I called for an appointment and was seen the very next day. Dr. Chirag Dave M.D. was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of my problem. Dr. Dave has a great personality and genuinely cares about his patients. The staff from the front office to the back office are very knowledgeable and kind.

Very friendly and warm environment. Both staff and doctor were so professional and knowledgeable. They put me at ease and took time to listen and explain everything. Doctor Ostrowski took his time and was thorough in his examination and explanations. Definitely recommend Advanced Urology to anyone looking for care and treatment.

Pour communication from the billing team. Waited all the way till the day before my appointment with no information at all on pricing of what I had to pay when I got there. Called another company and was told over the phone pricing so I canceled my appointment with them and am going somewhere that actually cares to communicate with their customers on pricing and not hiding it from them till last second. Also they are way more expensive than the other place Im going. They are literally twice as much so I’ll be saving $750 just by going somewhere else.

My appt. was with Dr Lomboy. Hes knowledgeable, polite and professional. I felt comfortable speaking with him even though I m probably a female who is 30 yrs his senior. Amanda at the front desk was refreshing and pleasant. All of his staff is female and with the exception of one associate everyone else was warm, smiling and welcoming.

The appointment by my primary care provider was arranged quickly. My first consultation with Dr. Andy Ostrowski went well. He seemed knowledge regarding my conditions and discussed several solutions.I was comfortable with his staff and the front and back office team regarding paperwork and future appointments for upcoming outpatient procedures.Im anticipating the procedure and interactions with his staff will go well.

This office staff is absolutely the BEST. Front desk very nice polite, wait time was like 10 minutes at the most, MA friendly super nice explained what she was doing. Doctor Dave is awesome, really takes a lot of time and talks with you and explains every little detail, I never felt like I was being rushed, and he seems to want to get to the root of my problem. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know that is in search of a urologist.

Brought my mom there due to taking her to multiple doctors with failed attempt. Office is very professional. Dr Ostrowski is very knowledgeable and cares to help find a solution to my moms issue. Glad we were referred there! Highly recommend!

Respected my time and the staff were very kind. The doctor even called me back the same day with the information he promised! I do not remember the last time a doctor actually called me back himself, and never the same day.

The service is okay but they wont stop sending me emails. I did not give them my email so they could spam me begging for reviews. They are begging for reviews on every platform, I get 2- 4 emails after every visit. I will be taking my business elsewhere once my treatment is over based solely on the fact I cant unsubscribe from the spam.

All employees with which I interacted are a delight! I can’t speak of one poor experience with this practice. Dr. Ostrowski made sure we were on the same page when knocking out my kidney stones, and he went out of his way to call me personally to make sure I was okay before and after my procedures. The nurses, receptionists, and even the call team made every step of the process super easy!
