So a couple of weeks ago I went in here to have my hair colored.. Which for most people would be a simple task ... NO not this place after being there for 2 days I get told to go home and come back in a week and my hair was pumpkin Orange not to mention they broke off my hair! Normally I would not go to a franchise Hair Salon but unfortunately at the time that I did go to this particular salon my hairstylist was out of town. So in my opinion I would not recommend this place for anything more than a gentlemans haircut because the women in there dont know what theyre doing especially the manager who took over and is the one that sent me out the door with Orange hair and told me to come back in a week and she would see what she could do.

Its always a pleasure to get my hair cut here. The staff is very friendly and they do a great job every time.

They would rather put you on hold and talk to each other than make money doing haircuts. Not a single person in the store and was told they couldnt get us in even though they were still open for 30 minutes. Wont be going back.

My husband and I have been getting our hair cut at this location for years but after the last experience we will never be back. Why make an appointment when they literally take walk ins off the street when we were waiting nearly a half an hour past our appointment time? When I brought this up to an older lady employee, she was incredibly rude, short with us, and said that they would get to us. Excuse me but we had a scheduled appointment for a reason- do not take walk ins before an already late appointment.

Skylar Taylor is the lady I go to. She is very kind and did my coloring just the way I wanted it. I was a dark brown and went to a wine red. Very professional and I left there feeling like a new person. Thank you!

Got a great cut today after having long hair for several years I had it cut short and I love it.

My wife went in there to get a cut and a style before our wedding. We were having a low key wedding with just a couple family members at a music concert in the part St Brethern. She asked for a cut and simple style and explained the wedding would be a surprise...so nothing extravagant. They spent an hour on her hair and it turned out looking like she was going to a high school prom. Not what she wanted, needed, or asked for. She was upset, but does not do well with confrontation. She paid the $150 for the cut and style and went home and took out everything that they did. She said after all the work the girl did,she didnt want to tell her that she did everything wrong.She saw as far as the cut went, they barely took anything off. She ended up just putting her hair up. Very disappointed. I was more disappointed that she was unhappy with the product she received and felt like she could not tell them that it wasnt what she wanted more than I was upset about the paying the $150 for basically nothing. Never again will we go there.

Absolutely love Dana and Bonnie!! Extremely friendly and professional. They always do such a great job on my ridiculously long/thick hair... Everyone at this salon is extremely talented and I love getting to watch them all work their magic as I am in there getting my hair done.

I showed the stylist a full head 360° video of the cut I wanted. I could’ve respected if she had told me she couldn’t do it. Instead she hacked at my hair and made it look absolutely nothing like the picture. The length wasn’t even remotely similar. My six year old also had her hair hacked on at the same time by a different stylist. I am literally in full body shock for both of us. I was embarrassed to even walk out of this salon into public. I have a scarf covering my head as I frantically search for a way to fix this horrifying mess! Do not ever go here!!!

This is a situational review. When I get my hair cut here, I always try to have Jenna, Jade or the woman who cuts across from Jenna. They consistently cut my hair and my 2 boys hair well.I recently learned that Jade has pursued opening her own salon, she will be missed.Two times I have gone in and gotten a walk-in hair cut from Shelley. Both times I had to come back to get the haircut fixed. The second time I got my haircut by her, I did this because I figured that she had gotten better because it had been a few months and she was still there. Not the case. It would be nice to know if she has gotten remedial training or what is being done to insure she improves.Mens haircuts arent that difficult and I would guess that Cost Cutters would prefer that their stylists are representing the company appropriately.

Normally this is a great place to go but the girl the wash my hair and put it in a braid that did not hold for more than 2 hours was not the greatest

Employee took a picture in side cost cutters of a officer inside of Walmart. Posted it on Facebook making the statement that the officer was there handing out tickets for not wearing masks which was false information he was there for a altercation and no he was not in a mask as he was dealing with the situation. To me this shows poor business ethics as if she was so concerned she should have addressed it not taken a picture inside of a business she represents.

Nancy did a horrible job, took her 5 minutes and she rushed through it and was very aggressive with the haircut and kept yanking my head back

Kayla is wonderful! I highly recommend her! She has been doing my cut and color for the past couple of years, and Ive never had a bad experience. I have a ton of hair but she always manages to make it look great!

Jade the stylist at cost cutters inside Wallmart is very good and thorough. Also great to talk to. My son even enjoys getting haircuts from there and he prefers Jade as well. Keep up the good work Cost Cutters and make sure jade sticks around many people like recieving haircuts from Jade. Its not my favorite place to get my hair done because theyve messed up my hair before but it is great for mens hair cuts (its cheap) and Ive seen some girls hair come out looking amazing. It just depends on who you get.

Ya get what ya pay for, right? This might have been the fastest haircut Ive ever received. Sides were not even, and when I asked if the operator could trim my eyebrows, she acted like that was a real imposition. Also, I think us seniors, who are obviously seniors, shouldnt have to ask for the senior discount.

Standard hair cutting place, if not bottled up with people waiting you can get in and out might quick.

I called to try to book an appointment while I was in the Walmart, they said they were all booked up until close but I walked by with my husband an hour later and they were all standing around doing nothing. Worst salon I’ve ever dealt with, they never color or cut my hair correctly. I have to call 6 weeks in advance for an appointment for coloring. I’m not ever going to be a customer of theirs again.
