Took my boys ... Two great haircuts!!!The ladies gave good advice, talked them out of the extreme haircuts and gave them REALLY great styles. They even showed them some products they can use daily and for special occasions, but were not pushy about it the upsale.My only comment on pricing is the owners have stopped offering the $2 Veterans discount. They now offer free haircuts once a year to Vets on Veterans Day instead, which is nice, just a different way to do it. He gets his hair cut throughout the year, but generally not on Veterans Day. Not a big thing - he hates accepting the Veterans discount anyway.

Heidi is amazing. I am very happy with my hair cut. I followed her recommendations on the shampoo and conditioner needed for my hair. I am very happy with the experience.

I normally do not do reviews, but decided to give it time and I am still not pleased. Only two stars because the back of my hair was “trimmed” correctly. But my bangs were 100% butchered. You get what you pay for. I only asked for a trim and gave a picture to show. I had nothing special requested other than a trim. This is a basic thing you’d assume for a salon. The stylist I had did not pay attention to my detail explanation and also did not even use the picture as reference. Let alone know how to dry them properly. It’s just hair, it grows back, but it’s annoying to have to start over because a stylist couldnt do a simple job of trimming hair.

I usually go to this great clips to get my bangs trimmed and then leave, but today i asked for a full trim since school is starting soon and i didnt want to worry about needing haircuts during the year. not only were my bangs uneven and i had to fix them myself at home (im 17, no knowledge abt cutting hair,) but ALL my hair was unevenly trimmed. keep in mind i have LONG hair, hair thats taken 10+ years to get to the length it is now which is around my mid to lower back. there are parts of my hair that had the requested 1-2 inches taken off, and there are some sections with 3-4 inches taken off. others seemed to have similar experiences, since the customer who had my hairdresser before me also seemed to have the same uneven cut when her hair was flat against her back.my stylist brought two sections of my hair to the front, then pointed out how one side was significantly shorter than the other. she made a comment about how it pained her to cut my hair shorter since its so long already, but that it was there before i got there. after seeing the differences in length NOW, i dont think that my hair was uneven before- maybe just the front sections she pulled out? she also didnt dry my hair before she sent me out, which meant i had to go shopping with wet bangs and damp hair (i didnt care, but thought it important to note.) i was also teased for saying i wanted a couple centimeters off my bangs, which i accidentally said instead of 2 to 2.5 centimeters because i have a speech impediment and often choose the shortest way to communicate. i didnt hear exactly, but after that i thought she asked me what school i went to and, looking back on it, she might have been teasing me by implying i didnt have great education since i apparently didnt know the length of a centimeter...?Im upset ill have to wait months for it to regrow and then get ANOTHERtrim somewhere else to even things back out. Im not the type to leave negative reviews like this, and i dont mean to attack any stylist personally, but i think its good to put this out there for anyone doing research about this location. Ive had good experiences with other stylists trimming my bangs, so maybe this was a one-off accident. anyways, it doesnt inspire me with a lot of self-confidence going into my senior year and i regret making the decision to get my first (professional) full trim today :( i dont intend on returning after this.

Im giving 2 stars bc I got my hair cut here and they layered my unevenly. And my little sister got her hair cut too short and uneven. My hairdresser was rude and in a rush. But my sisters was nice

My 1st time at this location, having recently moved to the area. The store front is a little small, meaning they dont have a large number of hairstylists at this location. But, the wait time was short, and I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely becoming back.

The service here is awesome and you should cut your own hair if you arent willing to take care of your stylist when they do a great job.

Walked in so my son could get a much-needed haircut. They had three stylist at the salon. We had a very short wait, and The Stylist did an excellent job for my son. My son is a high-functioning autistic young adult, and even something as simple as getting your haircut can be quite a dilemma for someone with autism. The Stylist was very kind, made sure that he was comfortable. And his hair looks great!

Weve been going to this location for years. We have never had a bad hair experience from any of the stylists. When it comes to cutting mens hair you need to see Rudy. You will not be disappointed. The man knows how to cut hair. I also recommend seeing Nicole. She is great for both men & womens haircuts. Only recommendation is to go during the week as it is crazy in there on the weekends.

The hair stylist gave me a great haircut, they make you wear a mask there, and if you dont they ask you to go get a mask, and then they get threatened by a random redneck that thinks the rules dont apply to him just because he thinks the rules infringe on his rights.10/10 Will go again.

Checked in online with a 10 min wait. got to the shop and gave my cell phone number and was told to wait in the car. waited 45 minutes when they called my home number and said to come in. i had already left and went and got a haircut elsewhere. very poor service. too many shops to put up with that level of unprofessionalism. wont go back

Nicole is the best. I showed her a picture of a good hair day and she knew exactly what I wanted! 10 minutes later I was done, and IT WAS EXACTLY RIGHT. (That never happens!)There was a line when I got there for my first visit, but they move right through the customers. I definitely recommend registering online before you come, especially in high season, which they say is November through March, and obviously around back to school and holidays.

Great cut with a short wait time. Rachel is very sweet and did a perfect job. She has never cut my hair before but did it as if she had many times before. Very polite and enjoyable conversation, not overwhelming or complete silence. It was a very enjoyable cut.

I have been to places that charge a lot more for a haircut that do not do as good of a job. This is the only place I will go now. I always request Kim. She is the best! She is pleasant and has a great sense of humor. She always does a great job, and I leave looking good and feeling good.

I had a bit of a wait, but I expected that with it being the weekend during the holidays and I didnt have an appointment. My hair stylist was Yulia and she did an AMAZING JOB. I have never enjoyed a haircut more than I have this time. My ends are all even and she cut it exactly the length I had been picturing. I was so scared it would get cut too short. I would definitely go in again.

Brought my 4 kids with me, 2 of them were going to have a hair cut. I was never greeted, but the two customers after me were greeted and checked-in and received their haircuts before anyone ever said a word to me. The 3 female employees there seemed very annoyed that my kids kept running to the back to use the bathroom, and one of them even yelled at my two older kids accusing them of going into the break room! The girl that yelled at my kids, finally acknowledged me and said that the other girl would be helping me. Then we were checked in, and the one girl that was giving me dirty looks and who seemed very annoyed with my kids being there, she took my 2 year old back for his haircut. The other girl took my 4 year old. My 2 year old son, who was very scared of clippers and doesnt like to get his haircut, but the female employee, who didnt like us or show any type of customer service from the moment we walked in, never asked me anything about my son except how to cut his hair. During the haircut my son was screaming and moving his head, and she kept telling me to hold his head, I was doing my best but she was being rude, condescending to me, and at one point my son slipped off the booster seat, and she said, If I had scissors in my hand, that would have been bad. She was very snotty to me, and she finished but left a line in the back of his head and said that oh well, theres going to have to be a line because he keeps moving No one in that whole place knows what customer service is, they all seemed very annoyed that my small children were there, and they treated me worse than I could ever wish on my worst enemy! If you know whats best for you, DONT GET YOUR HAIR CUT THERE! The really rude one, her name is Jennifer, who cut my 2 year old sons hair, and the other one who wasnt any nicer or better, who cut my 4 year old sons hair, her name is Ashley. Both women need to first go to charm school to learn some manners, then back to beauty school to learn how to treat customers!!!!

We had our toddler’s first haircut here. They were very friendly and helped us get through the tears to eventually have laughs!

I used to get my hair cut here every time I needed to but last time I went I walked into a line of 5 or 6 people and stood at the counter to be checked in only for the lady to ask everyone if the people behind me checked in online (which they all said no) and proceed to check in the person standing behind me, ignoring me. If there were room for everyone to be taken care of right away, then I understand, you dont really have to do the line in order. But it was at least a 45 minute wait and Im not going to be delayed even more because the lady decided to skip me.

Small waiting area. Not the greatest haircut my children recieved but overall was able to use coupons for both children. Not bad for an 8 dollar haircut! Would definitely go back with a coupon to use.

(bad expeireneces in the past) but its way cheaper then my usual.... Im super happy with my results and the fact the she knew exactly what she was doing and didnt just rush to get me out of a chair like my past experiences...this will deffinetly be my place now... ask for Jamie! I asked to have my split ends cut off since all my hair has the same length and theres really not much more that I want. My hair is very long and almost goes down to my hips. The woman who cut my hair was not able to cut it straight. There are many strands that are way longer than the rest. Like at least an inch longer. I would not recommend going here.

These reviews are hilarious. Such brittle egos! I have had no issues. Hair has come out how I hoped which has not been the case elsewhere.

To say this was bad experience would be an understatement. When I initially walked in the place seemed ok. That all changed once I actually got my haircut. It looked like my hair was cut by a lawnmower.They completely cut off my sideburns (2 higher then any normal person would) and the response I got from them was ahh its ok itll grow back...Then they had literally buzzed a CHUNK out of the side of my head!!! They didnt try to fix it, blend it, or anything. They butchered my hair then sprayed hairspray in my hair without blowing any of my hair off. Leaving me itchy with loose hair particles stuck in my hair. They then had me pay for this monstrosity. I had to drive across the bridge to Ft. Myers immediately to have a different hair stylist TRY and salvage what they could. These are not professionals and do not know how to cut hair
