The practice was efficient and helped me with my medical issue. I was seen for ear pain and swelling. I only had to wait about an hour. The doctor identified my issue and offered a prescription with follow up instructions if the pain and swelling didnt improve. She was in and out quickly, but thats what I would expect with urgent care. My ear infection began to improve within about 24 hours :) Ill definitely use this practice again, if needed.Thank you to the staff for being there! Im sure you guys put up with a lot of nonsense from the public. I sincerely appreciate the availability of this clinic and the efforts of the staff!

The nurse was so rude and talked down to us. she also rolled her eyes because my dad made a comment on the ridiculous charge for one covid test. all she could’ve said was “yeah that sucks” no need to be rude. if you’re going to be a nurse maybe learn a little patience because difficult patients are everywhere. screw yall lol.. oh and if I tell you directly how to pronounce BOTH our names, stop screwing it up lol.

I gave 4 stars only because my appointment was pushed back 45 min. Other than that the visit was great! The staff is very friendly and caring. All of my questions were answered and they helped me get my test results quickly.

We made a appointment and was seen immediately. No one in waiting room, as everyone waited in there cars. In and out fast had a great experience.

Came in with a foot and shoulder injury. Took my information. Minimal wait time. Staff was very professional. Exam of injuries and took X-rays. Luckily no broken bones. Wrapped foot and also fitted with boot. Great attention.

Made appt online. Called 20 min before appt from parkingblot as instructed. Information taken and confirmed over the ohone. Called in 5 min till appt. 30 min later done .

The receptionist was so kind. She put me on the call list for cancelations and was able to get me in the same day within 3 hours. She was amazing. The NPs are nice as well. Checked in a few minutes early and they got me in a room quickly. Test results were back within 15 minutes. The doctor was very nice and caring. I will definitely use this office for future visits .

Since we made an appointment, we were able to be seen on-time without other people in the waiting area! Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the NP who say my wife were so kind, polite, caring who listened to my wife, Donna, intently. The personal attention and thoroughness of the NP was amazing! We ranked her a 12! We had items we needed to get done per our PCP then she recommended other very good options to try to figure out what was going on! We had an outstanding visit! When we left, the nurse who drew the labs walked us out and held the doors for us. My wife is in a wheel chair! The wait time was minimal. We plan to make this Urgent Care our go to from now on! Thank you for taking such great care of my wife!

I was seen promptly, I liked the doctor. I was not asked about any health issues. The restroom did not have toilet seat covers, a waste bin or wipes to use for clean catch before urinalysis or a hook for a handbag.

The Doctor was personable and friendly. He was very thorough and asked me lots of questions to make sure he understood why I was there for a visit. He never seemed rushed and made sure he answered my questions. Not only did he prescribe me an antibiotic for my illness, but he also gave me practical advise about what I could do to help myself feel better.I highly recommend Peachtree Immediate Care!

Staff is working hard to remain Covid-safe, enforcing mask mandates, and requesting that patients wait in their car to reduce indoor transmission. Once my appointment was called, the staff were super friendly, and I was in and out very quickly.

I called ahead for an appointment and was seen very quickly and got the help I needed. I started feeling better almost immediately with the treatment I received in the office, and the two prescriptions were very effective. The nurse practitioner who saw me and other staff were friendly and efficient. I’ve been to this office several times, and have always been treated quickly and with kindness and competence.

Peachtree Clinic treated my veteran husband and me with care and concern. They were quick without being pushy or short. They listened to each concern and attend to it immediately keeping a positive demeanor that made us feel that they cared. They explained what next steps were needed and how to proceed.This is a clinic that I recommend and will return if need be.

I was just there not too long ago and the nurse practitioner was very rude and unhelpful. They also don’t have very accurate test results either. My father had got tested for covid here twice because he wasn’t feeling well and had all the symptoms, and they both came out negative, however when he went to go get tested at the emergency room it came out positive. So be cautious about getting tested here.

The phone system runs you around a bit but works for making an appointment. But once you just walk in with a confirmed appointment and interface with people, the service and results are incredible. My doctor actually listened to me, was thorough and made a good call. I feel so much better already. I am glad they are here in Canton!!! Keep up the great work.

The care provider was very honest in her assessment of my medical issue. In addition, the entire staff that I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. This was my second visit to this location and I feel that I was treated properly each time.

I walked in without an appointment on a Wednesday afternoon. I was seen right away by a very friendly staff and was very comfortable knowing that my issue was going to get resolved. The NP was very attentive and personable while attending to me. Also, very thorough in her examination of possible causes while creating an action plan to remedy my condition. Would definitely recommend their office for any non emergency health needs!

I had an appointment for a C19 test and they were quick. The nurse was friendly and they were very accommodating and I felt safe the whole time.

My appointment was at 10am. I checked in a few minutes early and waited in my car until they had my room ready. They did a flu test and a COVID test, then I waited 15 mins on results. They came back in and did a swab to send off to the lab. When it was all said and done, I was gone by 10:45. They did an excellent job keeping things moving without making you feel rushed. The doctor and nurse were both very kind and attentive. Great experience.

These people charged me a copay, refused to help me and then refused a refund. This was after a two hour wait. I would highly recommend going anywhere else.

Ashley in customer service went above and beyond to help me out. My family needed a rapid covid test prior to going on vacation. She personally scheduled these for me and took extreme stress off of me to get these tests done. Thank you for everything Ashley.

I recently went to this urgent care center for a minor injury. My visit required an x-ray.. The online registration process and scheduling of an appointment made it extremely convenient for me.The staff was professional and courteous. I was in and out all within the span of an hour. this was my first time ever using an urgent care center. I definitely will not hesitate to use them again.

Fast service, in and out in 35 minutes. Gave a four on behalf of the nurses being referred to as the girls. I have a daughter and 4 granddaughters. Not acceptable to me. Medically very satisfied.

The staff and the doctor were very quick, professional, and kind. It is helpful that they tell you how long the wait is. My 5 yo was hurt and they did a fantastic job catering to his age.

Wouldnt recommend if you actually dont feel well. Had an appointment, showed up 20 minutes early and still didnt get seen for another hour and a half. For a covid test. After the test, waited another 35 minutes for the results, when they could have simply emailed them.There were 3 cars in the parking lot, and they seemed very overwhelmed. Wont be going back here again.

Making appointment was easy. They follow all COVID protocols. Testing for COVID and FLU was easy and quick. Able to prescibe medications and send information to pharmacy. Would use them again.

Kristin Oliver went above and beyond to help find the cause of the issues I was experiencing. I saw 4 doctors prior who stated they did not see any problems in the area but doctor Oliver found it immediately and sent me straight to the ER they admitted right away due to a mass on my pancreas and an abscess on my lung. If the abscess ruptured I could have died. She literally saved my life I will never be able to thank her enough

My spouse was told they do not have ultrasound imaging (which is what was needed) and was referred out to a specialist - which was altogether a 5 minute visit, for which my spouse was charged $200 after a deductible (total billed >$300!).This is absolutely a ripoff. I dont think any person in any country, US or otherwise, should be charged $300 just to be told their facility cant do anything for them...Do your research people. Call ahead and ask if they have services that you need, to avoid being scammed when you show up.

I needed to get a quick COVID test to see if my husband could travel for work. They were very quick, efficient and super nice. The nurse I talked to was also very funny and they really put you at east. Wonderful experience!!

Injured my toe at home. Called my orthopedics office of 20 plus years to be seen. Said no one could see me fo a week. I was in a lot of discomfort so I came to Peachtree Immediate Care. After getting x-ray doctor informed me I fractured my toe in 2 places. They put me in a boot. Believe me, my orthopedic office will hear from me! Thank you PIC🥰

I was not feeling well. I knew I had been fighting sinus allergies. My ears were ringing and my head was hurting. I made an appointment so I would not have to wait. The receptionist was kind and I was called to the back within minutes. The nurse documented my vitals and my reason for coming. She was was kind and professional. The attending doctor was kind and professional. She asked more specific questions, checked my ears and throat and ordered lab work. Prescription s were called ahead to my pharmacy and were ready when I left . I had a comforting visit there.

Wait time for walk-in was less than expected. I appreciated the advanced triage by phone that made my visit fast and efficient. The care team was thorough but kept things moving along.

On Friday morning I called my Urologist followed by my General Practitioner and could not get an appointment that day to check out what I suspected was a urinary tract infection. My last hope was to visit an urgent care provider. I got an appointment on line and was seen immediately at Peachtree Immediate Care. They were fantastic at verifying my problem and were very professional! I would not hesitate to go back to them again!

Very good experience at this immediate care! I went in for an upper respiratory infection and stomach virus issue and was very pleased at the knowledge the provider had and was able to give me. Everyone there made sure to dot their I’s and cross their T’s to make sure nothing was missed. I was given medication to manage side effects and steroid shot to get back on my feet, as well as given some great at home/over the counter care instructions that I had never heard about before but has helped a bunch. The provider took time to listen to my concerns thoroughly and asked questions to make sure she got the whole picture. Whole staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in!! And better yet, when the bill comes it’s not outrageous!

One of the best hospital visits Ive ever experienced. Theres a gentleman there names James who is a freaking ROCKSTAR! I have issues fainting with needles, but James was there to talk with me and made it 1000% better just from his personality, high energy level, and enthusiasm towards getting me better!He deserves all the raises. In fact, if Peachtree Immediate Care-Canton could switch their name to James and Co, thatd be awesome!Plus, its super affordable!

Timely & Personal service and they actually listened to the issues. After the curbside testing results, a doctor came to the vehicle to further discuss my symptoms and prescribe the medications needed. Even though it wasn’t a typical visit to the doctors office, I felt as though I wasn’t just a number to them.This wasn’t my first time visiting this location and I will continue to use them when needed in the future.

Did their curbside Covid testing. They were very efficient and informative. My husband had a 6;00 pm test, we arrived right at 6:00. My appointment was not until 7:00, but they went ahead and did my test with my husbands. It took a little longer than expected, about an hour in total, but it was nice that they come out with your results and explain the results and the next steps you should take.

This place ( Peachtree Immediate Care ) is awesome! Both my Wife, & myself have had great experiences when we have had to use them! I recommend this facility to anyone that is in need of Medical attention. 5 stars 🌟

There is no longer curbside testing. I have been waiting in my car for going on 30 minutes now past my appointment time which I arrived 20 minutes prior to per the instructions.If you want fast results, this is not the place to go for sure!

I am very happy with the care that I received here. I woke up yesterday with a burning sore throat, a slight headache and brain fog.I immediately thought that I might have Covid.I scheduled a rapid Covid test and got in fairly quickly to be seen. The Covid test came back negative, but one of the providers that cared for me asked if I would consider a strep test.I didn’t even think about strep, but I agreed to take the test. Low and behold I have strep. I got a steroid injection in the clinic. Then, picked up my scripts shortly after.Just within 24 hours I am already feeling back to normal.What a great experience. The staff was truly amazing. The receptionist at the front desk was super nice as well.Thank you Peachtree Immediate Care for taking such good care of me.

Went on a Saturday expecting a crowded lot, but only staff were there. They were very quick to see me, took option to do paperwork online. Only waiting was to get test results. If I need anything medical, I’d come back here!

My daughter and I came to get the Covid Antibody blood test. Everyone was very friendly and helpful the minute we arrived. The technician who drew our blood, a tall Black man, forget his name, was so nice and friendly and super efficient. He even gave my daughter some very good advice about her dream to enter the medical field. Top notch service

Staff couldn’t have been any friendlier. They sent me detailed directions regarding the upcoming procedure which I appreciated very much. My wait was maybe 10 minutes and I was then taken to a room, had the procedure (COVID test) and I was at the facility a total of 25 minutes! They’re super!

I received excellent care at the Peachtree immediate care facility in Canton. I just wish the Covid-19 test were still conducted curbside instead of going into the facility. But the service was excellent!

Good care for me what I needed and more, only issue I had was the wait time while I was in the patient room. I don’t really have too much of a issue with waiting it just felt like it took longer than it needed to, overall the experience was good

The drive up covid test was incredibly easy and quick. The 2 doctors that tested me and provided my results were so friendly and helpful with my questions.Results were back in about 15 min. Highly recommend!

They filed my insurance incorrectly, did not send a mailed invoice, and then charged my DEBIT account $360 for a visit that should have been 100% covered. They have said it will now take 15-30 days to have this resolved and credit my account. Unacceptable. I have good insurance for a reason and was not expecting almost $400 in charges to be taken out of my bank account with no notice. This should have been resolved and reimbursed immediately but now I’m having to readjust my bank accounts due to their mistake.

I am a self pay customer. I asked clearly what all charges would be. I was quoted a specific price. I paid before the service was rendered. No additional service was done beyond the original scope. 3 weeks after my visit I get a bill for an additional amount. I have called their billing line only to wait on hold until whenever. No one answers.SURPRISE BILLING IS NOT OK! Medical groups need to bill responsibly, not fraudulently.

I had a very bad reaction to the first dose of Covid vaccine. Unfortunately on Valentines Day I knew I needed to be seen and I knew my internist was not able to see me on the weekend. I called Peachtree Immediate Care in Canton. They could not have been more professional, understanding and accommodating. The clinic was spotless and an hour later I was picking up meds. I highly recommend this facility.
