daughters hair.

My family tried 2x to use this salon. Both times we left because the staff is rude.1st time, I brought I son (5) We had waited an hour when it was finally our turn to be next. By that time my son was getting antsy and I had to tell him a few times to settle down. At 1st, he was not doing anything outside of what you would expect from a 5 year old waiting an hour. Unfortunately, the more fidgety my son became the more style started dragging her feet to call us. She literally walked around for 15+ minutes doing nothing. During this time my son went into full overload and I left with him. I fully understand that not everyone has the patience to deal with children - especially special needs children, but IMO then you should not work at a salon in Walmart. The stylist escalated this situation by not wanting to do her job, part of why my son was getting wound up was because he was excited to get his hair cut (this was the 1st time in years he had been even happy, let alone excited for a hair cut) If she had simply called him when she was done cleaning from her previous client instead of trying to wait for someone to call him he would not have gotten as worked up.2nd time, (3 months later) My husband decided try it. He got there approximately 1 hr before they closed. 2 people were waiting. It took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge he was standing there. Then he was told it would be at least 45 minutes. Finding this odd he question the stylist Why 45 minutes for 2 people?After some back and forth questions, the synopsis of her reply: 6 people were one the list in front of him and even though they were not there waiting she would wait for them to show back up from shopping; instead taking care of my husbands cut. At that point he left.

Went in at 630pm to buy shampoo and they were already closed. Hours are supposed to be until 7pm.

Looks like I gotta wear my cap for 2 weeks. I dont like my mid fade. They gave me a military style fade. I had to pay 21 dollars for it😞

Called and asked about availability, I was told they could take walk ins around three. When I showed up I asked how long the wait was and the only response I got was tomorrow I asked another question and the lady blatantly ignored me.

Made an appointment at noon its now 25 after 1 and still waiting, every Mexican that came in after me has been serviced and is gone , racism muchnever again 1 star is too much

Rude worst haircut i have ever had. The girl cutting my hair was so distracted by everyone else and other things going on that i literally sat in the chair after my shampoo for nearly a hour.i will never go back there and i will tell everyone i know to find somewhere else to get a haircut! !
