Shear Professionals is not professional.No management (literally) No one to answer the phone - you have to leave a message and good luck getting your request answered in a timely way. I asked for a certain haircut that maybe took some time with de-bulking , layering and angling to create a long layered bob. What I got was a trim with nothing else. The stylist gave me her card and would not return my phone calls to re-schedule to fix it. Because she would not call me back I had to make a special trip into the salon to make an appointment. I told them if she doesnt want to do this I would have to ask for the money back for the cut because I have to have it done somewhere else. They said there is no management (all independent) no receptionist. Each stylist works independently and she could not help me I would have to talk to her. She would not return my calls! I am sorry to put this review in but I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life of haircuts! I am stuck with a messy blob of a haircut (not to mention I paid a lot for it!) I am so sorry but please be advised!

Nearly 4 years in, more than great hair styles. Great gals, relaxing salon atmosphere (and great cookies/coffee). Far beyond a pleasant experience. Feel young again! Keep it up Katy! Great job!

Disappointed is an understatement. The hair cut I asked for and the one I received are so different its almost funny. Whats not funny is that I didnt feel like I could stand up for myself at the salon and I even gave my hair dresser a tip! Im so sad. I dont even know what to do. I have not been to a hairdresser since I was little and it will be a long time before I give anyone else a chance to cut my hair.

I’m absolutely blown away with the work Jessie did, she was amazing to talk to, took into consideration everything I wanted and made my hair exactly what I wanted it would be! I not only recommend sheer professionals for a great job but I also personally recommend Alisha and Jessie they are amazing fun girls and will make sure you have exactly what you want!

Only service utilized thus far was eyebrow wax for my daughter, however, they made room for her last minute (Homecoming day), extremely friendly and kind, clean environment, open and relaxing with privacy for all services, and good prices. Will be going back to try other services offered.

Erica is amazing she cuts mine and my sons hair she is the only one I trust. She does an amazing job and all the other girls there are very friendly; and very Knowledgeable the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming I recommend Shear professionals.

Lindsey has natural insight and ability coupled with professional knowledge and skill. She was able to trim my hair minimally and leave it looking and feeling healthy and revitalized. Wish I had time to make an appointment one a week.

The stylest did not listen to what I wanted. She left me with horrible color and chopped off all of my hair even after I told her I was growing it out. Then when I contacted her she got upset saying it was my fault. Called me evil and I should be ashamed of myself. My hair looks horrible and the service was unprofessional!! She never offered me a refund and made me feel real uncomfortable about coming back to the salon.

To be honest if someone walks into a salon and the place doesn’t have anything available maybe use a little tack and professionalism when telling them that instead of being rude and completely uninviting guess my 5 seconds in this salon will be my last; my personal theory if can’t be professional in something as simple as that you definitely won’t be professional in how you treat me further.
