I had a very good experience today! I saw Erica Gibson and she listened to my concerns and I could tell she cared. The person who did my labwork was amazing. I have had labs done several times a year for my whole life and this was honestly the best experience Ive ever had. Im so glad I chose this place to go to for my medical needs.

The doctors and nurses are nice, but good luck getting an appointment.What do you need to be seen for?Well, my leg got cut offOur next appointment is going to be early next year.

If you are poor, do not come here. They will keep you in a loop of not being able to receive medical attention once you start owing them money. They refused to write me a referral to another dr bc of “policy” and I had to change pcp I’ve had for over 7 years just to receive medical attention from a dr. And I failed a covid test at the new dr, so these guys just let poor people with covid roll around.“Can you hold please?” Insinuates I get to answer first before placing me on hold.....

The customer service of this clinic is absolutely awful. My daughter has been receiving her allergy shot her for over 2 years. At her last visit the LPN made an error and did not give my daughter the correct dosage. After clarifying with the allergy clinic i spoke with the office manager. The office manager then informed me that since we did not wait the mandatory 20 min time frame that we would no longer be allowed as a patient. The office manager could not provide any proof that my mother did not wait the 20 min like she stated she did as this clinic does not real time chart and the dose was documented an hour after receiving. This clinic made an error and then fired my daughter as a patient due to their incompetence. I am nurse myself and this is absolutely absurd.

I Love Baptist Health Clinic in Cabot, Arkansas. Dr. Reardon is the best Doctor I have ever had. I anyone reading this post and looking for a Doctor, I recommend you give Dr. Reardon a call and see him.

Horrible! Call in sick to get an appointment and they can’t get you in for a MONTH! Way over booked! What is the point in having a Doctor if you have to wait a month to be seen if your sick. Might as well go to the emergency medical clinic!

I called this morning because I need a blood test done. I am a current patient and the rude ‘Danielle’ tells me they don’t have time for things like that because they are at half staff. I am currently sitting at Baptist emergency clinic with amazing friendly staff that are helping me. I think it’s time for me to find a new doctor. Any place that would keep rude staff in their employ says a lot to me!

Cannot brag enough on Christina Reid enough!! Love her so much. Quick easy and she truly cares about all her patients.

Front desk receptionist and office manager are both rude and do not have the customer service skills to work with the public. I love my doctor, but the staff needs to be revamped. I went in for a routine check per my doctors instruction showed but 45 minutes early and ended up leaving bc I had to be at work and had not been seen. The the front desk said they could get me in in April! ...no meds until April...that works I guess. Such a JOKE!

Love this clinic from the drs to the staff. Amazing group of people that are concerned about you.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The office looks and smells clean! I always feel important when talking to my DR.

Appointment is set six weeks in advance and text and phone calls to remind me of the appointment in the days prior. Appointment is 8 am and I arrive and pay my co pay at 7:56. It’s 8:41 and I find out I am marked as a no show and the woman I checked in with and payed doesn’t remember the conversation we had when I arrived.

Ive gone here for several years and am spoiled. When you call this clinic, you actually hear a person on the other end of the line. Appointments are made quickly and I dont think Ive ever waited to go back to a room more than ten minutes. Great staff from the office to the techs and nurses and doctors. I always recommend them when someone says theyre looking for a new primary care doctor!

Do NOT go to this clinic. The VA hospital immediately admitted ny father once they saw his health was declining rapidly due to this clinic’s negligence. They lack knowledge, experience or any sense of urgency. As a result my father suffered needlessly for two weeks and may have irreversible brain damage. They do not care about the patient as a person but instead just treat them as just another appointment.

I am happy to say that I will not be looking for another clinic nor a doctor, Dr. Reardon is one of those kind hearted, caring, easy going and of course easy on the eyes doctor , he is a good listener, he doesnt rush out of the room like some of them other doctors that seem to be just way to busy , he enjoys his career which makes a big difference, and he is working for Baptist Health Family Clinic which in turn makes it a 5 star rating in my book. Just cant get better than that when it comes to your health care needs.

Receptionist call takers cant do simple math. If you have a 30 day prescription and your next appointment isnt for 40 days youre going to run out of medication just FYI.They (receptionist) then argued with us over the phone and accused us overdosing our child. We are both Paramedics. Rude and awful.

Everytime.....and I mean everytime, Ms. Jill and her nurse listen to my problem and find ways to fix it, not cover it up. I love them and this place.

They lost my business when the receptionist opened her mouth. Thought maybe she had a bad day but my 2nd visit was worst then the first. By phone or person she is rude and unprofessional.

Friendly staff. Very pleased with Dr. Reardon and his PA Jill. My children like them both as well.

Got medically retired from the military. They were on the Tricare list and I tried to get to see a doctor for the problems I have been having. They told me that they dont prescribe pain medications and treated me like I was a crackhead then hung up.

Very rude office manager. Would not recommend this place for your health needs.

After the family have been going here for years, the company doesnt back you up when you need it most. Causes thousands and thousands of dollars to be spent. Very poor clinic- Id recommend a clinic in a dangerous area before these guys.

I am in need of a PCP who lives in the same area where I live since I no longer work 35 miles from home. I contacted Baptist Health Clinic in Cabot and was given an appointment date and time. I was told to arrive at 9:40 a.m. to complete two forms before seeing the doctor. I arrived, completed the forms and waited. Finally, after 10:30 I asked about the actual time of my appointment. I was told it was 10:20. I said you mean I was expected to arrive 40 minutes early to complete two forms. It was then I was told that the 40 minute requirement allowed me time to complete the forms and them time to get them in the computer. Finally, at 10:45, I told the receptionist that I was told when I called that if I did not show up for my appointment and did not call, I would not be allowed another appointment. So, I told the receptionist that if I was not in with the doctor by 11:00 a.m. I would consider that she had failed to keep her appointment and would leave. At 11:00 a.m. I told the woman at the front desk I was leaving. She asked me if I wanted to schedule an appointment with a different physician. So I scheduled one for the following Tuesday. We shall see how that one goes.

Always accommodating for appointments. Very friendly staff.
