First off they are actually wonderful. It is a smaller less commercial, private practice which I like....they are very kind and try their best to accommodate their patients. Everyone has their days and now different covid regulations & even still they are very compassionate and I have had a great experience with them thus far!

The place seems very unsanitary . The employees are irresponsible when contacting a patient about any pending results . Not to mention that they have actual dogs of there own in the clinic . The doctor claim that I had cholesterol. So I checked with A different doctor and they said I was fine . I had to lay for another appointment so they can give me my results . I would never recommend this place to any body. 0 stars !!!

Waited 3 1/2 hours to see the doctor. Doctor was very concerned and told me to get an ultrasound immediately. Could not get ultrasound appointment for 3 weeks. Once ultrasound was done, the results would be sent to the doctor within 24 hours. Never received a call back. 20 days later still have no results after making numerous calls to office asking when the doctor would be calling with results. Finally, contacted imaging center and explained situation. They did not seem surprised, and have arranged to send the results directly to me so that I can take them to another doctor. Would never go back there again even if it was free.

This physician is very knowledgeable and she takes her time with her patients! She makes sure that you understand your disease process and how to cure or control your symptoms. Not many doctors do this at all... 5 mins and a prescription is all you get from most, but not here. The only complaint I have seen on Google is that her appointments sometimes are delayed , but in my opinion, if it is to educate and help a patient to heal....its worth the delay. LETS NOT BE SO SELFISH! This doctor is simply doing for others that she would like done for her as a human being. It doesnt appear to be all about the money for her. I think that is Commendable! I will say it is not a fancy office, but what is needed to get the job done is there. I must also mention that the staff are SUPER FRIENDLY TOO!

Dr Sills is the most compassionate doctor i have ever had in my life and i am not young i feel like a human being the first time i went there i cried like a baby in the office never felt this cared for by a doctor Blessings Dr Sills i recommend her to all my family n friends they are all very pleased. Been calling the phone for 2 days and no ones answer , clinic is close on Monday at 10am when they suppose to open at 9, I guess it’s not their fault it’s actually mines for going to such a clinic they need a better managing really bad

Caring physician, treats the whole person. Caught life threatening conditions others had missed, not bothered testing for. Has done this for me and both of my disabled daughters.

Everyone that works at the office is pretty nice and the doctor seems to really want to help; my only complaint is the wait time. I’ve been going here for over 5 months now and at first i would be seen in a timely manner, but lately it has literally taken an hour+ before I see the doctor. Today for instance I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment at 11:30 and I was not seen by the doctor till 12:40 and didn’t leave the office till almost 1. This can be extremely problematic. If there are too many patients to be seen and anyone is left waiting for an hour would it not be more beneficial to schedule the appointment at a later day? I understand that in order to be thorough the doctor likes to be attentive to each individual but It is making me consider switching doctors at this point when I am left waiting in a cold empty room for an hour wondering if I’ve been forgotten about.

Dr. Sills has been my PCP for 9 years now & I just love her! She is personable & also professional ... Dr. Sills sees right through me &* I like this about her. She cares but doesnt sugar coat when you know you need to get it together. Her staff is fun & I enjoy them. Thank You Dr. Sills, Mildred & Anna...Oh & Dr. Sills will make sure you see the right Specialists for your health needs.

I had a doctors appointment at 11:30 am at this place. I didn’t get seen till late that afternoon at 4pm. You can’t say a doctor is that far behind. When on that day there were only 3 patients I hadn’t eaten. If sills didn’t stand around talking to her staff instead of tending to patients she would get stuff wrong. And what kind of doctor tells you’ve have a sinus infection for 3 months but because you didn’t ask I didn’t give you anything for it. That’s not my job to ask. Sills needs to let her patients speak. Not speak over them and put them down. I don’t go to a doctor to have there opinion without my consent. She has no reason to say stuff and act like she’s queen bee. She’s not even a true doctor I’ve been told. She doesn’t have the ability to do most of the stuff she says she can do. Did you know one time they forget someone in there office who had a appointment. And everyone left and thus person had to go out the door after closing. And was never seen because they were forgotten about. If you want to spend 7-12 hours waiting for a doctor be my guest. I’ve never been seen at this place under 5 hours of waiting

I just read the previous reviews and I have to tell you. Dr. Sills is the best doctor Ive seen in years. She cares about people and that goes far in my book. Granted the dogs in the office is a little different but I promise you, they do not bark at you, like someone else stated in their review. They stay behind the receptionist area. Her new office is clean and the main thing is that you are seeing a very qualified doctor who cares about her patients. Shes great in my opinion. Her staff are people that she cares about, I have watched her. Maybe this office isnt for everyone but Dr Tracy Sills is what I look for in a doctor. A doctor that cares and knows how to make you better.

Great doctor. I had a health problem I was concerned about and I decided to call and make an appointment. I was expecting to be seen the next day but actually gave me an appointment that same day. I walked in & didnt even have to wait, they took me back fairly quickly. She has very great customer service & she made me feel comfortable and cared for unlike past doctors. I highly recommend Dr. Tracy Sills.

Dr Sills is an excellent doctor and knew after many years what was going on with me right away. Yes, the wait time is forever long 2-3 hours but if you want a doctor that will listen to you and answer all your questions she is that doctor. Dr Sills will also answer questions and give refills over a patient portal if need be. The wait is long as stated I am not sure why it is so long there is not a clear reason. Excellent care! I would recommend her for my family any day.

Dr Sills is a nice person, I dont mind the dogs, but what I do mind is being held hostage. Thats what I call it when you are waiting to be seen for hours. In my opinion you shouldnt be at the doctors over an hour. Here if we are out in 3 hours we are lucky and that is with just a couple of people in the waiting room. Focus on the patients not installing new office printers and computers. That is why you have an office staff.

Dr. Tracey and her staff are wonderful! They keep it real with me in every aspect of my life. They are good listeners, very thorough in their testing. It helps me to pursue a healthier lifestyle and promotes a general well-being for spirit, mind, and body.

Best Dr in Buford Ga cares about her patients full workup blood,bone density,Breast exam. Never have I been treated by such a Dr. Its usually 5 minutes exam prescribe meds like an assembly line. Dr. Sills and staff are the best. Miss Mildred excellent office mgmnt knows how to handle insurance companies.

The Doctor herself is very thorough. She knows her stuff and will be sure to test you for everything. She is very knowledgeable and does care about you as a patient. But her staff is rude and unprofessional. It is hard to get in touch with the front desk. They put me on hold and hung up on me. The scheduling lady acts as though she is deaf. She also yelled at me. When I went to the bathroom, the pee smell was overpowering. There was a pee pan in the trash can next to the toilet. sigh! I really like the doctor but the environment of the office is just unbearable. The doctor gets 5 stars but her office is a negative.I visited a second time because I had not changed my doctor yet and I had to see her. When I tell you, the receptionist cursed someone out on the phone, she yelled all through the office about a heading on a letter, the doctor will order food while seeing you, I asked for a copy of my records and its been two weeks and I have not received them. SMH. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! The staff she has is UNPROFESSIONAL!

I havent had a more loving and caring doctor. She takes the time to listen to your problems - unlike most doctors who are in and out in 3 seconds. In the 5 years that I have gone to her, the office has never smelled. The do take a lunch from 1:00 to 3:00. But they use that time also for phoning out prescriptions and work in patients. The dogs that are on the premises are well behaved and not in the patients rooms. She has always been honest and professional. I would highly recommend her.

Avoid this medical practice like the plague. It and the doctor (Dr. Tracey Sills) is by far the most unprofessional practice I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and I wasnt even the patient. I am the patients care-giver. The first day I went in there, I thought it was a vet clinic because she keeps her three dogs up there. Plus, she had kept her party decorations up for her dogs one year birthday up over a week in the office. I overlooked that and gave benefit of the doubt until the day she wanted to charge $15.00 to redo a letter that was not done right the first time. Thats just like asking a customer to pay-up for a mistake the business made when it should be consideration for them to rectify the problem if they want to maintain good business. Last but not least, the office takes a 3 hour lunch break from 1:00 to 4:00. Thats 30%-40% of the business day that office shuts down to its patients. By the time they get back, there are multitudes of patients waiting to be seen. Again, avoid like the plague. Its bad business with little to no professionalism.

I walked into this place and the seats and everything was very outdated and dirty looking. The reception staff is horrible. Ive been there multiple times and the last time they lost my contact and patient information and thought I was a new patient. They had to verify my insurance when it was very much so still active and once again been there before plenty of times. I waited for an hour in the waiting room to be seen. Then had blood work done that bled out of the bandage. It took forever for someone to come back and clean it up. I had a few to pay and they said two of my cards wouldnt go through when it had plenty of money in there. She obviously didnt know what she was doing. The same girl that thought I was a new patient. Dr.Sills is a very good doctor but with poor staff. They look miserable being there and act like they dont care about their job. I had an appointment for 10:00am and didnt get out of there until 1:10pm. I had a day planned and had to cancel it because of the horrendous wait time! I told her where to send my prescriptions and went there to pick them up and they havent even been called in in one day! How am I supposed to get better if I have no medicine to take. Im finding another primary care physician.

I had an appointment was at 10AM. And it was 11:30 before I even saw the doctor. Great doctor, but takes way too long to see patients. I was late picking up my son from daycare because it took so long. I would not recommend going to this doctor.

You will wait at least an hour..whether your going over results or getting examined.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is nasty! The staff is not good,i was lost and called to see if they could help me get there and they didnt answer the phone. When i got there they were not busy at all but instead laughing and talking to each other. The floors had toenails and dirt stains. I left before even seeing the doctor,this cant even be considered a doctors office!

Unethical withholding of medical records as they never called to inform me of abnormal blood work results. Only after I complained 3x times that no one had called me with any information did they then tell me I had abnormal results and I had to pay for a doctors visit to find out what was at issue. Will be contacting a personal injury attorney and my health care advocate at Kaiser.

Dr. Sills is a wonderful doctor who truly cares. She takes care of many patients, so sometimes wait times are a bit long, but shes worth the wait!

If I could give this a 0 out of 5 then I would. This Doctor refused to refill my prescription because I literally cant afford the office visit. She said everyone has problems and she cant afford to go to her doctor, either. SHE is the one who put me on a medicine 2 months ago that is NOT supposed to be stopped cold-turkey, as it can cause seizures and severe side effects. She said I cant help you without you coming in for a visit. Not to mention, the staff are the most unprofessional people I have EVER seen in an office setting, period. I will never be back to this office.

I do not recommend this at all. She makes you wait for hours , I finally left and got my copay back. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible... Today I waited for 1 hour and 40 min just to see she was eating her lunch in the back and this isnt the first time she has done this and I still didnt see her for my visit. It happens ohhh every time. Today was my final visit I will not return to her. I hope she gets her act together and stop making people wait so long. If I were you I wouldnt go to her but if you do just understand you will be there atleast 1.5 hours or more just waiting to be seen by her. I called the heath department and made a claim about her.

The wait time to see the doctor is horrible. I understand that each patient visit is different and some visits may be 10 mins and some maybe 30 mins. But I shouldnt be waiting 2 hours to even see the Dr. Im huge on customer service when I go into any place of business and I try my hardest to be very patient and understanding. Either she need to hire someone PA to work with her or schedule only 3 to 4 patients a day. This will be my last visit. My time is very valuable and I dont have time to waste just sitting here. If I could select no stars or negative stars I would. This customer service is horrible.

Ive been to her 2 times and both times she prescribed pain meds I didnt need. Then she drug tests me with MD LABS who charge me $977 for a drug test..she also sent into my insurance a tens unit and another piece equipment for my back which I was there for my hand.This has been nothing but a hassle for me and my insurance company..She is a SCAM SCAM SCAM...she is in with certain companies trying to SCAM the insurance companies..SHE IS A MAJOR FRAUD!!!!!!!!

I have never had an experience where Ive had to wait as long as I have to at this office. All I was waiting for was a consult and I waited for over 2 hours. Not to mention the first time I came in I was here for 3 hours, the doctor waltzed in 2 hours late with her 3 dogs and no shoes on. I will never go back.
