The place looks really nice and clean. My friend and I had an appointment at 9am we only had to wait a couple of minutes and someone was already taking care of us. Our appointment was with any available tech, the lady that did my nails seemed to be in a rush, the work was really messy, I went for acrylics fill and the nails look really uneven with dents and parts with no acrylic at all. The design was not terrible but it was not even similar to what I asked for. Not pleased with my nails today 😕.

My daughter and I have our nails professionally done only twice a year. We decided to give Profiles on Del Prado a try since it is just across the street from where I work. We brought pictures of what we wanted and they were able to do both requests. We will probably go back to them and more than twice a year!

Went for my daughters 13th birthday, she had a specific design in mind for her 1st set of acrylics and I wasnt sure where to take her, but Sam managed to do the design and the shape of nails she wanted. Abby did mine and they came out wonderful. Will definitely go back and totally recommend.

My girlfriend had an appointment there today, came in with a picture of what she wanted. Ended up not getting what she wanted, spent a lot of money that I gave her to enjoy her time at profiles (that she has been coming to for a year now& has never had a problem there ever) the lady (doesn’t know her name but she has glasses and brown hair, pretty tan) kept saying “it would look better if I did it like this” when that was not what my girlfriend was asking for. Ended up with low quality nails and my girlfriend has never experienced service like this from here ever so she was a little takenaback. To make things worse, I called an hour after my girlfriend got her nails done and was greeted with rude customer service. I started to get angry because she had an extremely rude and negative attitude about the situation and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience , I was just calling to say hey maybe you should check on this women and maybe have a talk with her about how she is working. But it turned very fast because of the from lady at the desk at 11:30am on Friday morning. Not to mention she hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking. Although my girlfriend has been a loyal customer she says she will Not be spending her money here again due to the rude customer service that we have both encountered today.

This salon is hands down the best! There are SO many options to choose from. All the nail techs are super friendly and have awesome personalities. They care about you and listen to you. Plus they all speak English! Im always thrilled with my nails. If you want amazing nails this is the place to go. The owners Ami and Traci are the best people. Ive NEVER been unhappy when I leave.

Wow, so I went to one of these shops last month and was relatively happy with the results...now they need to be filled and several are lifting, leaving me injured. I couldnt get to the salon I orginally went to so thought I would try this one...huge mistake. This shop isnt handicapped accessible and when I asked to be accomodated I was told that the current offering was the best they could do...then humiliated to the core in front of other customers...yall are a bunch of privilaged, ignorant, hurtful asshats...hope some day yall are disabled and get treated to the same ugly... times a thousand.

By far this is the friendliest Profiles in this area. I go for acrylic nails and all the girls are super nice. The girls who sign you in are really welcoming no matter what you look like (or feel like at the time). Jess is my nail girl now and she is awesome. I actually tried a couple of nail techs before I found one that I felt understood what I wanted and how I felt about nails. The fact that you can move to other people to find the right match is what sells this location for meThey will never tell you they cant do something until theyve exhausted all other possibilities. Very professional staff. These people know what theyre doing. You guys rock.Of note: If you break a nail, whether its your fault or theirs, they will fix your nail for free. Come by at quarter to the hour and they will do that.

A little pricier than most but worth it! Nails last MUCH longer here than any typical nail place because they dont glue on tips and instead build the whole nail. They always shape them exactly how i ask and they have a huge variety of colors, glitter, and the chrome is really pretty too.

I had a pedicure done with regular polish, not gel, as polish on my toes lasts longer than on fingers. The salon has a nice atmosphere & everyone was very nice. My massage chair worked, but chairs on both sides of me didnt. The salon doesnt have fans to dry your nails under, bc they said they do more gel pedicures. Therefore when done, we were told to put the car AC on our feet to dry the polish.?? Well by that night 4 nails were completely smudged and/or worn. I returned next day & same technician redid the 4 nails, explaining again to put under AC. She also said they dont use the quick-dry product bc it has oil in it.?? After leaving, I rode as a passenger for approx 45 minutes. Later that day, I noticed both big toes had polish smeared. For the price you pay, the polish should be dried & set before you leave. I shouldnt have to dry them.. Last visit for us.

Always have an excellent experience. Only twice in the all the years Ive been coming have I had a mishap with a nail and it is always promptly fixed. That means great products and great techs.I always get compliments on my nails...Jessica and Nicole have done my nails and Heather does my toes!! Great group of ladies, lots of fun!!!

By far the best salon I’ve ever been to!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! My mom and I have been going here for years we are always very happy. My nails always last for at least two weeks sometimes a month. Jessica and Nichole are the best of the best!!

They did gel with nail tips fill. Was cute but I have been four times. Pricing is high and my nails are always very sharp and don’t seem to be filled soft, otherwise the designs are amazing and they are fast.

I love this location! I used to go to the one off Pine Island Rd but the girls here are so enthusiastic and love to talk conversation with you and not just do your nails. Nicole did a beautiful job on my nails for prom, I am in love with them! Highly recommend this store, everyone inside is great!

I love this salon! I feel very relaxed and not stressed when getting my nails done. gel manicure and pedicures are my favorite and last almost two whole months for me personally. I am planning on setting up a hair appointment with them as well as soon as I get my next paycheck. and also they have very reasonable pricing.

I am lucky to have a lot if body in my hair and when it is cut right it is very easy to style. ALLY cuts and colors my hair perfectly. I also like Ally because she is very honest about what hair cut and color works best for you.

My daughter saved up all of her money so that she can go to profiles to get her nails done. She asked for rhyme stones on her nails and they were as big as peas and very cheap looking. Definitely not worth the money. I was not impressed considering I hear so much about them. They are not very warm or pleasant to be around. It reminded me of being back in high school with the “in crowd.” They are not very acceptable of kids it seems, because they had a hand written note taped up saying please leave your kids at home, which I can understand where they are coming from but that seemed rude and unprofessional. They should put an age limit on their door if that’s the case. Sometimes single moms don’t have anyone to help and deserve something nice too,or maybe a mom would want to bring her little daughter in to get her nails painted. I would have felt embarrassed if I would’ve brought my little one.

I went back after not having acryclics and the nail artist was very nice but in less than a week I only had two nails on each hand because all of them have popped off. The nail polish started chipping, so I went back to get them redone and this time a different nice lady did them and the ones she re did where different shapes and lengths. So I had to go home and redo / reshape / repaint them my self to have decent looking nails. For 51 dollars and in less than a week all of this happening is not worth It :( I am not going back.

I normally go to the Profiles on Pine Island, but I was unable to get an appt in the timeframe I was looking for. I have gone to the Del Prado location before and have had better experiences in the past. The salon did not smell great, I know the location is older but it did not have that nice ‘salon’ smell. The girl I had doing my nails was alright, but she did my acrylic too thin and I broke two nails the next day. I know there are great stylist and nail techs at the Del Prado location, but the majority of them are not taking new clients. I would recommend making an appointment at the Pine Island location.

My mother went to the nail THIS NAIL SALON and she had a awful experience...I would like to give out this review for everyone because this place migh be very expensive and high quality but there service is terrible. This is what happened..my mom got acrilic nails. They were normal sized. HER NAILS WERE LUMPY, CROOKED AND UNEVEN.and the person who did my mothers nails supposedly one a nail competition but that does not seem true because when she got her nails done her nails were lumpy ugly and crooked and I dont think anybody should go to that nail salon all I do not recommend😤😤

Went at the last minute and they were able to fit me in for a mini pedicure, which changed to a gel nails on my toes.Being new to the area I was most pleased.The gal who did my toes was soooo pleasant , and chatted to me in English , which made it most relaxing.Thank you Amey/Duffy Ill will tell all my Canadian girlfriends about my new find.
