VERY very happy with service here. Been about 4 times and never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time, if at all. Staff are very caring and knowledgeable. They were great with my special needs son who has some sensory issues. Highly recommend.

Office staff is terrible. After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, we showed up to be told our appointment was cancelled by us. Both of our phone numbers had no messages or recent calls. The receptionist was cold and rude. There was no offer to see if we could be worked in, just to be rescheduled. The receptionist wasnt even able to tell me how their appointments get confirmed yet preceded to tell me I cancelled the appointment. Between the wait, getting a sitter for covid guidelines and the 30 min drive to the office there was no compassion. Honestly, we love Dr. Weaver. But her staff does not represent her well.

I’m not sure what people are complaining about with wait times. I got here at 9:10, called inside and they came for me within 5 minutes. Nurse took vitals and some basic info. Dr Wheeler was with me within 5 minutes. She listened, asked pertinent questions and offered non judgmental advice. Then waited maybe another 5 minutes to get blood work. In and out in 30ish minutes. Great experience for me and my husband.

Absolutely pathetic practice.More concerned about how to price gouge than actually helping the patient...Would not recommend

I arrived before the apparent “15min” window for appointments, I was told my appointment needed to be rescheduled. My clock said I arrived in time. Their “office clock” said I arrived 2 minutes late. This is because they have you call them and it takes time. The number either has to be looked up, or you have to walk to the door to see it. I drove over an hour to be told “sorry, your medical needs are not important to us.” Where is the humanity in this doctor’s office?

I’ve had several negative experiences with this practice over the past few years, and I’m finally done. There have been instances where I’ve been sick with snot dripping from my nose and they said nothing is wrong and send me on my way. They take days to fill a prescription request, especially if the doctor you saw is out... what are medical records for?? NP Nancy is rude. Dr. Mardhani rejected a refill request with no response at all, not even a under the condition of scheduling an appointment. It just got denied and I’m SOL I guess. If you want to be treated like garbage and like your concerns don’t matter then this is the doctor’s office for you.

I really like my HCP however their office staff is terrible. They’re extremely hard to get ahold of and they’ve lost paperwork that I have needed for school. I should be able to get ahold of even office staff if I have a question about my healthcare records but that is a lot to ask from this office.

I found out my last doctors office is closed permanently when I tried to get a refill of my antidepressants. Obviously I started panicking and calling around. As a new patient, I was able to make the appointment the day before and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Amy Wheeler was nice, informative and really sympathized with me. I really appreciated that they are taking several extra precautions due to covid and I will definitely be back again.

Ive been seeking a new Primary Physician for awhile, then after I moved a couple of months ago Ive been looking at reviews seeking out the best. After my visit with Dr. Courtney Weaver, i felt i found the most caring doctor as well as her great staff. She took the time to listen.....amazing!

We recently moved here from another state and we were dreading looking for all new health care physicians. After seeing two other offices, I landed in this one because their availability was more open than most and Dr Hefner had great reviews. I was not able to get in right away with Dr Hefner himself, but was able to see NP Amy Wheeler. She was very down to earth and well educated as any Dr Ive seen in the past. My next visit was with Dr Mardhani. Ive seen her a few times now and she will be our regular physician. She TAKES TIME to listen to her patients and asks a lot of questions. We can tell she REALLY truly cares for her patients and is extremely educated, well versed, has a great bedside manner and gets back to us very quickly. The front desk ladies are all very nice, the nurses are friendly and lab technicians have been phenomenal. Im happier here with this Piedmont than before we moved.Sometimes its better to see through fresh new eyes as well as years of experience. This practice has both which is highly appreciated.

I have been visiting this practice for almost 2 years. Kathryn Brady, PA provides outstandingly personalized care to her patients. She truly listens to your concerns, and provides just the right approach to dealing with them.You are made to feel truly at ease in this office, right from the front desk to every assisting nurse and lab nurse. Just want to thank you all.I hadn’t been in for about 6 months, but I developed a sinus infection and was fit in same day. Due to recent job change, currently uninsured. This practice helped me find a cost effective way to be treated and to fill my prescriptions.Just to say it again—they really care. Thank you Kathryn.

Dr Hefner has been my primary for over 10 years. This past year I had decided to see the female Dr in the group. But as of this Saturday I will no longer be going to this practice or recommending them to anyone I know. I made a call Friday morning to the nurse line. When I had not heard back from them after 2 I called the front desk to ask my question. I needed a tetanus shot that was not a combo because I am allergic to the combo shot. She told me that they had a tetanus and a tetanus combo but they had no more spots Friday so she scheduled me with their clinic at Walgreens on Saturday 1st apt. She also informed me that you were suppose to have the shot within 48 hrs of injury. Saturday I was the 1st apt of the clinic and when I sat down and was specific about the vaccine I needed she informed me they had 2 but both were combo shots. When I asked her what I needed to do she suggested several things along with me getting it from my pharmacy. When I inquired about needing a prescription for the pharmacy, she did not offer one and gave me no advice on that nor gave me a prescription. I tried the other places with no avail and then called my pharmacist who let me know I needed a prescription and told me to call my Dr office. I was almost to my 48 hrs so I called the Dr on call (Nancy), who was extremely rude even after I had explained everything that had happened. And it not being my fault but Piedmont who got it all wrong & I wasnt sure what to do. She told me this was ridiculous and she had had so many ridiculous calls today and she was extremely rude and said I guess I will call it in. Telling your client/patient that they are being absurd and mocking them does not seem to be the best practice. So I will find a new practice where there is more care for the patient.

Ive been twice - once to see a NP and another time to see a new doctor. My husband went once as well. Our experience has been great. It was easy to schedule an appointment, even same day when needed. Im thinking if you are wanting to see Dr. Hefner himself, and not a NP or PA (who are more than qualified), then that may be where people are running into issues with scheduling and wait-time.

Amy wheeler is awesome. Fast, yet friendly accurate service. She is very caring and understanding. Amy and the staff makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. She actually takes the time to listen to your concerns and then explains her response in perfect terms. Unlike some doctors, they use doctor terms and words that I never even heard of. Amy is very clear and understanding. I have officially made this place primary. Also the facility is very clean and well kept. Thank you Piedmont Physicians you are all awesome!!!

Its super easy to get an appointment here. Im always seen very quickly and Dr. Weaver is amazing. Shes very caring and listens. I highly recommend her!

I gave detailed reasons why I did not want my 11 year old daughter to receive the HPV vaccine and today I took her for her 12 year vaccines required for school, for meningitis and tetanus. The NP didn’t even ask but stated that they were giving my daughter 3 vaccines, one of which was the HPV. I told her I had told them no and she was not getting that vaccine, she had a nasty attitude. I’ve done my research and won’t be pressured into something I don’t feel is right for my child. I am firing them and finding a new doctor.

By Addison, age 10.Dr. Hefner takes awesome care of me and makes me laugh. I really like Amy and Kathyrn too. I dont like doctor visits very much but going here is totally okay. We never wait long and everyone is really nice. I really like the newer place they moved to closer to my house.

This clinic doesnt have a clue how to handle the billing. You pay in the office in full and they keep sending you new bills months after the visit and nobody knows anything. You pay $130.00 for 5 minutes visit just to get prescription filled twice a year. When you try to straiten out the bill you are put on hold for a hour and transferred from one department to another.

Dr. Weaver was a pleasure to meet along with every staff member I came in contact with. This was my first visit, and i believe I’ve found my new Primary Care Doctor.

Kathryn Brady is the best! Ive been going to them for over a year now and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I went there for my annual free wellness visit. Everything seemed find and it went okay. I talked about how everything is okay, Im healthy and had some random question about something to have an honest dialog with my doctor. It turned out to be nothing from a 4 second conversation. They checked something off to where they charged me over a hundred for asking that question. My insurance company called them personally and they still stood by the 4 second charge. Terrible!

Dr. Ambreen Mardhani: Inexperienced, Unprofessional, Dismissive, Arrogant. STAY AWAY. She must be just out of Med school. Thanks to the ACA I was forced to change my Primary Care Dr. and this is what I got. I have been on the same low dose blood pressure medication (its a water pill) and lowest dose anti-anxiety medication (for sleep) for years. I am 50 years old and have NEVER had an issue with getting them refilled with ANY doctor. Her receptionist (or nurse) called me to tell me I needed to come in to see her before they would refill the medications. I saw them end of Feb. of this year. I told them my schedule was extremely tight for the next month as I am the full-time care-giver to my disabled niece, we have several therapies and other neurology appointments for HER this month and my husband and I own our own business, and asked if they would fill the medications for 30 days until I could get there. The receptionist said she would ask. I received a voicemail later that day from the receptionist (or nurse), and I WISH I could play the sound bite, that Dr. Mardhani said she would not refill and that I should go find a Psychiatrist to get my medications filled and to call with any questions. What? Go find a Psychiatrist was her answer?? Well I called back indeed, and to date no return phone call from her or her office. Would NEVER recommend anyone I know or dont know to this woman who has the title of Dr., however clearly has a lot to learn about how to treat people and patients. There are too many other great ones out there.

As much as I like Dr. Hefner I have to complain about the long wait before seeing the DR. Today was no exception. I waited almost an hour and my name was never called. I was on time for my appt and I can understand a 15 or even 20 minute wait, but an hour!?! Why? This happens all the time.Maybe he will read this and try to come up with a solution.

Excellent service at this location. Ive been using this practice for years and I have no complaints.

Horrible experience at this doctors office Dr. Mardhani does not seem to have the level of professionalism or maturity yet to better explain how to help or treat. Made us feel like there was no treatment that she could provide her attitude was very immature as she did not seem to know how she could treat the problem that we came in to address basically said you need an ENT for the ringing in ears and a cardiologist for heart murmur she didnt even give any references for those other physicians refused to give the only medication known to help and ease the problem it just seems like she doesnt have the experience yet with actual patients and she is still in college practicing to be a doctor and has yet to graduate DO NOT go there if your really wanting help im sure if you have a common cold she could help because all she would need to do is write a prescription for an antibiotic but so can the minute clinic at Walgreens

I have a ringing in my ears there is no cure there is only one drug that has helped reduced the noise level it is colonzepam I have an on going prescription there I have for years I dont just get it refilled after every refill I only get it refilled for my ears the ring I cant sleep listening to the hisszing buzzing roaring in my ears there is no cure you just cope and getting sleep is needed. clonazepam is the only medication that reduces the noise level I went to the doctor today and she would not give me the prescription. She mention zolof and some other weird stuff...anyway I will never go her they make you feel horrible and she laughed at me and made fun of my heart murmur even joked about it my Daughter was with me and we both left mad and crying. I have gone to the office for years I have never abused a prescription my tinnitus is peaking right now and it doesnt that from time to time I need to sleep when the roaring is really loud it is difficult to sleep....so I am hurt sad confused and dont have any faith in this medical staff anymore...THE ONLY THING THAT AIDS TINITUS SUFFERERS IS CLONAZEPAM AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF DOCTORS THAT WOULD MORE THAN HAPPY TO PRESCRIBE THAT TO THEIR PATIENTS IF IT WOULD HELP THEM...RINGING IN YOUR EAS 24/7 IS HARD AND NOW I FEEL LIKE THE DOCTOR WAS LAUGHING AT MY PAIN AND REALLY IMMATURE ABOUT THE HEART MUR MUR SHE NEVER EVEN GAVE ME A DOCTOR TO GO SEE FOR THAT!!!! VERY HURT VERY SAD AND NOW I HAVE TO TAKE OFF WORK AGAIN AND GO TO A DOCTOR TO GET THE RIGHT MEDICATION FOR THE RINGING IN MY EARS CLONAZEPAM WORKS I DON TAKE IT TO GET HIGH I TAKE IT TO BE ABLE TO SO TO SLEEP TO GO TO WORK THE NEXT DAY THIS I AM POOR SPENDING THE MONEY TO SEE THE DOCTOR WAS HARD AND NOW I AM GOING TO MISS TWO DAYS WORK AND WELL ALL SHE HAS TO DO IS KEEP UP WITH MEDICINE CLONAZEPAM IS RECORDED AS THE ONLY THING TO BRING THE BUZZING NOISE IN THE EAR DOWN TO A MILD ROAR...SAD HURT AND WAS MADE TO FEEL LIKE I WAS TRYING TO GET DRUGS!!!!!! JUST IMMATURE YOUNG DOCTOR I WONT EVEN GIVE HER NAME ...WHO LAUGHS AT A PATIENT THAT HAS A HEART MURMUR???????
