Extremely unprofessional office staff. Have consistently be rude.

I’ve been a patient of his for the last ten years and never had a good experience. Then I called the office at the Cherry Hill Medical Group to make an appointment with him when they told me he had moved offices and was no longer there and refused to tell me where he moved too and wouldn’t let me start as a new patient with another doctor. No one in my family ever received a notice that he had moved offices and still haven’t a week later. Avoid this doctor and staff if you can.

The doctors office received my test results over three weeks ago. I have called numerous times to discuss the results and they say someone will call me back. No has called me back. I have called 4 times.

Dr is great, got sick so nurse practitioner was to see me gave me appointment. They had me waited in waiting room once they took me in for more than an hr before she could see me.

Dr. Shah is great. Never have to wait longer than 5 minutes when I get there and he can have me in and out if its for a standard checkup, or ill be in there for an hour depending on whatever may be going on. He is helpful, has recommended great specialists when he needs to defer and overall friendly person.

Dr. Shah is great! He listens and takes time to understand. Although it does seem like hes a little rushed at times I understand he has other patients to see. My low review is because of the office staff. Every time I call I cant get through and if I do get through I sit on hold for at least an hour. The front desk messed up my insurance so I had bills coming to me nonstop until I personally had to call back and forth between the office and my insurance to figure it out.

Dr. Shah is great but the front office staff is the worst Ive ever dealt with. I will definitely be switching my primary physician due to unprofessional staff that they have there.

No complain about Dr Shah.Front office staff is terrible. First time REP gave me wrong date for my appointment then second time cancelled my apointment and said they informed me couple of days before. I asked when did you call, they dont know. Extremely unprofessional staff.I have my routine check up done 5 weeks ago, took medicine suggested by Nurse and there is no significant effects on my infection and they are not giving me an apointment with family Dr.

Dr is never available, office staff is allthe more bad, messed up my insurance details, you will get bill through out Yr life, you will have wait for more than an hour and then you will get answer that dr left for day and we forgot to take you in. Never go to this drs office
