This location is AWESOME! I got glasses from a different company that broke and the company told me they couldn’t fix them. I went into this Lens Crafters and Mary said they could fix them! I have been blind without my glasses for a month and I can now see again! Scott was also very helpful and cleaned my glasses for me. They were so nice and friendly. I truly appreciate them helping me out! There was no cost but I still received great customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend you go see Mary or Scott!

Best Customer Experience from all the staff especially Scott. He went above and beyond to help fix my wife’s sunglasses when they lost a screw and the lens came out. Not only did he happily fix them but he also straightened them. They feel brand new! We appreciate knowing they are always there to help.

Great customer service. That was the fastest I ever picked out a pair of glasses. The young lady assisting me was excellent. Each pair she suggested was perfect for my face and the selection was great! I also got my current pair fixed/adjusted. I thought I ruined them but they adjusted the arms back into shape, tightened everything up and I was done in a Jiffy!

We’ve ordered 4 pairs of glasses in the past week (ouch) and the customer service at the Burlington, NC store every has been great every time. Mya especially is very helpful for us.

I’m a long time lens crafters customer, and I believe this location to be the best. Mary has been taking excellent care of me for many years now. The staff at this particular location can always be counted on to adjust my glasses properly when others cannot, my family and I have nothing but great things to say about this facility and the employees here.

The doctor as well as his assistant went above and beyond. The assistant was very attentive and gave amazing conversation while prepreping for my eye exam. The doctor was very thorough and made sure all concerns were answered as well as services and recommendations based upon my needs.

They saw my daughter for a contact lens appointment but didnt do her fitting or teacher how to insert them. I wear contacts and all of these things are done at the contact lens appointment. I scheduled another appointment, which was canceled and scheduled two more appointments after that one. All were cancelled. They said they were short staffed but continued to reschedule the appointment. I understand being short staffed but dont keep dragging us on. She wanted her contacts before school started. But no!!! I rescheduled with a different location.

I had an excellent experience at the Alamance Crossing location. The staff and the doctor (Dr Ritter) were polite and informative. They were able to answer all my questions. I would recommend this location highly. The selection of frames and lenses available was also a plus. The sales staff were very friendly and fun to work with. So glad I chose them for my vision care.

Mia (Mya?) helped me with finding frames. I needed 3 separate pair. She was awesome. She gave me good advice and she was incredibly upbeat and kind. She took her time and made me feel like my experience was her #1 priority. I absolutely love the frames I chose with her guidance.

This place is an absolute disgrace. I brought in my brand new Italian frames to have lenses installed and they permanently damaged the mounting screws, making it impossible to remove. Update: I spoke with the general manager and she apologized and made everything right so I changed my 1 star review to a 3 star review.

A couple of years ago was my first experience with Lens Crafters and I was so pleased then that I didnt consider any other options for my second visit. Ive highly been recommending Lens Crafters to family and friends. Thank you for all You do.

Best exam Ive ever had... seriously.

The staff is very friendly and professional. My experience with the technician was great as she explained everything she was about to do and why. The Optometrist was very professional, thorough and explained what I needed to know about my eyes I trusted her diagnosis which is most important. All in all, my experience during my exam was positive but there are some items that I feel should be addressed or rather thought about. When I made my original appointment it was pre-COVID. A week before my appointment I called to see if it was cancelled as I did not hear anything prior. I was given a phone number to call in which I left a message for someone to call me back to confirm my appointment. I never received a callback, so I did not go to my appointment, assuming it was cancelled. As a patient, I should not have assumed the status of my appointment. COVID has disrupted many businesses but a phone call stating the appointment status would have been the professional thing to do. When I made my new appointment I received an email asking for my private information and the email was very generic and unprofessional. I called the office to determine if I received SPAM or if it was legitimate. The email contained no phone number, logos, business icons, nothing to determine if this was truly from the eye doctor or a virus. There was nothing to let me know it was the eye doctor or LensCrafters. There have been a few instances in which I have had to call the office to determine if my contacts arrived, the status of my appointment or if emails are legitimate. I appreciate your eye tests and the latest equipment, but honestly, I would rather go to a local optometrist where I dont feel like a nuisance or your next $1000 glass purchase. Unfortunately, the realism of my appointment was how much money you all could get out of me.

This is my 4th pair of glasses that have come with some sort of defect. I took the third pair back today to get fixed and they are not fixable. They had to set up for me to get another pair. The prescription sunglasses I picked up today (after almost 2 months of waiting for them) came defective too. There are spots in the lens that should not be there. I have been extremely patient and that has gotten me no where. The quality of your products have gone down and I am no longer going to suggest going to your store and purchasing your glasses. The doctor next door is wonderful but the quality of your glasses are not worth the hassle, money, inconvenience and usage. After I get now 2 more pairs replaced from defects I will be going elsewhere. This is the first time I am complaining. I have had enough.Update: Manager contacted me and offered to make things right. We are figuring out how to do that.....fixing all glasses of course and was offered upgrades for my inconvenience. I gave 2 more stars because of that and will update it as this progresses.

Was disappointed that there was an error in measurement so lenses need to be redone and I will have to wait another 2 weeks. But store staff handled finding out what the problem was with great service and professionalism. These are my first prescription glasses and are bifocals.

Jay was the sweetest person and did amazing taking the photographs of my eyes and Making me feel comfortable. The doctor was friendly and patient, very through. And when it came time to pick glasses, everyone was super helpful!

Let me tell ya, I had a rough time with a pair of sunglasses lenses, they cracked 3 times, to no fault of the store. They were so awesome and took so much care of me! I got a new and better pair with no extra costs and the staff was awesome, especially Mary the manager! I highly recommend this store!!!

Phenomenal eye doctor! So patient and personable. He answers all of my questions and I am one of those people that has a question about everything because I like to know what is going on. Definitely recommend! Everyone I have had an interaction with at both the clinic and store have been so helpful and nice!!

William helped me with finding the perfect pair of glasses. He was quick to tell me about all their specials and discounts. Once I found the pair I wanted he told me it would be about an hour and a half for them to be done. I went to run some errands and came back after about an hour. Multiple people checked on my order for me when I got there and my glasses were ready just shy of the hour and a half time slot I was given. Excellent customer service, and quick/accurate turn around time. Ill definitely be going back!

This was the rudest stuff I have ever encountered. I was outside of the store because the front door was locked for a total of five minutes before the two girls at the desk even recognized meame all. After that, they just raise their finger at me after I knocked on the door. I was told that the customer is always firstafirst their staff failed to show that!!

My wife has been dealing with LensCrafters for years and the eye doctor wrote her a prescription and the prescription was giving her headaches she came back within the same month because you have 30 days for them to do something about it. well every time she contacted them they told her that it was normal her eyes werejust adjusting to the prescription then she came back in and they reevaluated her eyes instead of the Dr saying that he had accidentally given her the wrong prescription he said that her prescription had changed conveniently after the warranty was up so we were forced to purchase another set of glasses after we had just spent a large sum of money on a pair 2 months before those glasses are useless and they refused to give any assistance I will never do business with them again and I recommend that you be very cautious if you decide to

Emergency glasses needed. Truck driver and I broke my glasses. Needed replacement in one day. They were able to provide them in a couple hrs which was an answered prayer. Cant drive or see without them. Will be using them for all glasses needs in the future. Thank you so much from a desperate truck driver. Had lenses I needed and purple frames i love. Good price too. Cost me 40. Uber to get there round trip, but with that and the discount at lens crafters it still cost me less than what I paid for my last glasses at home. Youre my hero . Think her name was mia. Great customer service! I love my new glasses. They had them ready in an hour which was a shocker to me because at other places i have gone to they normally take about 2 weeks to have them ready.

Everyone is helpful and friendly. Choose your glasses then have lunch in Alamance Crossing. They should be ready when your done. Ray Ban and Oakley have to be done out of store but no biggie, never waited more than several days. Much better than my last shop.

They should be completely upfront and honest about insurance . I was told why of course we accept VSP but when questioned about benefits they failed to mention about being out of network and that i would not be able to use $125 worth of my benefits .Businesses should be honest

It was horrible. One staff in particular was rude and gave me wrong information about my credit towards contacts. I basically lost $50. She also talked bad about me to her co worker while I was sitting in front of her. I called customer service on her and still havent heard anything back from anyone. My husband and I will not go back ever again. I would say other staff members were pleasant and helpful.
