Went and got dip nail polish done. The lady went an hr past when we should’ve been done because she kept using a portable fan vs the uv? Light . My nails were the thinnest dip polish I’ve EVER had , crooked and chipped the next day without me even doing anything. She kept touching them when they were wet and left prints which I didn’t notice because I’m pregnant and eventually wanted to get out of there due to the smell. The dip polish isn’t even close to the color it should have been it’s more milk color than the mint and so thin I can see my nail still. I’ve had my nails done there before and this was very disappointing. I told my mom and sister to cancel because it wasn’t worth it.

Absolutely loved my experience at cr8 salon! I was referred by a family member to get my hair done by Tori and it was worth it. Came in with an overdue root touch up and brassy hair, Tori worked her magic and got my hair done the way I wanted it. I would love to come back and have her do fashion colors in my hair but she’s all booked up for the next month! If you’re looking for a hair stylist who’s willing to educate you on your hair, I would recommend going to Tori.

I just left the place and it was my worst hair experience ever. It is my birthday today so I came with the intention to get a nice blow dry and nice wavy curls. The girl who took care of me, I don’t even know her name but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, I don’t know if it was her first day or does not have experience but the only thing she did was blow dry a little and try some curls with a iron and as soon as I got up from the chair after almost an 1 of nothing, the “waves” were gone. She couldn’t even look at my face, and told the girls at the register don’t charger her the “iron”.This place claim to be one of the best in the area but as my first experience I wouldnt recommend, I don’t even know how they were able to charge me. I was so disappointed and sad that I couldn’t explained in the register what happened. I work with customer service and I know what is like to treat with them. 0 professionalism at all (the girl wasn’t even listen it to me). I have never given I’m my life a bad review but i couldn’t let this one go. There is the picture of what I wanted and then myself just getting out from the place. They charged me $33 for that :)

Gabbi was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. She did a great job and fixed the at-home-mess I came in with. This wasa flat toned brassy blonde with about 2.5 in of dark roots and orange underneath with weird teal tones from a faded fashion color...it was so bad and now looks SO GOOD. As an added bonus, their prices are better than any other salon Ive been to in years, and its a warm welcoming atmosphere with suuuper comfy shampoo Chairs. So glad to have tried them out & finally find my new salon.

It was nice, clean, had great energy. I have curly thick hair big ringlets and I enjoyed how they took care of me. Its a bit intimidating going someplace new but it was really nice. The reason why I dont give a full five stars is its still quite pricey. Im not unhappy I just dont know if I can afford going back. Ill have to look and see what else they have available. but you should definitely check it out they have a lot of services that I didnt try, and I might try them next time.

This is the second time in a row I have had an appointment and both times I have had to wait 20-25 minutes. The first time was for a pedicure, I sat in the pedi chair for 25 minutes waiting for the tech to finish with the person beside me. Last night I had an appointment for 5:45 and at 6:05 I had to ask how much longer I would have to wait. The receptionist was pleasant and asked the stylist, who was drying a clients hair, when she would be finished. Since she was not close to being finished they were going to have another stylist shampoo my hair. At this point I was done. My time is as valuable as anyones. If Cre8 is not professional enough to realize that then that is on them as I will not be returning.

I got my eyebrows done here, i thought this place was beautiful and i always heard good reviews but when i got them done today i came home with my eyebrows two different shapes. I was just coming in to get a clean up but they look really bad now. When i got into my car i started to cry because she didn’t even get underneath my eyebrow.

This salon is very disappointing especially for what they charge, one would have much higher expectations. I’ve been to this salon for a few months now and for each appointment I was contacted shortly before to come at a different time. I am pretty easy going so I would agree and get there as soon as possible. However I had an appointment yesterday and one hour before my appointment I get a voicemail that says they must cancel my appointment as the stylist had an emergency and they don’t have anyone else to do my hair. Also I have been seeing different stylists each visit because I cannot book my next appointment at the last one so I call a few weeks prior and I can never get the same stylist but again I am pretty easy going, but this last phone call was icing on the cake. Who cancels an appointment an hour before at a professional business? I have been getting my hair done for 15 years and have never had such a terrible experience. Also I must add that I have never paid anywhere else as much as I do at this salon. Save yourself the headaches and go elsewhere...

Michelle did my nails and she was great! Unfortunately, my nails were supposed to be done by someone else but she didn’t show up. Instead, I had my nails done at the same time as someone else so it took a lot longer than predicted.

I’ve been looking for a new stylist for quite some time. Just driving by I decided to try this place out. As a walk in I was so pleasantly greeted and to my surprise, I think I have found my new stylist. AJ did my hair. The cut was so well done and he was a delight. I am so pleased and will come back to AJ.

Specifically, my stylist Tina Todd is not only outstanding with scissors, and razors but she embraces you with a warm friendly demeanor ! I consider myself fussy, when it comes to my hair , and Tina continually delivers a perfect cut and color every visit . She is an incredible person and stylist !!

I finally after being on the west coast received a color & cut that I love. My hairdresser was Alannah , she was great and yes the prices were a little high but was well worth it.

Disappointed and upset is an understatement. It took me a long time to find a salon whom I can trust with my hair , I moved to Cape Coral recently and I had a very bad experience with previous hair salon where my hair was ruined and I had to get it back to healthy , well the holidays were approaching and with all the great reviews I thought I’d give Cre8 a shot . First time I came in for cut and style I saw Dainerys , really loved how my hair look , so much I scheduled again for wash and style for thanksgiving well a few days before I called to confirm the time of the appointment at which they informed the stylist was out on vacation and wouldn’t be able to see me , I expressed I needed at least styling for the holiday and so they paired me up with Victoria , I got cut , color and style , really clicked with her and on the chair I expressed I don’t like jumping from stylist to stylist I like to stick with one stylist And also expressed how I didn’t like the fact that there was no communication with the stylist I originally was booked with , if I hadn’t called to confirm the appointment nobody would of told me she was on vacation and I wouldn’t be seeing her . Well fast forward to New Years , I made an appointment weeks ahead to have a wash and style by Victoria on the 30th , I received a phone call the day before to confirm , 1 hour before my appointment I get a phone call stating the stylist wouldn’t be able to see me because she had to leave at 2:30 , my appointment was scheduled for 2pm I’m sure they knew my hair wouldn’t get done in 30 minutes !!! . I had already had something similar happen with a previous hairstylist and now again , what I’m most upset about is that both times were holidays , this time I ended up not having my hair done and having to do a little something at home . I will not be coming back to the salon , very unprofessional, 0 communication, you don’t cancel on a customer 1 hour before her appointment without even an explanation. Very upsetting I really thought I found my go to hair salon .

Grisel completed a wonderful manicure and pedicure on my wife. Victoria was the wonderful hair stylist that did an amazing job on my wife’s hair cut and highlights! My wife was extraordinary happy and super satisfied with all of the services she received at Cre8 Salon in Cape Coral Florida.

I had an amazing first experience at Cre8! I was a little intimidated coming into a new salon but every single person, from the front desk girls to the stylists were all so friendly and warm!April was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing! She understood my vision and brought it to life! She was knowledgeable and so sweet. I liked her from the moment I met her (at my consultation). She was excited for our appointment and really made me feel comfortable, I felt like I’ve known her forever. She was easy to chat and laugh with for the many hours I was in her chair during my transformation! I am so happy with how my hair came out and I really feel like the pricing super fair! I have only ever trusted April to do my hair and she has since left cre8, however I thought I would continue going to the salon being that it’s been a salon I’ve gone to for years. I no longer live in Cape Coral but drove over two hours to come get my hair done, all for the booking process to be unclear and the stylist not having time to do anything to my hair whatsoever and ask when a better date to come back would be, as if my time doesn’t matter when it was cre8’s fault. Gotta love leaving a salon feeling even uglier than when you went in!! If I could give the customer service less than one star, I would.

Make sure you ask if your stylist speaks English while booking your appointment. The one I chose I found online, no mention on their site Spanish speaking only. I couldn’t communicate and nor could she with me. I left the salon without getting what I intended, disappointed in the entire experience. I would not recommend them.

Mireya is such an excellent stylist! My mom and I went to Cre8 for the first time today and we walked out of there with a huge smile on our faces. Mireya took time to discuss her styling approach before cutting my hair. Shes very knowledgeable. She even took time to teach me how curl my hair. Shes not pushy selling their salon products but she is all about quality and beautiful outcome of your hair. Its a little pricey but I cannot wait for my 2nd appointment in November. This place is highly recommended and ask for Mireya!

Im so happy with my shampoo and cut! Val is probably the only hairdresser who has done my hair properly. She did exactly what I asked with no problem. It was done in a timely manner but she didnt rush. Not only was Val wonderful but the entire staff was kind, accommodating and fun to be around. I will definitely go back for my next haircut!!!

I went to Cre8 last week for wedding makeup and hairstyle. The makeup looked absolutely nothing like the pictures I showed that I wanted, but there was no time to fix it and it was still nice looking, so I didnt say anything. My hairstyle was a simple curl with a ribbon headband, and the stylist put several bobby pins in to help secure it. Before I even got home (10 min drive away) I had 3 Bobby pins sticking straight up out of my hair and they were so entangled with other pins that we had to take them all out and restyle it. One hour after having my makeup done, it was completely blotchy and the mascara and eyeshadow around my eyes looked like I had been crying. (I remembered at that moment that she mentioned she would put on a finishing spray that would make the make up last several hours, but she never did.) I ended up removing and fixing the makeup on my way to my wedding. I am giving 2 stars because 1, I should have made a consult appointment in advance to make sure the makeup would look the way I wanted, which was my fault. And 2, she came in early at 8:15 for me. Other than that, I shouldnt have had to redo my hair and make up within an hour of leaving the salon.

Lily was outstanding and a master at her talent. I have long curly hair and have been searching for a different cut that I can wear straight or curly and she nailed it. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and was very confident that she could deliver and she did. Ive been all over this country and very few could come close to her expertise. Thanks again Lily for my wonderful cut and color!

Jaime O. is AWESOME! She has literally brought me back to life. Ive only ever had one salon experience (somewhere else) before coming to CRE8. Sadly, that original experience left me unhappy and had ruined my outlook on salons. It had been over a year since that experience before I decided to finally do something about my mismatched/washed out/outgrown hair by booking with Jaime. She understood exactly what I wanted and did better than I imagined for myself. I am so appreciative of her for understanding my needs. I had highlights toned throughout my hair, roots touched up and a haircut the way I love it. Prices are reasonable, the front desk people were kind, the salon has a comfortable atmosphere and Jaime felt more like a friend than a stylist--the way the experience should be! Cant wait for my next appointment!

I was excited to try this salon out. I called and I was able to get a consultation for hair extensions, the same day. The atmosphere is nice and the wait once I arrived was not long. After the consultation, I was asked to give her a day or so, so she could contact the company she gets the extensions from. I was fine with that. I have tried to follow up with her now twice. I left a message with the receptionist (who said she was there and would call me back before closing) but have yet to receive any response back and it has been a week.Not a good first impression on prospective client and because of this, I will not be returning.

Accompanied my sister while she got her hair fixed from a slight snafu with toner. The staff understood the issue and made sure that it would be taken care of. They offer water tea or coffee while you wait and the atmosphere of the salon is different in a GOOD way . Natural and rustic and from the buisness I saw its clear that they have a loyal customer base and following. It did not take long for them to fix the error with her hair and it came out wonderful. They were apologetic for the error and also booked her next apt. While I did not get anything done for myself it was a nice upscale salon that I wish would come up north !

The only place I trust. Now its my regular salon. They always have a lot of girls there working and they are always very nice. The place is beautiful inside and they have a lot of different products for sale as well. They have a rewards system also so when you come several times and get so many points they give you a discount.

Went to see Melissa for a massage and Im hooked. Very calm, relaxing atmosphere. Felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in. I have rheumatoid arthritis and after one hour, I felt better than I have in years. She has gained a lifelong client for sure. Im a holistic person and I do not take medications. This will be my permanent form of treatment. Thank you, Melissa! The salon itself is a beautiful place. Great atmosphere, gorgeous decor, and friendly staff. I will be going for other services as well. Very cost efficient as well. Have been passing out cards left and right. I cannot say enough positive things about Melissa and her co workers at Cre8 salon and spa.

For the amount you pay for a cut & highlights- they never deliver what you ask for. Both my sister & I have been in there a couple of times. Each time showing them a picture of what we wanted & it came out looking nothing like it. I understand sometimes they can’t do as much color as you want at first because of the chemicals damaging your hair. However when I went to a new salon- they took half the time with chemical safe products & delivered what I wanted.

EYELASH TINT - Dont Go To Brianna. I LOVE this place for my hair & love having my lashes tinted. Bri did not leave product on AT all, maybe a total of a few seconds. She put the product on & wiped off right away. I paid the $22 & tipped of course. Went back NEXT Day & got an AWESOME tint by Gina.. I PAID AGAIN !!! The girls at desk, same girls. Its the principle.... definitely not the $22.00 !

My daughter loved it here. Very nice and clean place. I know they are very involved with the community and ALS. That is always a big plus. They had plenty of very friendly and helpful staff. The prices were very fare for the service you receive.

First off I would like to say that Lily is the best cosmetologist I have ever come across. From her glowing smile to her contagious laugh she is the best! When I was living in Florida she would always do my hair perfectly and go out of her way to make time for me whenever she could to make me feel gorgeous! Im a woman who loves long hair with highlights and light brown hair, I specifically asked her to make me look like Mariah Carey my idol, and boy did she get it right on the DOT!!!! Fabulous darling! I loved spending time with her she is just so much fun and shes so sweet and humble! She always consulted with me what it was that I wanted done and then she would suggest what was best for my hair as a cosmetologist should do! I also loved how she was able to multitask between clients and take on more than one person! shes phenomenal!!!!!! I would always watch how she had so much love and dedication to her work and how she would make each client feel so welcomed and like they had her undivided attention! I miss her dearly!! I cant find any cosmetologist like her in Connecticut!! Lily I wish there were two of you!!!!! love you and your work!!!!

Within 5 minutes of her working on my hair I knew it was going to look great.If you want a wonderful massage, Melissa is the girl to ask for. And, for a fantastic pedicure ask for Patty.I highly recommend Cre8 for your beauty needs!

The ladies are really sweet but I was billed 120 for two highlights- the first time you couldn’t notice a difference so I went a second time (they offered) and now my hair is SUPER dry and only maybe like two highlights actually show.. the rest of my hair is just super dry but no results...recommended by a coworker 😰😰May seem crazy but Walmart did better for WAY LESS

Ive been going here for 12 years or since they first opened, & I love it !! Ive always had Parnelli do my hair. Prices are comparable, & a little on the high side but, theyve recently started a reward points program, & you earn dollars off of your services so thats a plus. Im an retired hairdresser, & I can tell you that this salon is run very efficiently with training stylists out of school to learn more before theyre allowed to be on their own. All of the stylists here are excellent at their work.

This place is AWESOME. Ive been here several times and have had massages by Melissa (amazing! best in the business!) and waxing done by Nelly. Both of these ladies are experts at their craft. The front desk assistants were courteous and asked me if I needed a drink as soon as I checked in. Great prices and deals and wonderful staff through and through. Definitely highly recommended!

Ive been coming here for 2 years now and Im so glad I discovered it. This place is fantastic!! It is clean and the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.Lily is truly an artist and ALWAYS does an amazing job on my hair. It doesnt matter if your hair is curly or straight, long or short. She can do it all! That being said, she is a curly girl herself, and she completely understands the problems that go along with it. I personally have crazy curly hair and she has helped me turn it into beautiful ringlets. I recommend her to everyone. I have friends driving up from Naples to see her. I wont go anywhere else.

I absolutely love Nelly....My facial was worth every dollar spent. The facility is beautiful and they offer a wide variety of product. Nelly is not only good at what she does she is a beautiful person as well. She offers skin care products but is not pushy about you purchasing. I recomend massage at this facility as well.

Best haircut Ive ever gotten. Its a beautiful location and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Ive never been to a nicer hair salon. Its a bit pricey but totally worth it. Highly recommend it.

Crappy place. I usually dont write reviews but if I could I would rate this place 0.Called to make appointment for a full head highlights and they quoted me $120 which I thought was ridiculous for a short bob haircut but I wanted a professional to do my hair considering I have been coloring my own hair in medium brown color(level 3 to be exact).They made appointment with Chrissy(which is level 2 stylist).I got there and showed her a picture of chunky highlights I wanted and explained even if they dont turn out light as in a picture,as long as I dont turn walk out of there orange Im fine with darker highlights.Well,Chrissy had a nerve to tell me that what Im asking for is out of style and no one does that anymore(which is not true).I dont think that this person should work in a salon treating people like this.She came back with a price quote of almost $220! Are you people out of your mind? What would a level 4 stylist charge a $1000?? I went home after wasting my morning with this crappy place.Would never recommend this place.By the way,update your prices on the website because that is obviously a lie.

So, originally I had given 5 stars, but its time to change.I have curly hair and tend to wear it curly. I went to my stylist and had her cut off around 5 inches and 2 months earlier she cut off about 6. So I went from extremely long to right below the chin. I asked for slightly asymmetrical with a stack in the back.I decided to straighten my hair today for the first time since I got it cut. I ended up crying. My hair is an inch longer in the back than in the front (which is the reverse of what I asked for) and there are random chunks that are inches longer than the rest. I honestly didnt notice because I was wearing it curly.Im going to be in a wedding soon, and I dont know what to do. Its so incredibly awful. I absolutely regret ever walking through those doors.

Love my hair! The salon is very nice, they have a lot of products to choose from, as well as a spa to get your nails done, etc.Of course they do normal cuts, colors and styles... but if youre looking to do something a little more fun and make a statement with your hair, I recommend April, 100%.... she gave me the beautiful purle/red/coral colors that I couldnt have dreamed of. Everyone compliments my hair! Absolutely amazing!

We recently took our 16 year old daughter here to have her hair styled and colored for the big art show that she had been looking forward to in Atlanta for the last 8 months... We scheduled appointment ahead of time and let them know exactly what we wanted when we made the appointment... When we got there after hours and hours of sitting in a chair I could see a look of concern on The Stylist face... Looking at my daughters here the color was completely streaky and really did not look good at all... It was not at all the color she had asked for and the style was mediocre at best... when we were a proximately halfway through our appointment the cashier said they were closing and would like me to pay my bill ahead of time so that she can cash out her drawer... Which I did in good faith as it turned out to be an enormous mistake..... when they were done the two stylist that were working on her hair both agreed that the hair color did not turn out at all and that it needed to be redone and wanted us to come back in the next evening... we were leaving the following afternoon to go to the art show in Atlanta that she had been looking forward to and now we had to go with a messed up hairstyle and horrible color that look like she tried to do it from home... When I explained that the entire purpose for this visit was for this art show and I could not come back the following evening at we would be gone for a week and I would just like to refund since my daughters hair look like someone tried to do it at home and failed miserably..... I asked the cashier to give my money back to me since the services that we paid for were not given to us... The bill was $250 and she refused to refund my money and told me I had to speak to the owners the following day which I did.... they told me that they would be happy to recolor her hair I explained again the whole purpose of this $250 hairstyle was for the event that we were leaving for the next morning and they still refuse to give my money back... This place is a rip-off number one it is extremely overpriced and honestly I could have done better with my daughters hair by getting a color kit and doing it at home... I would advise everyone to stay as far away from this place as possible as they will take your money they will do a half ass job and they will not give your money back to you if youre unsatisfied

Mireya is amazing!!! Showed me exact what to expect, offered drinks, made sure I was comfortable and even helped me with my hair outside of the salon. Definitely 10/10 service and will be recommending Mireya to all my friends and family!!!!

Friendly, professional and clean Great Atmosphere. Youll be satisfied with your experience. I am very picky and would never go back if I had one bad experience and I have been going since they opened. I go to one stylist Emme and wouldnt even think of taking a chance with someone else.

Visting from CT, feeling dreary about my hair and the dam weather, hot and humid, my husband dropped me off in front of this hair salon and spa expecting my attitude to change. When I came in I was greeted and offered a drink, which was nice. When I sat down the wait was not long at all, and my hair dressers name was Lily. Not knowing what to do with my hair I told her to do what she wanted and I eventually came out looking amazing. Leaving there looking and feeling amazing. My husband and I want to say thanks. I highly recommend this place. We shall be back soon, hopefully next year.Shelton, CT

Val is the 7th hair stylist that I have been to in my 3 years in Cape Coral. I finally have a keeper!! A little pricy, but you get what you pay for. Val did exactly everything I asked her to do. Its Awesome to have a knowledgeable hair stylist.

I have never had a hair cut ... only a wash and cut take 2 hours ... I am still currently here and it has been 3 hours ... I barely got my highlights put in because they double booked her ... I will not be coming back. After 5 hours in your salon I left with a haircut I did not want as it looks nothing like the picture I showed her and highlights that you can’t see...
