Make sure to ask for Chase for your cleaning. He is absolutely amazing. Professional, quick, and incredibly kind and personable. He always remembers me, my personal life, and asks for updates. Love him! Great clinic and dentists overall as well. Dr. Patel rocks.

My experience with the medical assistants has been good, they are kind, attentive and have listened when it comes to health problems. Dr. Borrego is super excellent, he has a lot of empathy with the patients, he always listens, explains, and gives support when needed (100%} My experience with the Nuse Practitioners, The Clinical Manager of the agency, The Nurse Supervisor, Staff of Support (secretaries etc.), Medical Equipment Staff has been a nightmare. Lack of respect towards me, they have called me a liar and they have threatened to hang up the phone when I want to complain about some service. I am a person of 70 years, and These people forgot that for 40 years I worked as Clinical Nurse Spacialis and I have a lot of knowledge, so I can question my treatments. They are not empathic with the patient, they disrespect them. Even so, I have been with them for 8 years and why that I will not find a doctor as professional as Dr. Borrego

I am a new patient here at Tri-County Internal Medicine and I called to make an appointment with Dr Borrego, but instead I have my first appointment with Dr Leah Macklin and I wasn’t too happy at first, but the appointment date was really soon so that was good, after that I immediately search for Dr Macklin reviews, to my surprise she is a DO and she also has experience in skin care which for me would be really useful due to some skin tags that I have under my armpit. At my appointment everything looked normal to me, the service was quick, they send me a link to my cellphone just to answer some questions about the Covid 19, very routine questions and then the wait to go in wasn’t that bad. They took my orine and blood sample and I had a physical done by Dr Macklin, and let me tell you, what a decent and nice and well educated human been she is, she is funny very friendly very caring she make me feel like we knew each other for years, I just like everything about her, she did take care of my skin tags also. I strongly recommend to anyone to see Dr Macklin specially if you are the type of person that likes to feel that you really matter to the doctor, I can’t thank enough to Dr Leah Macklin did I mention she is super cool?? Hahaha yes she is and what a big heart she has, Dr Leah let me say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did for me and for been the type of human been that you are, you are the best!!! Thank you.

Some of the office staff and the management all need to be fired. Americus is rude and does not need to work in no ones office. I would not recommend anyone to this place until they get a new office staff. Enter at your own risk. Depending on what color you are some people are not welcome.

This office has had a 360 degree turn around. I have been going here for years. This year they opened early, my Dr. Mary was on time. Everyone was smiling and happy. This was the best visit ever. Give them another chance. Something has changed.

I just recently purchased health insurance and call TriCounty to set up an appointment, I spoke with Americus and the reviews of her being rude are spot on, after setting appointment, I canceled, a path to better health and wellness should not start out with a disappointing phone conversation

Tri County Internal Medicine has been the only physicians office that my family has ever trusted. Weve been seeing Dr Dambach since the day he opened his practice. All social media feedback is reviewed by the leadership and actions taken immediately to rectify any bad experiences. So do not rely solely upon the one star reviews you see. Those are isolated experiences and do not reflect the actual beliefs or treatment you will receive at this office.I have never had an issue getting an appointment with one of the doctors, no matter the urgency of my illnesses. The team promptly answers every call or responds to every voicemail within a timely manner.Dr Leah Macklin and Dr Christopher Borrego are some of the finest physicians you will ever meet. They honestly care about you and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and most importantly, confident in their diagnosis and treatments. Each practitioner takes their time with you and truly works with you to find any underlying medical issues.The office also works with most insurances and has hours that meet your needs.

This has been the worst clinic that I have ever been too honestly. I have never written a review on google before but I am so beyond exhausted with these people. I was seen once and felt that they did not properly treated me for my asthma symptoms. I have had nothing but problems with them from incorrect billing to not accepting the payment on the claim from my health insurance and now that I am requesting records, they are refusing to diagnose or acknowledge my asthma even though that was the very exact reason I went to visit them in the first place! They prescribed me medication and an inhaler yet still wont document my asthma. Essentially they are acknowledging that they prescribe medications to people for conditions they dont have? These people are not good healthcare professions and I would not recommend them ever. And they never answer their phone.

Very rude staff. I just returned from an abysmal new patient experience. I didn’t even make into the building for my appointment. I was met with a few condescending lectures about my insurance provider (which they were informed about when we scheduled the appointment). I’ll have to go to urgent care and find a new doctor another day.

I called Tri County to set up an appointment with my NP Brooke and was surprised, worried and sad to hearShe is no longer with us my first reaction was Is she OK? What do you mean she is no longer with us?! I was very upset that a message was never sent out on the Bulletin of the Follow My Health app, I think that is so unprofessional for them not to notify her patients. Myself and my whole family have been coming to this practice to be cared for by Brooke and I have sent many new patients here because of her. I have never met another provider that bends backwards and goes completely out of her way to make sure you are getting the right care. To be completely honest we were all staying with Tri County because she was there. There are so many rude and inconsiderate people here at this practice that should not be working in Health care. The attitude on Mary and Melissa is so terrible and has caused my husband and I to complain but I am sure we only wasted our breath.....Dr. Borrego is great but getting an appointment with him never happens as I have always been told He is a busy guy and he isnt here much . Im sure this practice will lose many patients now that Brooke is gone. We will follow her wherever she goes.

Horrible horrible! . Our 1st visit was unsuccessful the assistants are cluelessOur second visit was worst. The office is deceitful, my dad is 79 and has Humana but because it didnt switch we had to self pay. I paid one fee went in my car left my dad to wait to see the DR. when he was done they charged him additional $45 no blood work was done he sat with the DR a few minutes and get for his existing BP medicine . There wasnt any explanation no blood work was done . all my dad needed was a script for his medicine . The staff is unhelpful.

Incredibly incompetent staff ruptured my vein during bloodwork and I passed out. Upon waking they asked me if Im a heroin addict then charged me $12,500. Dont go here unless youve lost your will to live.

I wish I could give Zero stars. I was a patient a few years ago. I went to them 3 times in the same month for the a chronic cough (non-smoker). 3 times I was misdiagnosed. I then went to a real doctor an M.D. not a D.O. My cough was asthma.The billing department is extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.Don’t waste your time. Go to a real doctor your health and wallet will thank you.

I have been to this doctors office several times I have seen the nurse practitioners last 2 times once Mary and then Melissa both very professional and very caring. I really haven’t experienced bad visits here. Last time I had the flu B at the beginning of March this year and Melissa even Gave me a sample of a flu medicine there in the office. That saved me at least $100. I like this doctors office and definitely will be returning if and when I am sick again. Great experience!

Great Office!I dont know why there are so many negative reviews. I had the best experience. I made an appointment because of severe pain and they got me in the next day.The young lady at the front desk was wonderful and even though I have only catastrophic insurance she was able to verify my benefits and informed me that I am actually covered partially. She also went on to write down all the benefits I have and the ones I dont.After a little bit of a wait - this was to be expected of me due to them working me in to their schedule.Dr. Borregos nurse was wonderful as well as the x-ray technician. And I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Borrego. He is very thorough and is making sure he is finding the cause for my pain. He asked lots of questions to try to pinpoint the source of my pain.Checking out was easy.I already received follow up call with schedule for ultrasound this morning.The staff is very friendly and courteous. I will be only going to this office from now on! I can only recommend this office.

The worst part isnt even the wait times. Rude staff. Physicians are fine but they or management choose to have unpleasant front end workers. Ive been coming for for years but am now finally writing a review because I wont be returning. The physician being decent isnt enough to qualify as a good experience if the moment you call or the moment you walk in youre forced to deal with miserable people who hate what they do. If youre looking for primary care and especially if youre looking for a Spanish speaking office, please continue your search. Sorry Dr. Borrego, its not you, its your staff.

Ive been going here since I was seven years old. Its now been 14 years Ive been going here. I think its a pretty good place. I specially think Dr. Borrego is awesome, helpful, kind, and always tries his best. He has been helping my family and me for a long time now and I really appreciate it. I love that he also speaks Spanish because my parents have a harder time understanding English. Also a lot of the staff speaks Spanish making it easier to communicate for those who cant speak English so well. The only reason Im only giving it 4 stars is because there have been a few times where some things didnt exactly go the way they should have. However overall it has been a wonderful experience.

Great practice with 3 physicians and atleast a half-dozen physicians assistants/nurse practitioners. The staff is very nice and the office is a bilingual office to assist all. It is fairly quick to get in and be seen. They see patients of all ages.#LetsGuide

Long wait times despite having an appointment scheduled and arriving on time. I had a procedure done and before doing it I was told it was preventative, so I gave the thumbs because my insurance covers it. Weeks later I got a $220 bill and it was tagged as surgery, needless to say my insurance didnt cover any of it. You call them and always get voicemail, and they dont call you back. Plus their online system is awful, they misspelled my name and I had to keep calling to get it fixed and its still not fixed. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Mixed feelings, the assistant and staff were friendly. The PA that I saw was cold, quick and actually said, while I was explaining something that she didnt care about the details or story, she was getting me a pamphlet for a vascular doctor. They charged me a higher office visit level charge for what I dont know. I didnt even see a doctor, and the PA did absolutely nothing. She didnt ask me anything, listen, check or care. I thought maybe she was busy, however, when I left, she was sitting with the office staff, talking and laughing. I will not be going back and now have to look for someone to establish service with as I just moved to Georgia. Disappointed with the service. Simone was awesome with the referral and the Quest blood draw person was also very pleasant.

Ive been coming to this place for at least six years. I keep hoping things will change but the communication is absolutely awful. Test results, blood work, refills have all been a problem over the years. The main issue is that I rarely speak to a human. Much of the communication is done electronically. Test results are given in short, cryptic phrases using an app that end up with me calling for clarification. This always means leaving a message and waiting on a call back in one or two days. If theres an issue with a prescription, no one calls. You have to go to the pharmacy and hope that they know what happened. If the pharmacy doesnt know why the prescription wasnt filled, then you call, leave a message and wait for a call back. Sometimes no one from tricounty calls you back. Its an ongoing thing and it hasnt gotten better.I will say that the staff is very nice and the doctors are efficient and dont BS you about anything. I have never had any issues getting blood taken and I love the fact that there is someone on staff who takes blood constantly because I never feel the needle.Its too bad because I really like the people but the communication problems have just never really been fixed.

Waited patiently for 2 hours in a empty waiting room. When I asked the attendant what the ETA was she just said extensive. I left and went to Gwinnett clinic. Why their front sign states immediate care and walk-ins is beyond me. No apologies when I informed them that I was leaving. I will never come back.

I have to say I am somewhat disappointed and will be locating another provider. When I call to get test results no one EVER answers that line. If they do call me back and I am not available, no useful information is left in the voice mail. They have a habit or prescribing medications but no guidance on why or if it was meant to replace a current medication, or it is it an additional medication? I am through with the guess work and chasing people down.I am in search of a doctor who answers the phone when it rings.If anyone knows of one, please let me know.These guys may be great doctors but they are horrible communicators.There are more people trying to be doctors at this place than actual doctors.I do not think I have seen the same doctor more that once or twice in the 10+ years I have been going there.Time for a change

Mellissa is great. Very attentive and will speak to you. Dr. Dambach is very knowledgeable and seems to try to help. Not sure the coding is done right though because I ALWAYS get a bill from them for unpaid items. I have to call my insurance company to correct things.

This office is terrible ! I was a cash paying patient because I only have catastrophic insurance . I called prior to visiting to get the price, as well as I ask again at the window when checking in . Both times the price quoted was the same. They said if I had any test this would be extra, which of course, made sense . I did indeed end up having two tests done and the dr herself verified the amount of the test before I proceeded. When I went to pay they tried to charge me An extra $45. Long story short I refused to pay the extra and they acted like they were doing me a big favor by removing the charge. Most of the staff is unfriendly and cold acting . I felt I was in an office where people hated their jobs ! Never again ! They seriously need some pleasant staff to replace the long faces .

I went there because I was a patient of Dr. Dambach’s over 20 years ago, so I wanted to take my daughter to someone I trusted. In short, I’ll say that it is NOT kid friendly. Prior to my appointment I informed them that I have 5 children and would need a less busy time slot. Once there it took OVER an hour (with my 19 month old twins screaming most of that time) for the receptionist to call me up to ask for additional information and that was AFTER I sent my daughter (the patient) up to ask how much longer. Very upset and dissatisfied with the customer service there and will not be returning!

Im a patient if Dr. Borrego. I went to see him last on October 31st, and he prescribed me a medicine that required prior authorization. It is now the end of November and my insurance still hasnt heard from any of the personnel. Dr. Borrego is great, but obviously the rest of the staff isnt doing their job. I called the insurance and they provided me with a number that the staff at tri county could call in order to get my authorization, but no one took any regard in calling. Please if there is anyone that could help in this matter, please do so.

Horrible wait times, rude staff. They obviously dont care about their patients and make no effort to show it. Will be going elsewhere.Also, you have to jump through 1000 automated hoops just to get test results. Someone elderly that doesnt know how to work a smart phone would not be able to access test results FOR SURE.

I had an appoiment at 11:30 am and then they took me to the back around 11:50 after wards I waited in the little room in the back for about 30 min. How redicuous not to mention it’s my first time here as well.

The doctors are good, especially the sheep doctor, but the medical assistants do not help at all, they do not send the orders that are effective only until they want to do it, which hurts because the doctors are good.
