I’ve been getting my lash extensions done by Nicole for several months now. Her professionalism and quality of work is amazing. My lashes turn out gorgeous every time and last a good amount of time in between fills. 10/10 I highly recommend!

Three week update: It has been three weeks and my eyelashes are broken. My actual hair has broken in spots. I was very discouraged to reach out to them because 1. These are my eyes and I’m not trying to mess around trying to “correct” them. 2. I also got back from Vegas almost a week after and their website has a policy that corrections need to be made within 72 hours. I didn’t bother at that point. They may be better at extensions but I wouldn’t recommend the lash lift.The place is decorated nicely and clean, Nicole was nice but wasn’t very engaging during my visit. I had done an eyelash lift and tint once elsewhere in the past but there was really no explanation of the process or question as to how I’d like my lashes to look. Once completed my eyelashes were very dramatic looking and looked like they were glued to my eyelid but at the time I thought it was due to them just being freshly done. Originally I was excited. The following day I realized that these lashes weren’t settling. After the third day I still could not even put on mascara and when I looked up my lashes stabbed my eyelid. Super uncomfortable. I went to Vegas for a wedding and had to try to put mascara on right after the shower when they were wet and pliable and had to put on eyeshadow last because these things are practically glued to my eyelid. I encourage anyone using this company to learn from my experience and communicate how you’d like your lashes to look and ask questions. It is now day 6 and the lashes are going everywhere and I still can’t put mascara on and still stabbing my lids...

When I arrived they informed me that they had switched my appointment to another stylist . My eyebrows looked awful, I had to go elsewhere to have them corrected. I would not recommend!

This was my first time getting a lash lift, and Angie was great! She explained everything along the process and was very knowledgeable. My lashes were stubborn and didnt lift well at first, but Fairytale was persistent in wanting to make them perfect and making me happy, so I went in for a second time and they are now AMAZING!!! I couldnt be happier with the results!

Nicole took the time to be certainly that I was comfortable, relaxed and satisfied. Other salons do not compare to Nicole’s gentle technique. WOW! I’m finally getting around to doing a review but I actually went about a month ago to get a lash lift done and I had such an amazing experience! My lash lift turned out better than I had expected! The atmosphere is so cute and very welcoming. Nicole was the one who did my lashes and she is a perfectionist! The prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be going back. Thank you for making my lashes fabulous!

Their work is great! My lashes turned out amazing, I love them!! They are good about fixing any issues you may have with your lashes! But they almost forgot that my friend, who was scheduled with me, was booked to get hers done. Talking on the phone with a significant other while with a client, wasnt very professional. The space setting wasnt very relaxing. There isnt a private area, youre laying on a table right by the front door and in the open.

Very nice staff and knowledgeable. They took their time out to fix a botch job of lashes, and explained every step. I feel confident in the quality of work and recommendations given to me by Luna. She did an amazing job. My lashes feel and look so natural, I definitely recommend them. I am sticking with Fairytale lashes.

I came here for the first time the other day for my first ever set of lashes. My lashes turned out better than perfect, and I had such a good experience. Nicole is the best!

First off, Id like to say that the owner and other girl that works here are very kind and friendly. Its easy to book an appointment too. The actual space is a little awkward and uncomfortable, being out in the open next to other people I didnt know was very strange. I was offered the option to go to a private room which I considered when I thought about booking my next appointment. My lashes were a completely different story. I had them done by Luna and they were TERRIBLE. The lashes I had gotten were turned side ways, there was a lot of glue and the lashes were stuck together. Some of them were so painful that I tried to pull them out. It took her 2 hours just to do a refill! On top of that, the majority fell off. I had to go to another lash salon in Cape coral to have them removed and redone, where they then explained to me that they had multiple former clients of Luna come to them for removal.. so it wasnt just me. I have only been once and had never had my lashes done by any other stylist, just her. My question is, if this girl is doing lashes and multiple people are needing to have them redone, why is she still at the buisness?? Will not be returning.
