Great Experience. I was skeptical about going to a chain for my eye exam versus my usual eye doctor. But previous location was not convenient. My LensCrafter eye doctor was thorough and easy to discuss eye contact options with. But Jessica, who helped order my contacts and take my insurance info was awesome! And, she let me know my contacts would arrive at my home within a week or so -- and they arrived today - less than 3 days.

Would not recommend coming here. My glasses were not made correctly THREE times. After a month had gone by I decided to just get a refund. Richard was the only attentive and nice employee there. Everyone else does not care

Great experience there. I had a new prescription which was wrong. Their doctor gave me an exam on the spot and provided me a new prescription. I had ordered 3 pairs of glasses and they sent all three back to replace the lenses for free. They also went out of their way to help me get discounts through insurance and promotions. Very nice people. The only problem I have had is that nobody calls to tell me when my glasses are ready for pickup.

Sharron, the store’s manager is absolutely great! She takes the time and attention to her customers. Victoria and Richard are also very attentive. Overall, good experience.

Probably the worst service I have ever experienced. It took about 2 hours to even order the glasses because their software wasn’t working properly and the employee had to keep calling the big store in the mall to ask questions. The big store in the mall refused to send someone to help her. After I finally got out of there after 2 hours, I get a text saying my glasses are ready for pick up on a Monday. I’m a college student so I came home that Sunday specifically to get my glasses. Went to the store after double checking what time they closed and the same employee told me that the licensed optition went home for the day at 3 so they couldn’t give me my glasses. No where on the website does it say that they cannot hand out glasses after 3 even though they close at 7. Yet again the employee called the big store and they didn’t have an optition on duty either. Now I have to drive back next Sunday just to get my glasses that I already paid for. Mind you I go to school 2 hours away. This company is an actual joke. I will never give them my business ever again. Ridiculous.

Purchase a prescription sunglasses, waited 2 weeks to get the sunglasses but ended up the wrong lenses they manager ordered, so the manager reorder the lenses, waited another 2-3wks, I called to make sure the lenses are in, the manager answer the phone and said they have it! Went there to pick up the new lenses, the manager couldn’t find it. He said he didn’t talk to me, I showed him the phone call and he realized he forgot that he spoke to me.. worse store to buy glasses.. I recommend going to the big lens’s crafters not the one in Macy. They don’t know what they are doing!!!

The people at the lenscrafters at macys were very rude and cannot understand simple things. Strongly recommend to avoid this location!!!!
