I drive from Fort Myers to see Corina. She is amazing. I have never had any stylist do my hair the way I say. I bring in a picture and Corina will make my hair look better than the picture. I always feel welcomed by all staff. It is always clean and nice and they will wipe down between each client. I think Corina has a special talent with hair. She is amazing and I would drive 50 miles to come see her. She always makes my hair look beautiful; I feel so pretty when I leave after she’s finished with my hair. She has a special talent with hair and she’s always happy and smiling. So positive and I enjoy seeing her and everyone there. Had my son (4 years old) get his haircut there. The lady cut him 2x, never cleaned him off. Still charged us. Will not be back!! Went there on a whim because our normal barber didn’t have any availability for today. NEVER AGAIN

Tried to get my 2 boys a hair cut as a walk in there are 3 employees doing nothing and they are telling me that they have appointments in 10 minutes. It takes 5 minutes to do a 1 on the side and 2 on top. One of the worst customer experiences I have seen

My stylist of almost ten years is no longer available following the pandemic and I was really not sure who to turn to. I called upwards of a dozen salons in the area and this was the ONLY place that did not treat it as an insult when I asked how much experience their stylists who did colouring had. It was the reason I chose this salon.They were able to get me scheduled with minimal delay, saw me promptly at the scheduled time.I met with Karyn and discussed my ideas and she educated me on how to go about the style and colouring I wanted to achieve. My first appointment was several hours of work and I was very happy with the results.Not once was I pushed into a sales pitch for product. She was very professional, as was the rest of the team that I observed while I was there. The staff were mindful of cleaning and the salon gave a welcoming environment.I will be returning and am so glad to have found a new home with a stylist I can trust.

Carina Is very nice she does a wonderful job either color and cut and she always makes you feel special when you sitting in her chair she’s never rushed she gives you the upmost attention I drive from Lehigh to Cape Coral in Pine Island because I love what she does she’s an awesome person

I love Supercuts and I love my hairdresser Karen she does an amazing job in fact Ive gotten her a couple names because I waitress and people love my hair and they ask me for her name and where I go so I definitely recommend Supercuts and Karen

I always go here for my haircut to see Karyn, she does a great job and listens to exactly what I want. I have been recently during this pandemic and feel completely safe. They require everyone to wear masks, the place is kept clean and the staff are spread out. Would highly recommend!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I had my mom’s haircut today and was supposed include blow dry. I was supposed to pay $18 and I was charged $40. This place is extortion!! I will be charging this back on my credit card! And she is 75 years old and they don’t even give Senior discount.

Just had my hair cut again here, 2/21, showed Zoe a picture of a style and she cut my hair perfectly, she is outstanding!! I had my hair cut today, the hairstylist did an awesome job, like she knew what I wanted, always a great cut every time I have been there!!!

Ive been coming here for quite a while to see Zoe. She always gives me a great haircut, and she is very professional. Ive missed her the past few times Ive come in, and I ended up getting my cut from Eliana. She has also done a great job, and she always remembers me when she sees the streak of blonde in my hair. I appreciate being able to see either Zoe or Eliana and know that Ill get a great haircut from them both.

I have been going to Chelsea for hair coloring for almost 4 years now. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

I went in for a cut, dye, and eyebrow wax. The lady was informed about the color I wanted. It was supposed to be blonde but instead had brown, grey, and blonde. She even missed spots underneath. I wanted a trim and my bangs to be done at an angle so it stays to one side. The only part done correctly was the trim. My eyebrows looked horrible. I tipped the lady very well even. I called a few days later to see about having at least the hair color corrected. A woman who didnt speak English very well answered and set the phone down. I must have waited 3-5 minutes for another employee to answer. They were fast on the phone and didnt schedule, just said to come in. The same stylist was there and when I explained the problem, she kept saying she didnt understand. She was extremely rude. I rather dye my hair myself instead of waste another dime in that salon.

Kimberly did a wonderful job on my hair cut. Ill be coming back on Saturday to get highlights in my hair. I cant wait. Kimberly was so friendly and knew just how to cut my hair.

I am so happy I found Andrea!! I was so nervous when I moved trying to find the perfect stylist and color care expert. For the past year Andrea has been taking care of all my hair care needs. Not only is she an artist when it comes to color but she is super knowlegable on all the best styling products to keep my hair looking gorgeous! If you have ever doubted Supercuts think twice! This is definitley the best salon in Cape Coral!

I went here to get a TRIM today and ended up with an unwanted mullet. I told the lady who was cutting my hair to TRIM my fringe to my eyebrows and instead she added hair to my fringe and cut me super thick, straight across bangs after I told her REPEATEDLY that is NOT what I wanted!!! She then proceeded to Frame my bangs and when I told her I wanted her to start from my ear she ignored my request and started from the top of my head >:{ when I LASTLY asked her to cut my hair BELOW my collar bone because all I wanted was a TRIM she cut my hair UBOVE my shoulders 😡 I told the lady MANY TIMES I have naturally curly/ poofy hair that does not do good with the length she proceeded to cut me but she did what SHE thought looked good anyways :( School starts in a WEEK and I’m very upset. I DO NOT recommend going here and I surely will not be taking a trip back!

I went in for a little trim off the end. I could get all my hair back into a pony tail before I went. And it was finally a great look. Just needed trimmed up. It was about 4” below shoulder level. Now it’s not even to my shoulders. Now none of it will go into a pony tail even the back. I was very upset to say the least. It has taken me years and years to get my hair the way I wanted it and now with a few snips it’s gone.She didn’t listen to what I wanted. She did what she wanted. Very very upset still!!!!!!

I have been going to supper cuts for several years and have had Kelly Burgess do my hair. She is always very good at what she does. She is professional and knowledgeable in her products as well. I will continue to come and see her personally. Thank you!

The building could use some maintenance (stained ceiling tiles and high humidity inside) but the people are friendly and in over 10 years I have not had one bad haircut at this location. There are times that they seem short staffed but they will inform me about how long the wait is so I can go shopping and come back if I want to. I have never smelled anyone smoking so I am unsure when that has happened.

I came in with part of m hair dyed brownish orange from fading and new growth and my roots my natural dirty blonde. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and it seemed like they were over charging for something I could’ve had done a lot cheaper at hair cuttery. Not only that but I went with my last option and told them to just dye my hair one color and do light highlights. I did not want heavy highlights just a few natural and they were refusing to do my entire head saying “it wouldn’t be necessary” after I explained to them I didn’t want the bottom color that I had. So basically I’d walk out with my old color and a few highlights and they weren’t understanding at all and were arguing. Eventually I ended up dropping it and said to dye it my natural color that was my roots and to cut about an inch off (my hair was in the middle of my back) they ended up dying it the bottom color and a lot darker (basically black) and nothing like my original (which is blonde) So it’s faded exactly like it was before not even close to my original color. And she cut my hair to my shoulders instead of a little off the bottom. Terrible customer service. Terrible outcome. Outrageous prices. Wish it wasn’t too late to get my money back.

Beautician was not friendly, and seemed distracted. I told her about a not so pleasant experience I had recently at another location, and her response was, who knows. I will not return. I asked her to cancel the wash I had asked for, I just wanted to leave.

Honestly, they do a great job, maybe even better than the high price salons!

Every time I went inside of this establishment someone was smoking inside.Even better, my sons side burns were cut uneven on two separate occasions. I had to return and ask the employee to fix it. I learned twice not to go back to this place.I would not give it even one star unfortunately.

Experience is never bad except today one of the employees is smoking in the back and stinking up the whole place 😝
