Me and my family have seen Dr Shots for over 20 years and he and Jerry are the best! They care about their patients!! My husband was in the hospital with COVID And they called several times checking on him!I believe the front desk staff do try to help everyone the best they can and I have had a few times that I thought that they needed some extra help because it seems they are under a lot of pressure with phone calls, checking in patients everything else that medical staff have to do. I try to be kind even if someone isn’t to me because I don’t know how their day is going and who knows, kindness can be what they need to feel to help them get through their day!

Dr. McCutchin is fantastic! He sees everyone in our home. A true Family Physician. Best bedside manners, easy to talk too. Willing to listen and answer your concerns. Even researches on anything he thinks might help. 100% BEST DR IN CABOT

Friendly caring staff, nurses, lab techs and doctors. Feel completely confident with this medical clinic. They are very thorough and always followup on tests, outside referrals etc.Easy to get an appointment and no long wait times .

Was never seen by a provider. It is ridiculous for the need to apply to a doctor to seek care and treatment. After applying I was denied care. Somehow they got a hold of my sister and began discussing my medical background and asking her about my medical needs (HIPPA compliance issues), she prompted them numerous times to contact ME. After a few months we connected and they made me reapply for care. I was asked why i was coming, what conditions i needed to be seen for, and if I was on any narcotics. I was then told by the receptionist that i needed to make sure that I was on time and prompt, because the doctor only allows a certain amount of time for each patient (regardless if this is true you do not tell a patient that). After being accepted, I canceled my appointment. Morally, this facility has a higher interest than caring for patients and their needs. The get to choose who they treat (or not), and let know that you have a time limit. I will not be referring anyone here due to my personal experience.

Just keep scrolling to the next clinic or doctor in your search. There are a couple of good doctors if you can get into them but last I tried they were full, so they stuck me with the new doctor, McCutcheon because my doctor left. Going to see him is the equivalent of not going to the doctor at all. Save your time and money, he is a waste of both.

The phone system needs some work, the reception area, meaning some of the people, could us some manners sometimes, but when I see Dr. Blair, everything is good. Dr Blair addresses all of my concerns and is very thorough in order to take care of me. I’ve been going to Dr Blair for years now and as long as she will keep me as a patient, I’ll go see her for all of my medical issues.

Zero stars for the front desk! Once you get past the front desk its 5 stars. What gets me is, the complaints for months about the front desk and apparently nothing is being done about it. Theyre not professional at all and ignore you while you are standing there waiting to be helped. One is always on the phone and one is typing. God forbid you try to schedule a follow up appointment because its always call back the schedule is blocked.

I’ve been going to this clinic since I was a kid. 20+ years. I’ve seen just about every doctor, PA and nurse thats worked there and they are all really great. The front staff is more often than not, rude and seem majorly inconvenienced by your presence. I came today for the walk in clinic. There was a line, which is expected but not a problem. Witnessed multiple elderly people come in and when they didn’t have smart phones to check in, the front staff seemed irritated that they had to check them in manually. I work in health services and I would be fired I a split second if I ever looked or talked to a client that way. Could use some serious customer service training.

Dr. Ruth Ann Blair and the staff at Cabot Medical Care are top notch! I cant say enough about the care, concern, and thoroughness Dr. Blair has always shown. Being a patient with multiple major medical issues, she pulls me up by my bootstraps everytime I feel overwhelmed and designs a plan with a team of support to get me back in gear!Shoutout to Scott in the lab for excellent care and blood draw today, you were awesome!

I have been going for many years. The doctors are excellent! The administration needs total re training in customer service 🙄. Starting with office manager on down! The electronic wall that has been established to prevent any personal interactions with patients is extremely efficient at discouraging any input from current and future patients. When prompted to leave a message with a promise to return your call by the next business day isnt a reality. I gave up after waiting 3 days. It is a shame its come to this!

Ive been with Cabot medical since I was a teenager and Ive always had excellent care there Im now 47 years old and continue seeing Dr. Stamp whom I think is an absolute God send!! Both of my parents started seeing Dr.Stamp after Dr. Mac left. Oh and I read an awful review on Marcy and I just cant believe it!! Marcy has always been awesome with me!! And I love jeani too!! Oh and what about Dee Dr. Stamps nurse she is my absolute favorite!!!

I have been going to this clinic since I was a baby, so almost 29 years. The providers are great, the nurses are great, but the front office staff is... HORRIBLE. I am over the front office at my clinic and never have I seen such disrespect come from a receptionist/office coordinator. Particularly Marci. Every single time I come into that clinic she is always so very rude to me and other patients. Just sitting there watching her interactions with other patients is jaw dropping. I understand people can experience burnout but do not let that affect the way you treat patients. I have called and complained about her numerous times but she just never seems to go away or even get disciplined because she still continues to treat patients the way she always does. On top of this they have rolled out a new check in system that they did not notify patients about prior to the new year. A simple 1 minute check-in process turned into a long line of patients that made all of us miss our scheduled appointment time. I truly feel for the elderly patients who are not tech savvy because it’s all online on your phone. There were several elderly patients who were getting very frustrated because of this new process. I understand that this may be very easy for the younger generations but this is definitely something that should have been considered and more training done. I am sure once everyone understands how the new check-in process goes it will be easier but in the mean time this makes me very happy I only come once every 6 months.

My family, children and grandchildren, have been going to Cabot Medical for over 20 years. We have always been treated with respect and friendliness by the receptionists. We have seen other clinic doctors other than our primary Dr. Shotts, the lab staff, the allergy clinic and medical imaging on many different occasions. They have consistently been very professional and accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend, and have, this clinic to anyone who needs a trustworthy and caring physician.

Front office girls are rude and disconcerting....One girl at the front 14 people in line.....I turned and left , knowing I would’ve been late for work......3 days later, got a nasty letter, saying they would charge me next time.....They think their time is more important than yours....Well they just list a patient and I am out of my meds......My recommendation is don’t go there , they over book and are to busy!!!!!

I absolutely love this clinic and feel grateful to have it in Cabot. My children use Dr Robertson as their pediatrician, but we’ve also had to see Dr. Cerrato and a couple others on a few occasions when Dr Robertson wasn’t available at the last minute. They have all been amazing! Very thorough and never rush us. I have never had any problems with the front desk staff even on the days that you can tell they’re overwhelmed. They have always tried to fit us in as quick as possible. Like I said, I feel grateful to have this clinic in town. They know us by name and the Dr’s/nurses always go above to provide adequate service to our family.

I have always been treated respectfully and courteously by staff and providers here. There is a bit of a telephone wait sometimes to call in to schedule, but they have a great walk in available if scheduling an urgent appointment is not feasible. I get reasonably-timely calls back if I have a question or a problem.

Dr. Stamp is my doctor and I love him . I have been a patient for about 10 years. The clinic has had its ups and downs and growing pains but I stuck it through and I am glad I did. I have seen other Dr.s in the clinic and have used their after hours service.

Simply they dont care.When I moved to the city and was looking for PCP, I called to get an appointment and have provided all the required info, I was to told that they will check with the dr. first and come back to you, it has been 3 weeks now and nobody has even called !!

I have seen Brooke (the PA) a few times, and from a patients point of veiw, I have always thought she was great! That was until I took my 10 year old daughter to see her. She yelled at my husband and scared my two kids! She acted completely rude, unethical, and unstable in front of my family! She even opened the door, took a few steps out of the room and continued to yell ( actually YELLED) at us from the hallway. And this was all because we asked why my daughter needed to be tested for the flu.I believe she thought we were questioning her authority, which we honestly werent! We just truly wanted to know why she thought she needed to be tested.Although...even if we had questioned her authority, that still gave her no right to say the things she said to us and to take the one-sided argument she was having out into the hallway where the other patients could hear! That kind of behavior wouldnt be tolerated if she worked at McDonalds! But apparently it is fine to do here!Its a shame too, because I love all the other doctors and staff, but there is something wrong with Brooke. She lacks empathy, patience, and control...which I believe are very important traits of a doctor!

I love Cabot Medical Clinic. I never have problems getting an appointment or very rarely have a long wait. Dr. Shotts is awesome and down to earth. Very easy to talk to. Me and my son both go there. He see Dr. Robertson and couldnt ask for a better dr. for him.

Absolutely love dr Merrick! He is a great doctor! You know they have amazing doctors when there is a long waiting list for new paitents. I give the doctors and nurses a 5 star. I give it four stars because the billing department is horrible.

I went in for a routine blood pressure reading. When I arrived the receptionist told me that I would need to see a doctor, I presented her with a response from the office manager that I had made a copy of before I arrived . She left me standing there for at least 20 minutes until she could verify the E-mail from the office manager. I was told next time I would need to make an appointment. I did make an appointment for lab, when I arrived home a message was on my phone stating that my appointment was canceled and that I need to contact them, they even deleted my patient portal account, I could log in.

The doctors are great. Receptions are terrible. Called and no call back for an entire week with “no record” of my call or message. Called to get shot records again and they were “too busy” to look it up in the computer. Will be finding another clinic. It is unreal.

The receptionist are Rude. Mostly talking about internal politics at the counter while you wait to check in. Her husband may be a doctor ( plastic surgeon) but that blonde receptionist needs to be fired very rude an unprofessional. The other one looks lost most the time. I feel this place just wants cash an demoralize people who are unable to find the right means to elevate complaints. Wish Baptist medical had a clinic in Cabot. This place would suffer financially.

Doctors are very thorough and professional. Service and office staff is not friendly or helpful! Horrible about answering or returning calls. Every time I have to communicate with anyone, it is a headache! If it were not for the Doctors, I would switch!

Rude receptionist, supervisors have to apologize about staffs behavior. Doctors use a laptop to find out whats wrong, spending most of the visit with their eyes on the screen rather than the patient. Scripts written with no tests run multiple times. Even specialist brought in are very unprofessional. Overall the staff is incompetent and seem to not care much about service. Average time diagnosing hands on is less than 30 seconds. Not good 0/5 if possible.

If I could Id give zero stars. Dr Merrick is never on time for any of his appointments. Ever. His excuse is that hes helping others patients, yet hes extrememly quick in all the appointments with you? Time management is very poor. Staffing (nurses) are even worse. Their computer systems are always conviently down when they are supposed to call you with a follow up appointment or referral. My last visit, I waited for an hour, after the nurse checked my vitals in the office, for Dr Merrick, and he didnt show. Ive been able to Web MD everything he says, including the treatment plans or remedies. Ive been extremely understanding over the past 5 years, not happy anymore.

I had an appointment as a new client recently and when I showed up 5 minutes late (I got lost and had to call them to find out where they were. I even gave them my name to let them know I was lost), I was told I would have to reschedule because I did not show up 30 minutes earlier. I was never told this at the time I scheduled the appointment. The kicker is, I think I have walking pneumonia and have been extremely sick and was not asked what health problems I was before turning me away. I told them when making the appointment Im not a smoker and I have Blue Cross as insurance and have been sick for a week. I own 2 businesses and trust me....word of month is gold when there are many different doctors to choose from. Im only one person who will NEVER be a patron to this clinic EVER! Remember, we are the consumer and social media is now our voice! If you come to any of my businesses, you WILL be greeted and treated respectably and not have to stand in line like cattle waiting to speak to a gate keeper.

Cant see your doctor! Also I was told I was a patient there with my kids and because I wasnt seen by a doctor within 2 weeks of being a patient I am no longer a patient. Also I cant get my husband as a patient.it takes months to get an appt. and your lucky if u ever get to see your Dr. There just isnt very many other options!
