This place is absolutely amazing! The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and know how to work with kids!! They are able and willing to answer ANY questions you may have! Absolutely love the service and treatment and will continue to return for any future issues!!

They were able to get us in quickly. The staff was also very knowledgeable. They also have products that are of excellent quality and natural. I would highly recommend them to anyone, no matter how minor or severe the issue of which you are experiencing.Once again: highly recommended.

I know this is going to sound like a broken record but the staff were so amazing with my four year old grandson Dawson.They made Dawson feel so comfortable and at ease, even had him giggling. They gave him a tablet to play on. They were so friendly and accommodating.We found out he had lice eggs even after attempts were made by over the counter products it only killed the bugs not the eggs.He had lice eggs in his hair that are extremely hard to remove but with there technics they were able to remove all of them in a very short amount of time.For precaution I had my scalp looked at because he had stayed overnight.Thank God I had nothing.Then his mom was next for precaution she got checked and found that she had some eggs but not as much as her son had.They determined by the amount of eggs Dawson had that he had had them for over a month..Dawson had a few sleepovers in the last couple months with his cousin and no one had shared that she was home treated for lice recently but they were unsuccessful at removing all the eggs and bugs.The staff said it is extremely important to share with anyone you came in to contact with to let them know.We learned so much great knowledge from the staff about removal and prevention.They have so many wonderful preventative products to offer to sell.The way you get it is head to head contact.A example they told us kids these days especially in their teens and older love to take selfies together and put their heads together.Again I can not thank the staff enough for a wonderful experience and Haley and Dawson thank you especially too.

Tina was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole visit. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. The office and work rooms were very clean and they took close precautions with cleaning their tools once they were done with my visit.

Contacted during closing and received a call within less than an hour! Unfortunately there ended up being a snow storm at the same time but the clinic trolls me what to do at home until they could safely open, they kept me up to date through the whole time and got us in the day they opened back up! Beautiful office and wonderful staff! Also our whole family efficiently in a timely manner

Honestly could have done this treatment on myself with the help of a friend. Save your money. Use a blow dryer, maybe even two at once. Put some olive oil and peppermint essential oil in your hair for the second portion of the treatment. Have your friend do your combing. The lady who did my hair was nice, conversational and friendly. The manager wasnt as friendly. She up-charged me simply for having long hair. My hair isnt even thick. My hormones are still balancing out from pregnancy and Ive lost significant thickness, so I know its absolute bull she up-charged me. The website says for heavily infested or difficult to manage hair. She literally told me she up-charged me for having longer hair. This treatment cost me $251. It would have made more sense to just dye my hair (to kill the eggs and adult bugs) or to just do the treatment myself as previously stated. Doing it outside would have eliminated the possibility of blowing them around inside the house. I HOPE this worked. Honestly, unless youre a disgusting person with bad hygiene, this treatment is way overpriced. I went in with neat, clean hair. Only saving grace Grace was i hope theyre gone and the lady who treated me was kind. Wouldnt highly recommend based on price.

Great place! We have been battling lice and nits for awhile now. Jordan was great with the kiddo. Very helpful and made us feel welcome. Wish we had come here sooner. Well worth every $!

This place is amazing!! My daughter had lice and they got it all out of her hair. About a week later my son, who did not initially have lice got it and then my daughter got it again. It was a nightmare! But they stayed true to their word, and since I had gotten the whole family screened they retreated my daughters hair for free. They are very nice there and do not judge you and make you feel very welcome. I highly recommend this place!

I don’t even know where to begin. These wonderful ladies were SO kind to me and my kids tonight. My daughter has dealt with lice off and on all year. I was at my limit this time and was an emotional wreck. The staff calmly explained everything and made me feel immediately calmer because they had the situation under control. We had a great experience. My daughter and I were checked and nothin was found but it was worth the piece of mind. My other daughter did have a few nits and the ladies did a great job getting rid of everything. My daughter loved the heat treatment and it was even relaxing to her. The ladies were so sweet and professional. We will definitely be back if we ever have this issue again.

I would highly suggest making them the first call if you find yourself exposed to lice. As a family of six we couldnt take the risk of missing something at home and doing repetitive treatment. The staff at LCA is fantastic, friendly, professional, and very reassuring. They screened and/or treated several family members from age 1 to age 65 and were so great with each of us. They eradicate the problem in ONE treatment and send you home with fantastic tips and knowledge to arm yourself with for ridding the rest of your house from this annoying and stressful experience. We haven’t smiled this much since we found our infestation a few days ago. It is worth every penny. Highly recommend this company!

Im a hair stylist and got it after a haircut sale and the first time I had it I spent over a week and a half treating and combing and trying to get rid of it. I came here and they are super nice and very thorough and got it completely treated under an hour. I would definitely suggest this to anyone instead of spending endless hours trying to treat it at home.

We were given a situation where we needed fast confidential treatment and care for a soul that had been surviving with lice for many years in their former living arrangement. The staff at the clinic came in after normal operating hours and treated this person with so much kindness! They diligently and literally cured the infestation overnight. The school nurse said that they have never seen it go from where they were to completely clean like that in all their prior experiences. Go see these people if you ever have the need. They are amazing!

They were so nice and comforting about such a bad situation. We fought lice daily for 2-3 weeks before coming to them. Never again will I wait this long if we get it again. I could have avoided the stress all together if I would have put a shower cap on them and got them right up there. None of the boxed kits, olive oil, vinegar, and even perscriptions worked. Such a nightmare!
