My father recently just transferred from Kaieser to GA Urology and he meet with NP-C Jessica and she was very friendly and explained the process to him and went over his medical history with him and made this a very smooth transition. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a urologist in this area.

Im a new patient and will say that it was a great experience. I came from a different state so obviously Ive seen other Urologists. Dr. Capelouto was the most knowledgeable that I have seen, and his willingness to share his knowledge and thoughts with me was very empowering. Also he makes it obvious that he cares about the whole person, not just the patient with a Urology issue. Highly recommend !

From Check in to Check out the whole process was professional, comfortable and everything was fully explained in detail. Jessica explained the issue, the solutions and the optional treatments if needed in the future. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and care at Georgia Urology. I am Thankful that I made my appointment here, it is 30 minutes away from where I could have gone giving the scheduling I was able to get into Canton location much quicker. I definitely made the right choice and I would highly recommend G.U., they are considerate, caring and know exactly what they are doing. Even with the safety protocols for Covid, their office was nice and clean and followed the rules to keep me safe.

I had a prostate procedure. All the staff was great. Everyone was so professional, and knowledgeable about their job it made feel very secure in their ability. Everything went well, and I plan to have more procedures soon.

The procedure was good and all went well I think. The phone system and getting a call back for results is a real pain. Over 20 hours waiting for a call back now.

GA Urology is a well-managed organization, with professional people in all public-facing positions. Jessica Feehan (NP) was knowledgeable and compassionate in our encounter last week. She gave me useful information about procedures and about the timing of future actions, and she was personable and engaging throughout the appointment. The front desk staff handled my future appointment scheduling quickly and easily.The next day I needed to talk to Dr. Capelouto about a possible procedure. This was a surgery day for him, so I wasnt sure how soon I would hear back from him. Kim (in patient support) passed my callback request to Dr. C promptly, and I heard back from him about 2 hours later. We had a very productive conversation in which he gave me sound advice and encouragement.I recommend GA Urology without hesitation.

Ive been going to Georgia Urology and Dr. Capelouto for almost three years and I am very impressed. I came in with prostate cancer and he has been handling my situation. I checked all the review sites first and made my choice based on recommendations. Im certainly not disappointed. The office staff are always friendly and helpful and I have great faith in Dr. Capelouto as well. If you have to go to a urologist then you probably have exceptional concerns and dont want to gamble. I suggest that Georgia Urology is your best choice in the North Atlanta area.

Could not see the physician right away , but met and saw Jessica FeehanNP. She was informative and answered my concerning questions. Took her time to explain things. The staff was nice.

Appointment was scheduled well in advance. I received several reminders via email and text. All good. On Monday evening a little after six, I had a voice mail reminding me of the appointment the next morning. Still good. I drove 50 minutes to get to the Canton office and they gave me the standard form to fill out. While I was filling out the form, I was told that the doctor had been called into Atlanta to perform surgery. They also stated that the “tried” to call me to reschedule. I received no phone calls or text messages or emails concerning rescheduling the appointment. This office is totally incompetent. I would suggest using a different urology group if you have the need. If you read reviews, you will also note that they have a “canned” response to any negative reviews. Customer satisfaction is not a priority for this organization.

Jessica was very nice but the wait time was too long. She explained things to me but talked very fast.

Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and each time that we have an appointment regardless of the length between previous appointments, she remembers special things about my husbands health issues.

I find that the Physicians are personable, and professional. Their bedside manner is very good. The nursing staff and administration staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional. I believe that we are lucky to have such professionals in Canton, Ga.

3 years ago I was diagnosed with Renal Cancer. I was angry, scared, and very upset. Georgia Urology has taken care of the problem, and have been following me to make sure all is still good. I Thank Them for their help and care throughout this whole thing. I would like to have had more contact with Dr. Gonzales but Jessica has just been the best!

Although Georgia Urology is a large metro practice & in my opinion they do a decent job processing patients in/out - I would definitely recommend the practice to any other patient requiring urological service.In addition, I travel extensively for work - out of the general area. As a business professional I must take responsibility for my own health care with that being said, sometimes I forget my appointment time, date, location, etc. I certainly also want to thank the appointment employees for accommodating my simple confusion & rescheduling in a timely manner. As an experienced Pharmaceutical Rep for over 25 yrs. I have come to know many, many physicians and office staffs. I know who to pick for any condition that I have or may develop. I have chosen Dr. Capelouto for my needs. His staff is courteous, he runs on time (although if doctors dont I fully understand why) and he is knowledgable in his chosen field. I find him approachable and able to discern the approach needed for specific patients. I thank him each time I am finished and he always responds. He makes sure that the patient fully understands the treatment approach and alternatives. I highly recommend both him and his practice.

I recently moved to Canton so this was my first visit to Georgia Urology. I registered online so there was very little paperwork to complete when I arrived for my appointment. I waited less than 5 minutes before being taken to an examination room. Dr. Capelouto and his staff were very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Capelouto and Georgia Urology.

For my first experience having to go to urologist it sure was a great one. I was able to get in ASAP. I did not have to wait past my appointment time.The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. It was an extremely clean and comfortable enviroment. I was not able to see Dr. Capilouto but his nurse practitioner made me feel extremely comfortable with her decisions for me. Dr. Capilouto took the time to stop in and confirm my next form of action. I wish all doctors made me feel this good. I would love for them to be my primary care, but unfortunately that’s not how this works. I’m definitely fortunate to be in such good hands with this practice. Thanks so much for doing what you do !

I only gave one star because although they werent the kindest, Im sure the doctor himself is very good. I wouldnt know though because we never got to come in. Im mainly complaining and upset with the phone system and the staff who picked up. My appt was changed twice in almost 24 hours and then i got a call this morning about having to cancel. Ive waited, and been in horrendous pain, for three weeks now. I understand that there are other people in the world that need help and blah blah. But I sat on the phone with these people for an hour to reschedule, was transferred to a triage nurse and I was transferred to another location and then a voice mailbox that had no name or number affiliated with the buisness. I didnt even get to speak more than my name and birthday before being tossed aside like I was garbage. This was the worst treatment Ive ever received attempting to make a simple appointment. I called back and sat on the phone for another 30 mins before finally speaking to someone and that was no help either. I wont be showing up for their appointment they can hopefully squeeze me in for. I wouldnt even be seeing the doctor, just a nurse. I have no disrespect in nurses but the problem within my body is in dire need with a doctor. I just hope that this problem inside of me doesnt kill me.

Poor wait times, was told to come in 30 minutes earlier for my first appointment, waited an hour and half past my appointment to be seen with no explanation if the office was running behind or not. No communication between the nurses or NP or Doctors when explaining symptoms and what was going on. NP beside manner was horrible and just felt very neglected. Came for the follow up appointment hopefully to have a better experience waited again an hour in the waiting room past my appointment with no explanation, then told I should see my PCP. Kind of just felt more neglected that I wasted over a week with a specialist. Then over heard the nurse talking to the NP outside the room complaining that I had moved up my appointment 3 days earlier. Cause they walls in the office are paper thin. Ive worked in Oncology and Neurology, Ive never had worse beside manner or treated this poorly from a office. I will never refer anyone and inform doctors to not to refer anyone to them.

The nurses lie. They didnt take any vitals. Dr. Rosenfeld insulted me. They cussed at my wife. And offered to sell medicine I can get 200x cheaper from a pharmacy for 2000x the price. Find someone else .

Very professional staff. Tansey Riding is easy to talk with .Bladder problems are not always comfortable conversation to have with anyone but she really listens to your issues.

I went for a kidney stone removal and wore the the stint longer than I should have. But the worst part of my whole experience was dealing with a member of staff, Michelle !! She has a very hateful attitude and should not be working with patients.

My husband was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, he did not want surgery. Ga Urology gave him an option of having hormone injections. He gets two every three months now, They have shrunk the prostate and cancer has not spread. His PSA was in the 12.0 range a few years ago and he kept putting it off to go get a biopsy. Dr Gonzalez did the biopsy about 3 years or so ago and found he did have Prostate Cancer. Now after doing the hormone injections, his PSA is 0.4, the prostate has shrunk and the cancer has not spread. Hes doing great. He sees Jessica Feehan there every three months for bloodwork and his shots. Jessica is a very caring lady and knows what shes talking about. She is always nice and happy to see us as we are her and the staff. Always very nice. Steve and I would highly recommend Ga Urology.

Only give 1 star because no stars isnt a option! I had a stent put in while pregnant due to kidney stones and hydronephrosis the stent was in for about 3 months thats longer then its supposed to be in but because of the pregnancy I didnt have much of a option. So I to in to the office to have it removed 3 weeks after I delivered my daughter, the doctor knew it had been in for a long period of time and that the chances of it being calcified and encrusted was very high but he choose not to do any scans, x-rays or ultrasound to make sure it was safe for in office removal! Well he goes to take it out and low and behold its extremely calcified and stuck he got it halfway out and couldnt get it any further. So he just pushes all of what he pulled out into my bladder Im in tears at the point because it was extremely painful! And tells me I will have to have surgery but on Friday which I would have Had to wait 2 day to have done because i went to the office on Wednesday. Well I go home and use the bathroom and the stent pops out of my bladder and I almost pass out from the pain!! I call the office and they have the nerve to tell me to drive my self to northside imaging to get a x Ray then drive my self to the office to give them the scan. My husband was not having that at all and tells them we are going to the ER and someone needs to meet us there and handle the issue! Well we get to the ER and they have my surgery booked. They didnt do any land before the surgery once again no scans or XRays and take me back for surgery. They said it would take 30-45 mins well it ended up being a almost 3 hour procedure and I almost lost my kidney! Then they put another stent into my kidney and bladder this time with a string so I have to remove it at home!!! The doctor did not see me after the surgery to explain anything or to check in on me I wasnt given and discharge instructions or a update on the status of my conditions! I am extremely disappointed in the care I received and the lack of judgement on the doctors part I will never go back or recommend this practice to anyone I wouldnt take my dying dog to these people! Im 25 years old and almost lost a kidney because of his incompetence!! If you want good care I suggest going elsewhere if you want to be treated horribly then this is the place to go!!
