Been on hold for 20 mins . Called 4 times woth no answer then get put on hold for 20 mins. Got mad and hung up . Let me look for a dr that cares

I thought everyone was very nice and prompt. Very considerate and made a normally anxious task a lot easier than expected. Will gladly revisit for future medical needs.

While I have high regard for my nurse practitioner, i cant say the same for the staff. I have to call every month, after my pharmacy faxes them, to request refills. I have to beg. Today i have waited 3 days for my levothyroxin to be filled. I have called 3 days in a row and begged for it as its Friday and i cant go all weekend without it. I also asked for the Office Manager to call me. LOL. And they wont give out her name even. Also i wait over an hour every time.

Long wait. The ladies at the front desk are rude. The nurses and doctors don’t even seem to know what their doing. If I could give this 0 stars I would but 1 star is even too much

The staff at this location are courteous and handle things in a timely manner and several visits at this location have been the same. Also, the Dr I saw the last 2 visits was awesome. Just dont let him give you that darn z-pack the first visit if you have strep throat. LOL

This place is a joke. Advance Nurse did not dianogse Me. He did Not fix any of My medical issues. Front desk wanted to charge Me $240 instead of billing My insurance. This place is as bad as the reviews say it is sadly. Stay away from the place if You care about Your health.

Very poorly place. I do not recommend it at all. My mother was due for a refill on her medication for diabetes. Due to her being a diabetic her legs started messing up so she was unable to walk. When I tired to get refills on her meds the nurse told me that the dr wouldn’t refill due to the fact they needed her to come in to have blood work done. I explained to the nurse she was unable to walk at this time but as soon as she felt better she would be in. They still refused to give her the meds. This had lead my mother to have to be rushed to the hospital by ambulance and her sugar level being 671. Luckily we got there before her Bain started to swell.

The wait wasnt to bad considering the amount of people their and every time we go the doctors are quick but listen to your concerns especially with my daughter she sat there trying to help be figure out what she was allergic to naming things with me that could have caused it

My blood pressure med was approaching renewal so I had my pharmacist call for a new script. No replies, nothing. I ran out over the weekend. My pharmacist comped me 3 to get me by. I finally reached ARCare office and was told that my Dr had been away and wouldnt be back for another day.No one in that office cared that my blood pressure meda were out. I feel awefull and my body hurts as I go through withdrawals.Im finding a new place, this one really let me down :(
