Can’t get ahold of them. I am currently on hold going on 19 minutes! That is ridiculous! And I am calling because my boyfriend who is a patient here says he can’t get through to make an appointment, he gets put on hold, answer service, or busy. Why!!? 20 minutes now!!

Dr Tony has been very attentive and truly cares about his patients. He is not afraid to refer you to a specialist when he feels its something above his expertise. Great guy!

Staff is friendly and competent. Ginger is kind and caring and actually listens to you. Very professional.

Staff was mostly amazing, Dr. Dyhanchan was not great, I saw him on a few occasions before I left. He does not listen to me, I brought up the same concern numerous times, he ignored me or blew me off, I ended up in the ER for the reason and they fixed it. I gave a second chance but never felt he listened or fully understood what I was trying to convey. I never felt like he was there to help me, he was only there to push me out the door. My neighbors and husband were thinking of switching to this location, I advised them not to.

The staff is incompetent the rest of the office will protect them.Do your homework because you cant believe anything they say.

Ill start by saying the staff is pretty decent however the doctors do not deserve them. From my expierence and also elder and younger family members going here, they try to convince you that all of your medical issues are mental issues even when there is solid proof that this is not the case. (Legitimately Diriah for example) They also are all about pharmaceuticals so if you are like me and have an intrest in more natural methods these doctors are not for you. I am speaking mostly about Dr. Dyanchand who WAS my primary care physician. He seems lazy and would rather blame the issues on my mental state bc that is easier than actually assesing the physical issues and doing work ups to rule out physical problems and God forbid him taking time and having a seat to listen to me talk. I asked him if there is an alternative treatment option to taking a drug every day for fybromyalgia and he laughed at me and said it wasnt his problem that I dont want to take medication every day. Anyone who is in everyday cronic pain with small children would understand what I mean when I say it is very hard taking care of my kid being in so much pain he turned this into my notes saying she is unable to care for her kid when she is in that much pain my notes seemed reiterated as sarcastic. That in my opinion is just unprofessional. My child is very well cared for and this was not at all what I said. But he must not have small child. (Judgmental) then he slams the door. He is uncompassionate and incapable of empathy from my visits with him. I curently have no vehicle and although that is not his problem he could do what is in his power to make my life better after all thats just being a good person. I have foliculitus on my under arms also. Terrible rash spreading onto my arms, it burns and itches and is very uncomfotable. Previously I went to statcare for this. I made my visit here for my neck pain and for forfollow up for rash. He said he is sorry but i chose to talk about my neck pain so I need to make another appointment. Docotrs are supposed to help people. They take an oath and then become numb to other perspectives and allow themselves to become God complexed. I will not be going back to this medical care facility. Lets be real, at the very least he could have looked at my rash and tried to help for this visit. But he was not interested. He was more concerned with spending our time telling me I need to see a psychiatrist and billing my insurance company. He is not interested in doing anything more for his patients than the bare minimum of what he has to do to hold his license.
