Would be zero stars if available. I selected Dr. Jones as my PCP in May, 2017. Never made an appointment because I didnt need to see her until today. I call and am rudely explained that she is no longer accepting new patients. But wait, shes my primary care physician. Shes been getting payments from BCN for over 2 years. She never bothered to reach out to me to advise that Id need to make an appointment or I would need to choose a different provider. Very bad business. Hope youre a current patient or forget it, even though shes been getting paid by my insurance company for two years :(
