Was a walk-in and taken right away. Had 2 technician working at the same time. In and out in record time

I had not had a mani/pedi for a while but I made an appointment at a nails.com because it was convenient and close. I had never utilized the services offered at this location, so I did not have names or referrals, but I got Moon- which I am happy I did. She was excellent. Very friendly and wonderfully professional. She honestly takes care of her clients and it is clear that she takes pride in making sure that everyone who visits leaves happy with her work. I have gone to many nail salons in my 3 decades of life (good and bad) but I surely would recommend Nails.com to anyone new to the area. Also, another plus is the fact is how I made an appointment, showed up 5 minutes early (to pick out nail polish, look at the options/pricing, etc.) and they were expecting me. I cannot stand making and confirming an appointment and waiting an hour. I didnt have to worry about that here!

Nice folks, but work is really in need of help to keep updated with level of service at other salons that charge as much. Tried this salon out of urgency since it is in proximity to office, but not worth spending the time and money, as frustration always comes in at several steps in the process; cream massage on legs right after nail polish (damaging the nail polish), no hand massage, very poor nail filing, just poor service overall.

These ladies are the very best in the business when it comes to real gel nails, not gel-covered acrylic nails. Ask for Lisa if you can. Shes the best of the best, and seems to have pioneered the process of creating perfect, natural-looking gel nails.

I have been going to this place for years. Great place. Occasionally, they will assume I want the premium pedicure. I prefer they ask but other than that, its a great place.

I got a nail infection after getting cut with a nail clipper that wasn’t sanitized. I had to ask her to remove the nails before they were even close to finished and she didn’t acknowledge my bleeding fingers. She then charged me $12 and asked for a tip. My nails are extremely damaged and falling apart. Very rude and they don’t try to fix their mistakes. Go to Revive Nails and Spa instead.

Lisa did an excellent job. My nails look perfect. I cant stop looking at them.

I had an excellent experience. I forgot the name of the lady who gave me the pedicure but she did a great job.

I gave one star not for the actual mani/pedi, but for the way they handle their business. I called a little after 9am to see if they were open, did they require appointments and what they charged. I was told they were open, liked appointments and charged $43.00 for mani/pedi. That the reason their charge was so high (her words not mine) is the product they use is the best. When I was paying I was told $53, when I said What? was told $58, again I said What? and told $63. I said I was quoted $43 before I went in. Was told that because I opted for no polish, but buff its more. And that they did treatment on my feet. That treatment was in their menu - I said I wasnt told it would be more BEFORE they did it, paid $50 and left. Beware before you go.
