Multiple family members have seen this doctor. They have seen him for years. I haven’t had to deal with him until I suggested him to my husband who was looking for a new primary. Long story short, he hates to do paperwork, hardly fills it out right the first time. Refuses to fill out paperwork for my husbands disability, even though he was the one that took him off work for 6 months. I could go on.

Just spoke to the most unpolite secretary I have ever spoken to in my life to schedule an appointment. Very rude employee, she spoke in an unpolite manner (almost screaming), she hung up after getting the appointment and did not even confirm information. What a terrible employee. I cannot believe it. Was about to cancel the appointment dealing with such a bad attitude. I got the appointment just because the doctor has good reviews.

Dr. Grucz is my internist and treats me better than any doctor I’ve had before. His bedside manner and overall need to truly help you feel better is amazing. I have a Chronic Illness that really changed my life drastically and suddenly and he does everything he can to help me feel as comfortable and taken care of as possible. When I first became ill I was terrified and lost and the entire Beaumont canton office where he works really makes me feel safe and taken care of, I never feel lost in the system. My husband and I appreciate you all more than we can say.

Wonderful doctor, so professional, personable, and compassionate. He listened to all my problems, and didn’t rush me like I feel a lot of doctors do these days. Wish all doctors could be more like him.

Never call back after testing results even though say they would. (Cancer diagnosing, broken bone, blood work) Week trying to get prescribed medication refilled and still not done even though called twice, and did online. Told by nurse had to make another appointment for concerns because only allow ten minutes.

Caring doctor that takes time to explain what is going on. Not a long wait and waiting room is pleasant.
