Amazing place, amazing staff. I can not say enough about LVI!I got LASIK yesterday and I couldnt be happier! Decided to go in for a free consultation and the following week I got lasik. It wasnt too busy on the day of my surgery I only spent 1.5 hours total. Easy surgery and recovery, only discomfort for me was really the day of, right after surgery, feels like a lot of sand in your eyes. That night my eyesight had already improved. My only complaint is that I didn’t do it sooner. If it’s something you’re thinking of doing do it. You won’t regret it I promise. I had Dr. Varr he was amazing

As soon as we arrived the manager asked if their was an ID, presented a passport “ oh you don’t have an ID ID like a license”… after that was given an IPad to fill out the history etc.. waited then went to do exams and the manager was the one taking care the whole time, no gloves on, used fingers after sanitizing to hold eyes, comments like “if you don’t open your eyes no surgery” “now you moved we have to do scans again” ( but was never instructed to not move) I think if we’re going to spend an amount of money for service, we expect caring and a little more patience. A nurse came in she was sweet and doctor was just to the point, in and out. Customer service need a little more attention.

Such an great experience with knowledgeable and welcoming staff. I was able to make an appointment online for a free consult and the experience couldn’t have been easier. The day of my consult all of my questions regarding expectations of the procedure, aftercare and finances were thoughtfully answered and I scheduled my surgery for that weekend. The day of the procedure I started to get anxious but one of the staff members, Shae gave me a no pressure pep talk and literally offered to hold my hand during the procedure (give that woman a raise!). The doctor and surgeon all reassured me that it would be one of the best decisions I could make and sure enough it was. I now have 20/15 vision and no longer have to deal with my glasses fogging up when wearing a mask or throwing in contacts all the time. Thank you all so much! This was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life! The staff and doctors were so nice and very detailed and attentive. I was qualified for contoura and I had no regrets! The procedure was literally under 10 minutes and the downtime was just surprisingly fast. Woke up the next day seeing so clear! My eye sight was horrible and I went to my 1 week post up appointment and was told I have 20/20 vision! Then needed to come back in two weeks which was March 3 and now I have 20/15 vision! My experience at LVI Burlington was great! I went for my free consultation on a Monday and was seen by Samira. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions! Due to my hectic schedule, I was able to make my lasik appointment that upcoming Saturday. All of the pricing was very straightforward. On Wednesday they called and the doctor I was supposed to have surgery with had to cancel his Saturday appointments but they could take me Friday instead with a different doctor, Dr. Sheth. The day of the surgery I was extremely anxious and so I took the prescription they prescribed to help me relax. When I was about as relaxed as I was going to be they brought me in. The technicians/assistants were extremely nice and helpful. I realize that I may have not been the easiest patient, and performing the surgery must have immense pressure to do it correctly, but his bedside manner was not fantastic, borderline rude. For example, I was clearly very distressed and was actually crying out of my eye they weren’t doing the surgery on, so I kept moving my legs but he repeatedly was telling me not to move. I realize it’s his job, but at the time it was anxiety provoking and distressing. When the procedure was finished, the assistants helped me calm down and let me sit in another room before going back out to the waiting room. Despite all of my anxiety and distress, however, I would definitely choose to have lasik over wearing contacts/glasses every time! After wearing glasses for 16 years and contacts for 13, I’m very happy to be rid of them!

Ive been considering on getting Lasik for years, but the thought of it scared me. This year I finally decided to come in the office for a consultation. Everyone in this office made me feel comfortable about getting this procedure done. Lena who works at the front was very helpful, always making sure I felt comfortable and that all my questions were answered. Some days it gets busy. If you come in, just make sure you go in with time. Its worth the wait. I got referred by 3 people to come in, and I am glad I came to Lasik Institute in Burlington. My surgery was very successful, Im very happy I went through with it! The doctors, nurses and the surgeon were excellent. However the front desk staff definitely needs more training. They seem like they have no idea whats going on and I have SO much trouble understanding them. Its very frustrating to call them, but if you can get through that the doctors and nurses are great!

The doctors are generally very helpful and seem knowledgeable in their work. But some of the front office staffs and technicians have attitudes, pretend to know things and just want to rush you through the whole process and get over with it, almost to the point of you are just another client, I would not trust my only eyes with these people. Knew the usual prices beforehand, when i was quoted an absurd price, the staff discounted to the normal price when I refused. Willing to pay more at other places and make sure my eyes are treated well than by these people. I recommend researching a number clinics and doctors before deciding on a place. Lasik is most likely a once in a lifetime decision, you dont wanna entrust it to people who care more about your money and get over with it than your eye or wellbeing.

Something really sketchy about this place... did the whole set up they tried and tell me if I did it in 3 days then they’ll take 1,000$ off. Then when I found a Groupon I went to use it and she said they already applied it but never said anything about doing so and then when she said she would check on it and call me back, she never called me back. Seems like they just want to rush you here. There’s no guarantee that you’ll have enough cornea left to do another surgery too if you will need it in a few years. Won’t go here. This is your eyesight you’re talking about, affordable is not the main key here, it’s the outcome. Not a rushed process. Do not trust.

Please dont post misleading ads online and rip off customers. Thats what exactly you guyz tried to do with me. I have attached the image of your ad. I have a very low power- -0.25 and did qualify for that offer. During the consult your own staff admitted that my power is low and I do qualify for the low price. Now, dont find that staff and fire him/her. Appreciate him/her for being honest. In the end when I got the quote from another staff, the price was 7 folds more than the qualified price. I understand running a laser clinic ( machine, staff, office etc) is a very expensive venture and offering 250$ per eye service wont get anything. why post misleading ads?

Everyone on staff was always courteous, kind, and considerate. The process itself was quick and effective. I went in Friday morning for my operation and went to a wedding rehearsal Saturday afternnon with my sleek new shades. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have Wanted lasik for years and decided to finally do it I have Duane syndrome in my left eye and was very happy on how experienced the doctors were with it and how comfortable they made me feel! Surgery was literally 15 minutes the surgeon made you feel comfortable and literally talked me through the whole procedure! The Burlington location is the best place to get this done. I came in and got it done within a week. Now my vision is better than 20/20. I still get confused if I have my glasses on. I got my surgery done this friday and i was so scared after seeing the machine and actually laying down ...it was fast but still scary as a person who was very very scared i am soooooo happy and yes i wish i did it sooner.. I did not feel any burning or sandy feelings .. Right after i went to eat and then nap right before the nap was extremely painful im talking if i could cry i would i took a pill and fell asleep for like 2 hours ...i tried not to look at tv lights or cellphone but after the nap i could see clear and no more pain ...i had a checkup today and i can see 20/15 and no dry eyes which is crazy cause i had super dry eyes for years

Very nice folks at the office and consultation was great. Scheduled my surgery for the next Friday, take the day off from work and arrive for the appointment. I sign in, fill out all the forms and pay for the procedure. I am then brought back to the exam room ready to go. I was then told Dr Nilesh Sheth who was scheduled to do my surgery is not comfortable doing LASIK on me and wants to do a PRK procedure and I would not be able to drive for at least a week which wasn’t an option. Disappointing to say the least!!! If I wasn’t a candidate I would have been fine with that at the consult or even if they called me before showing up, taking the day off, paying for LASIK and then being told it’s PRK or nothing.

Day #2 of my lasik surgery no regrets at all. This is such a great team from the front desk to the doctors. I read alot of reviews about people saying there rude or long waits. But my opinion is that everyone and i mean everyone wants to get lasik. The office is super busy and they are trying their best. Everywhere you go you just have to wait. I just sat down waited for my turn patiently. Went today for my second day post ob. Again went great 20/20 vision. Over all you guys are a great team working hard to change our lives. Thank you.

Before Lasik my vision was 20/20 with my glasses, 20/125 without them and now it is 20/15. I read other reviews before going of complaints about it taking too long, too short etc. My experience with LVI in Burlington was quick and awesome. Which is surprising given we are currently in the middle of a pandemic. For the vision I have now I would not mind a wait. Well worth the wait and cost(which I was out and done in under an hour). Plus I was good to drive the very next day and so far am on the 4th day and everything is awesome.

I have terrible anxiety and staff made accommodations to make myself as comfortable as possible. Definitely would recommend coming here I’m very happy I did. Thank you to the surgeon and staff!

Make sure you keep you paperwork and the quote because I was owed a refund for my husbands procedure. I have been calling every month since September and I finally just went in because no one was calling me back and I’m now being told I’m not owed a refund which I know is bs. I was going to get it done even with all the bs with no one returning my call but I guess I’m glad it happened because I will not be getting it done with them or recommending them to anyone. When we went in I ask if they could look at his file and check the quote and they said no we don’t have his file here it’s at another location because we got brought out. When I mention HIPPA she gave me attitude. But when I called today after not receiving the a call back like I was told on Friday he file mysteriously appeared. What a joke of a place. Now they found the quote and the filebut couldn’t show me when we were in the office. I’m pretty sure they altered the quote because why couldn’t they find it on Friday and all of sudden after being on hold for 10 minutes today the file was found.

Overall, I had a really good experience here. The pre- and post-op exams seemed thorough and I felt informed about the process and what to expect. My only negative would be that the day of surgery felt a bit rushed and impersonal. The outcome of my surgery was great but the pace and assembly line feel, in addition to the fact that you could hear the operating room very well from the waiting room, made things a little less comfortable than would be ideal.

I wish I would have read the negative reviews before I even called. Today I canceled my surgery. Take all of the 1-star reviews ( without botch surgeries) of the staff and issues.. I decided I was no longer comfortable. Do yourself a favor... Find a different provider.

Not recommend this to anyone they send emails regarding free consultations, and if they think that you cant be a good candidate they dont take the tests anymore... very annoying. I wanted to take an enhancement treatment they were not willing to do that because my first lasik surgery was from somewhere else. The staff were nice but didnt like the attitude of doctor--cant even call it consultation!!.

I had came to Lasik Vision after visiting Boston Laser, not only was the 45 minute drive out of my way worth It but the team atmosphere here really made me feel at ease. Not only did they quote me PRK $2,300 LESS, they took the time to inform me and educate me. This will be recommended for Its service and price. And both times I was there It took no more than an hour or so.

I received Lasik back in October. I had found a groupon code and was immediately hooked. When i received my consultation, everything went smoothly and I was a good candidate. I had really bad vision and was wearing glasses since the age of 5. I’m now 25 and have 2015 vision! I definitely recommend this place if you are considering getting lasik.My improvement recommendation is, although I did pay for my groupon discount, I was never asked for it. I simply told the consultant and she applied it. Long story short, you might get away without buying the groupon code and simply telling the person to apply it. Also, when it was the day of surgery the doctor asked for clarification on which surgery I was getting. I was a bit confused because he should have known. He then told me there was a slightly better option, which was more expensive. He shouldn’t have told me that right before surgery because it made me more nervous and then I was left doubting my decision. However, the surgery went super fast and super smoothly. Overall, I am really happy with my decision.

I set up a consultation via phone call for yesterday afternoon. I ended up getting called into work last minute, so we rescheduled for Thursday afternoon. Whoever called me just now (Wednesday, 4:22pm from a Jupiter Florida number) absolutely made me change my mind. I was greeted with attitude, she assumed I missed my appointment and said did you want LASIK or not, I dont see anything about Thursday.I refuse to go somewhere where the welfare of my EYESIGHT is being held in the hands of employees that sound like they hate their job and talk to patients with that attitude. I was already skeptical about this place because of the yelp reviews, and this topped it.

Was a patient of there for my surgery and it was a great experience....everyone was very nice and aware of my concerns and they did everything they could to keep me calm the whole time.....if i could give them a better rating i would. 10/10 would recomend.

Literally every employee here and the doctor is fantastic! Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. They have an excellent little coffee station with a Keurig and all kinds of different K cups coffees, teas and hot chocolate. They also set out a variety of snacks as well. I cant find one bad thing to say about this place. Everyone is amazing and my husband and I feel very confident getting his eye surgery here. If you have been looking for a good eye place this is it. I had the pleasure of working with the AMAZING staff at the LASIK Institute in Burlington, MA. I had been wanting to have this procedure done for years due to my -4.50 script in both eyes. You cant even put a price on your vision. I am 20/20 in both eyes, and I wake up every morning so thankful for the vision I have today. I had a few follow up appointments after the procedure and I always looked forward to seeing Shayna. I am thankful that I got to meet her. She is caring, dedicated, and passionate about her job. She wears many hats at the LASIK Institute. Shes in and out the rooms running the eye exams on patients, to operating the machine in the procedure room. Both Shayna and Jess made me feel very comfortable and calmed my nerves the day of the procedure. I cant thank them enough. I have been referring all of my friends to LASIK since my experience. Thank you again LASIK!

The pro is that I do not need contacts anymore. The rest is negative. I went for an enhancement yesterday that negatively beat my extremely long initial procedure 9 months ago. First off, I paid for The Lifetime Plan. When I asked for an enhancement, I was informed that I had very little cornea left for an enhancement, but could possibly have just one. Funny, when they offered the Lifetime Plan, I was told that I could come back as many times as needed until the age of 72 or 75, forgot which one. Further, they keep encouraging you to take more time and more appointments before they finally agree to an enhancement. That being said, I did schedule for this past Thursday, but they called me the day before to ask me to reschedule and I did. I arrived at 3:00 for my 3:15 appointment, but nobody gave me the time of day until 6:50. I complained at 6:15 and was told I was next, but they called 3 more clients before me. Once they bring you in the back, it takes about another hour. I had one eye enhanced, which in total took about 10 minutes. I did not enter the procedure room until 7:50. My appointment was for 3:15!!! I departed the building at 8:35 and then my husband sped to my local CVS which was closing at 9:00 pm because you need to start the drops immediately. This is ridiculous. My appointment 9 months ago was for 2:15 and I entered the procedure room at 5:15. I considered that a frustrating experience, but this was much worse!! These are not isolated incidents, because many people in the waiting room were complaining about the same situations. I am upset that I paid for Lifetime, but cannot ever get another enhancement, but, I never have to return to this stressful environment again.

Getting an appointment was super easy. I was about to book for the following weekend and get everything out of the way.

Very easy process! Do all your research before judging this place. They use the same technology as the other lasik companies that charge $2000 more for the same service. They have a different model of seeing patients which is where their savings comes in. If you are okay without having white glove treatment, but still having top notch procedure and results, then this is 1000% worth the savings you will receive! You come out of a 3 day experience with 20/20 vision (one 3 hour consultation, one 3 hour day of surgery, and one 15 min check up day) for a fraction of the cost of competitors. I also saved more with a Groupon for $50 that saved me $1000! It was a very easy experience and the entire surgery was less than 10 minutes! Highly recommend, couldn’t have been easier. Overall it was a great experience. They told me up front to plan for three hours for all my appointments. They were shorter than that but I was prepared to wait anyways. Come surgery day it is kind of like an assembly line but things went fairly quickly. I had no complications. I just went for my last follow up and they told me my vision is A+. Give them a shot but be patient with them. Would definitely choose them first if I had to go back.

Ever since I remembered I used to wear glasses and it was a hassle every single day. Ever since I had my operation done. My life turned around. My vision is better than ever and Im a completely different person. My 30 years of life waiting for this moment. Finally I decided to do it and I encourage others to do so. My results are 100% positive. In my family there are 2 other members that already had the operation. I really should mention the family member that referred me to you guys. In other words, Im really happy and very satisfied with the results.

If I could leave 0 Stars I would. Had a 11:45am post OP appointment. Its been 3 hours and Im still waiting to be seen. 1 doctor and all of the pre ops are going in one after the other. Wont return. They have been triple booked for th free day and didnt call to reschedule anyone. So the waiting room is overcrowded.

This place is a horrible waste of time. They are an absolute mill with a phone number that leads to customer service representatives that are completely clueless of the individual operation of their facilities. I was booked for an appointment same day. Okay great I drive over and I see that the place is obviously closed and has been for a long time. I call back and they say oh yea that place is closed... we can reschedule you again. They literally dont know anything that is going on. I wasted almost 2 hours of my time driving to this place. All the other 1 star reviews are right. Go anywhere else and you will be better off what a joke.

Great staff everyone was professional and super friendly. From the front staff to all the tech. With the help of all team at LVI in Burlington I am a 100% satisfied and it is the best decision that I have made to have lasik done. I got 2020 vision back the very next day after the surgery. And the best thing is that they really care about their patients. Follow up call a few hours after the surgery to make sure that everything went well. I want to thank you to all the team and Dr at LVI Burlington.

Patricia made the entire pre op exam so comfortable. She’s incredibly professional, sweet and personable. The wait time and time spent waiting around was a big downside to this center. Front desk staff isn’t incredibly friendly either. I’m not sure how other centers are run and if there is a more efficient way to book consult appointments for this. Seems like they book 10 people at once for one ophthalmologist and one pricing agent. Seems like a lot of not moving patients through efficiently especially to pricing- 10 people waiting around to talk to a single pricing agent- definitely deterred me from getting surgery at this place. Also when I got to the 2.5 hour mark of waiting around and asked how many pricing agents there were, I was then told they just gave the pricing agent my chart. I wasn’t thrilled. Overall techs were nice but not a great experience and seemed like a waste of time

You cant put zero stars or I would. After setting up my appointment and receiving four emails and a phone call to remind me that my appointment was on December 12 at 11:30 AM I arrived at the office at that time and then had to sit and wait an hour before I was finally called to meet with someone. At that point I decided that their rudeness and disrespect was too much for me to put up with so I informed then that I was leaving instead and told them why. Instead of offering any type of apology or explanation the smug little b***h told me that the appointment was supposed to take 2-3 hours, I guess as a way of excusing the fact that they made me wait so long (after I drove two hours to their location). When I talked to a woman named Chelsea on the phone a week earlier she told me it would take 90 minutes. One, or maybe both of them, is obviously a liar, but either way I am glad that I walked out instead of staying after I read some of the reviews on Google. The five star ones may or may not be true but the one star reviews seemed to be genuine, especially from the people whose eyes these guys had screwed up. Even though I spent about $30 and wasted five hours of my time Im probably lucky I didnt end up the same way. And the $225 price per eye. Thats nothing but a come-on to get you to go there. Check out the Google reviews to see what I mean. Im not taking chances like this with MY eyes.

Let me tell you if you are afraid of getting Lasix do not be they are so professional and caring of our eyes it makes the experience that much better I am 53 years old I have been wearing contact lenses since they first came out and they were glass yes imagine that in the last 3 months I have broken 4 pairs of glasses totaling about $800 I was due to order more contact lenses totaling basically $600 for the year and I said to myself why am I doing this. Anyway I would recommend this surgery to anybody that have vision problems because I was a skeptic and now I am free of glasses contact lenses and all the problems that go along with using both of those products why not get 20/20 vision in the year 2020 my name is Dan and I am a very satisfied customer and always remember you are worth it

Nothing in life is free...Over the phone I was quoted a price range by QualSight LASIK (a harvard pilgram branch for vision who allegedly pulls prices directly from LVI which is a separate issue) of $500-$2500 for a LASIK procedure by LVI so I made my FREE 9 AM appointment.Arrival and check in at 8:50 AM, sorry we are getting people in right now give us 10 minutes to follow up with you, wait in the building lobby, not ours. 9:30 AM I checked in to see when I would be going in, sorry all of our rooms are full right now, with COVID we cannot do the rotating room assignments while people wait for their eyes to dilate so we will be with you shortly (lol shortly, I wish they told me how long it would be. Blaming COVID for poor scheduling practices is not a valid excuse). 10 AM I checked in again, oh yes we know you are still waiting, they people in the rooms are almost done you will be in here soon. I clarified soon was 15-30 minutes MAX, oh yes 30 minutes. 10:45 AM still waiting, someone finally leaves the office and I poke my head in. ME: Does that person leaving mean you are ready for me? Receptionist: Yes we will be with you shortly please wait while I finish up with this customer ME: ok thanks. I finally get into a room at 11 AM, 2 hours after my scheduled appointment to hear them say, so our normal pricing is $5400 but we are offering a special for $4500 or some other ridiculous number 2X the price I was told on the phone and by email. At that point I cut my losses and didnt follow through with the expected 2 hour long appointment because I wasnt prepared for the price to be so high and with my experience with scheduling being so poorly managed how was I to trust them with my vision.This whole time at least 5 other people walked in and out of their office and either sat outside or in their cars waiting for at least an hour while I was there to be seen. I understand COVID makes things difficult but I was baffled that after at least 3 months of COVID restrictions they couldnt seem to figure out how to run their office still. There is an associated cost with everything, mine happened to be over 3 hours out of my work day between driving and waiting and a trashed vision of eye sight without glasses for the time being.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Very informative and concerned about your procedure. A lot of waiting time, but it’s worth it. Would definitely recommend.

I was recommended to this place by a couple of friends who had gotten surgery here before and came out seeing fine. The only downside is for the amount of time I had to wait for my appointments. The consultation took the longest around 3-4 hours then the day of surgery was the same around 3 hours even though the actual procedure was only about 2 mins. The day after you have to go back as well and this took another couple of hours. Make sure you have a lot of free time before booking anything here.The results I got are great. I got operated on over a year ago and my vision is still 20/15. I would recommend.

I recently had Lasik surgery at the Burlington location. Most people I dealt with were very nice, especially Patricia. They have a lot of patients, but Patricia was always personable, and I was happy every time I was under her care. The payment processing went smoothly, and the surgery went smoothly. The only bad thing about my experience was how long the waits always were. Instead of scheduling you in and doing every test back to back on you, it seems like they scheduled ten people at once - so everyone would do the first test, then everyone would do the next test, etc. Ive never spent less than an hour waiting, when I couldve been in and out in thirty minutes. That being said, they do tell you that their appointments take long. Its just that most of the time, youre just sitting there waiting. Bring a book, headphones, whatever you like, and settle in. It was definitely worth being about to see with my glasses.

I called the general number found online. I was directed to an answering service that was not the most efficient. The person on the other end of the line got my name and email information wrong. They were able to get me in for the free consultation two day later which was great. The consult took 2 1/2 hours as they stated. The staff was very thorough, knowledgeable, personable and efficient throughout the process. I was a candidate for the procedure and with how affordable they made it, it was an offer I could not refuse. They were able to get me in for surgery the very next day! I showed up to my appointment right on time, completed their questionnaire and sat there for over an hour before asking if there was a problem. I was told that they give an hour prior to surgery just for consultation. That was very excessive seeing how that only took 15 minutes. Another half hour later, I was ushered into the surgical wing where they went through the post operative instructions. The surgery itself only took 15 min. I was in awe of how fast it was. My complaints about this process are that I feel I was ill informed about the actual surgical process. When I asked about it during the consult, they did not relay the process to its fullest. I started to freak out during the surgery some due to things happening that I did not anticipate. I felt the preoperative and operative staff were very knowledgeable and professional, but very impersonal. I truly felt like it was a cattle call meaning they just pushed people in and out so quickly with out taking the time to be personable with them. I did not have the feeling of even being acknowledged. I hardy think they even looked at me. After I was done I saw the lovely optometrists again who was sweet, said everything looked great, asked if I had any questions and I was sent along my way. No lack of compassion or caring was found there. I was impressed with the follow up call I received that evening checking in. I did not anticipate that and it was great to have them check in and confirm that how I was feeling at that time was normal. I had my post op exam the following day and I was in a rush. They pushed me though very quickly knowing I had to be out the door by a specific time still making sure I had all my questions answered and that things were well. Overall my experience was very good and I would refer others to this facility. I had 20/20 vision the very next day. It feels great to be able to see clearly again!

I was originally concerned because of all the negative previous reviews about wait times, but the wait times are not that bad at all. The staff was very professional. The surgeons, techs and doctors are all wonderful. I now have 20/15 vision, all because of them, huge thanks to them and Briana the tech that was flown in from NJ. Overall wonderful experience.

Overall great experience the only issue I had was I felt as though some of the pre and post surgery instructions could have been made a bit clearer. (Dumb things like how you were supposed to cover your ears with the pads, wearing the eye shields whenever you slept not just the nap initially following the procedure, etc.) All of the employees were extremely friendly. The consultation was long but was continuously moving through the testing which was nice since there wasn’t too much waiting around. The day of surgery was significantly faster than I anticipated as well as the post surgery check ups which was wonderful. I’m extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend The Lasik Vision Institute to anyone I knew considering lasik.

Came in for my consultation. I had my appointment with Patricia and she could not have been sweeter. She was very thoughtful and energetic and explained every step of the appointment along the way. She knows what she is doing and how to make you feel comfortable while your eyes are examined multiple ways. Which can easily become confusing or overwhelming but was a breeze with her.

Its tough to put a price on being able to see again, but The Lasik vision institute did it for me. The results are amazing than I could have ever imagined. The staff were very pleasant and they answered every question and concerns I had. Excellent job and Im very, very happy with the results!!!

Having my procedure today. I came in early for additional scans before the procedure. Patricia was amazing at explaining everything to me and making sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect. She has a very calming, professional demeanor and you can tell with her knowledge she has been in the field for a long time.
