Dr Hughes is great! The front desk staff is so rude! Like if you hate customer service, just find another job.You wait forever to get a call back. Ive called several times over the course of 3 weeks for paperwork and to discuss lab results. I finally drove 40 mins to the office, just to be met by rude receptionists.As much as I love Dr Hughes, Im not going to continue subjecting myself to this rude staff.

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Nikki Hughes and she was absolutely the best! Doctor visits are not my favorite but I felt really good about her from reviews and meeting her in person did not disappoint. Glad to have found an excellent primary care doctor.

Dr Hughes is fantastic and the nursing staff also. I cant forget the ladies that check me in and out - OUTSTANDING. Love this office

This office is always very professional and welcoming. Each doctor I have seen over the many years have been amazing and take the time to listen to me and explain every thing until I understand.

My family has been going here for awhile. My experience with Danica has been perfect. She is incredibly thorough and does a wonderful job giving you personalized care. I would give her and her nurses 5 stars. BUT My family members experience has been completely different. This is the second time it has taken way too long to get a response for medicine refills. This time it was 2 weeks which of course, meant they were out.

I just wanted to say that Jennifer Khong PA-C has the best bedside manner in the business! She is genuinely sweet, attentive and professional. She really makes doctors appointments pleasant and enjoyable. She is a great addition to NAPC and I just wanted you and the entire staff to know how pleased my family is to have her on the team. Shes definitely a reason to stay with NAPC!

Dr. Danica is very professional and knowledgeable. She carefully listens to you and goes above and beyond to make sure all your concerns are answered. The staff is always friendly. The music selection is awesome!

I went the Sugar Hill office for some testing. Waited a couple of days and called for the LAB results. The office never returned my call, I went on their Website for results and nothing there either. I used the FollowMyHealth app to message the doctor for results and she replied back with most of my results are in and they look good. If most are in which ones are missing? Can I have the actual results but no response. I won’t be going back to this place as they do not take their clients health seriously.

Do not go At Sugar Hill location. Their staff was unprofessional.

I called the office trying to get a COVID test and they told me they didn’t have appointments available. So I decided to go elsewhere. After my call no more then 20 mins later I got a call from two different nurses asking for my info and what symptoms I had , and after telling them I went else I got 5 missed calls from a “DR” who I only spoke for two minutes after explaining I didn’t need his services anymore. Now 3 months later they have charged my insurance for an office fee and I have a copay for a visit that NEVER happened but apparently because they asked my symptoms it’s considered a office visit. It’s sad when a “DR OFFICE” try to squeeze money during a pandemic just for their own pockets.

Wife and I have been coming here ever since we moved to the area, and Danica Pinson, P.A.-C. has been absolutely amazing. Shes extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and detailed. Really takes her time analyzing and explaining everything. We love this clinic and Danica.

I wanted to tell everyone my experience about Donna in this office we were trying to get my little mama in a nursing home and weeks and weeks of waiting Donna made our experience so endearing I will never forget her kindness and patience in helping us untangle a confused. Love the convenience of this location but the office staff never gets back to you and the doctor I recently saw was the most unprofessional (and rude) one I’ve seen in my entire life.

Front desk lady was beyond rude and unprofessional. I will not be going back. She started yelling at me from behind the desk when I was at the door asking if my temp could be taken on my wrist. Just asked ..wasnt there to argue or cause a problem. Was there to see a doctor. Then as Im signing in she is still angry for some reason and with a raised voice telling me about their protocols. My mask must have tipped a bit while my head was down signing. Started yelling again pointing at the door and said I could wait outside. Not once did I argue or tell her/anyone no or disobey her orders. Shocked. Needless to say I left and wont be back.

Great experience today for my annual physical with Danica. The appointment was fast and thorough. Danica was very engaging. It was a huge improvement over my first physical here three years ago.

Ive tried a few different doctors in the area and feel that I have finally found a good place to stay at North Atlanta Primary Care! PA-C Pinson and PA-C Tucker are both so friendly and helpful. They take a genuine interest in their patients and really helped me feel better. Appointments are timely without feeling rushed and the Patient Portal is a convenient, fast way to get answers to any questions I have after an appointment.

My husband and I saw Dr. Addagatla for our Physicals, and we both loved her! She is warm, compassionate, she listens, and was thorough. She was also knowledgeable about a condition that I have, which is somewhat rare. From the moment we walked into the office, we were greeted by friendly staff all the way until the end - including the lab tech.We are making this our new Primary Care Doctor.

Primary doctor is not sincere and does not listen to her patients. If you do not mind being treated as a number then this is the place for you. My last visit left me disappointed and insulted. Despite sharing information regarding my symptoms being onset after taking a particular medication, the primary doctor immediately presumed I had contracted COVId without even asking any details about work, trips made, or any activity. In her words this looks like COVID. Other tests indicated an infection that was consistent with side effect of medication. If she had put prescription in on the day of diagnosis I would have had better rest as symptoms of infection impaired quality of life. When pressed on obtaining prescription 4 days later, the doctor responded that it would not help if it was COVID. She never asked basic question regarding nature of discomfort and even jumped to conclusion that I did not know difference between a bacterial infection vs viral infection. Long story short, it was not COVID but an infection as a side effect from medication. Doctor never followed up or even asked if I was feeling better. I would recommend another provider.

Id been fussing to a friend about the slightly apathetic attitude of my Primary Care Physician. She recommended Dr Hughesat NAPC. I am so glad I gave them a try. So much more thorough than previous doctor. And you cant beat the upbeat sweet nurses. Its like going to visit fun family and being able to share your personal concerns without judgment😊 I am changing my PCP designation to this practice. Love em.

I saw Jessica Walker today, a PA for Dr. Hughes. I havent had a primary care doctor since I was very young & have always been nervous about going to see any kind of Doctor & thankfully have rarely needed to find one so far. The office staff, Jessica herself, & all other staff I came in contact with made me feel completely at ease, and even though I needed to get an issue checked more closely & even though it led to some unexpected expense, I was thankful to determine that there was no immediate need of emergency medical care & can now get the further care I need with confidence. Looking forward to making Jessica Walker & Dr. Hughes my primary care team! Sarah & Trina were very nice & helpful as well!

Just had my first appointment. So far I am impressed. They were prompt, so I didnt have to wait long. The nurse was thorough and took my history in person (as opposed to me filling out 5 pages of history). Dr. Hughes is awesome. She listened to my concerns and explained her plan of action. Very thankful to have found a great primary care physician.

Had a visit with Dr.Hughes who made me comfortable and helped go over medical history and future appointments. She listened and gave me great advice! This will be my Primary care Physician from now on! Awesome person!

Dr Hughes was very friendly and I *think* I would have enjoyed having her as a primary care physician, however, her front office staff has been so rude on the 2 occassions Ive had to interact with them that I will not be going back. They are lacking in basic customer service and politeness skills. In person and on the phone, both experiences have left me shocked at the way they treated me and spoke to me. Dr. Hughes would be wise to invest in customer service training for office staff - or just hire new people altogether.

Dr. Hughes is the best doctor Ive ever had. She listens to you and works with you instead of just giving a diagnosis and a prescription then sending you on your way. She actually cares about you as a person as well as a patient. I am extremely grateful to have found such an excellent Dr.

The team at North Atlanta Primary Care in Buford made me feel cared for and prioritized. Danica was amazing and checked on me after I left to specialist care. I would recommend their office to anyone seeking a primary care physician.

Nikki Hughes is the best doctor Ive ever had! I love this office and all of the people that work there. Its always such a painless experience and I have such a nice time, in fact, it doesnt even feel like Im ever going to the doctor. I recommend NAPC in Sugar Hill and highly recommend Dr. Hughes!

If you actually want to hear your lab results, don’t go here. It is impossible to actually talk to someone there. They see way too many patients to keep up. I find it ridiculous that I cannot talk to anyone about my abnormal bloodwork.Otherwise my PA was nice and front office staff was friendly, but if you have any health concerns, this is not the place to get them addressed.

Dr Nikki is good. They start appointments at 7:30 but the clinic doesnt open until 7:30. If you are going to have appointments at 7:30. the clinic needs to open at 7:15.

I needed a primary care doctor so I chose this place and it only took one doctor visit and thereafter to have the worst experience Ive ever had in my entire life!. First of all it took three weeks to get an appointment with a specific doctor that they gave me. Secondly, the doctor ordered blood work and a CAT scan test. After about two weeks I still havent received any information on the results of that test after leaving several messages and a total of 3 weeks I was told to go to the portal and check the results test. Thirdly, it only had lab results nothing on the CAT scan and they didnt, couldnt explain why that was. When I checked out on that first initial visit they ordered a test done which is only done twice a month so here we are 3 weeks or so later and after I took off of work for that day for the test they call me nearly 5pm on Friday (test was for tuesday) to tell me oh were sorry but we dont accept the insurance for that specific test you have to go elsewhere. Of course that message was left I was still at work. Are you freaking kidding me?.. Im going with another doctor and place

I was looking for a primary care, with the fact that a came from Puerto Rico and I was just looking for a doctor who take care of me. It’s was my first time and the doctor including the staff and the front desk lady they’ll very friendly and nice. I definitely come back.

I wanted personal care, I didnt feel anyone cared about me here. I paid cash, no insurance. 22 years Ive taken the same meds, these doctors said I needed to take a drug test with them every month, pill bottle checks and bring in unused pills... sign contracts, ugh... Im back with my old doctor now. I didnt realize places like North Atlanta PC existed. Dont treat your patients like criminals on probation, you may get better reviews!

Dr. Hughes really listens to whats wrong with you and tries to help. Their staff is quick and professional and the office is really nice. Im extremely happy to be one of their patients

Dr. Hughes provides professional service, is respectful of your time and has that old school bedside manner so many Doctors are missing these days. As long as shes here, Ill continue going!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hughes since 2012 and she is beyond AMAZING. Id recommend her to anyone! She is so caring, sincere and patient!!

Love dr Hughes but there is a dispute with my insurance company and they did not pay the entire Balance of my bill and now they are refusing to let me make an appointment until its paid. Money hungry instead of caring for patients. Not to mention it took 3 weeks for me to finally get my test results because they operate like a call center and you have to call and leave messages and wait for them to call you back. They are unorganized when it comes to everything but money.

They are caring, efficient, informative and intelligent. The PAs and Nurses actually listen to you and then order tests accordingly. I have been coming here for a little over a month and with the meds they put me on, my blood pressure is already responding.

Hubby sees them, so I hear good doctor. But, they have an awful phone system as you talk to a call center type of thing. The call never goes to the office. The nurses never called my husband to give results. They never called me back in two situations to discuss about results, etc. I waited for almost 45 minutes to be called. Got up to see if they were going to call me within the next 15 minutes bc I had another apt. They said I should go to my other appointment. It just seems very careless.

I am very happy I chose this office as my family’s primary care provider, Dr. Hughes is simply amazing and knowledgeable.

I came in from work having a allergic reaction to something I didnt call I just got in my car drove NAPC, walked in told the receptionist that it was hard for me told breath and feels like my throat is closing up. Dr.Huges took a look at me and started to call out to her staff what she needed. She gave me the medication and I started to feel the swelling in my tongue and throat slowing down. If something else should happen I would not hesitate to run to them again. Thank you so much for saving my life.

When i needed care they were able to see me asap!
