My husband and I have been Dr. Patel’s patients for years. He truly listens, which I find rare in doctors, and impresses me with his knowledge and insight, which he communicates really well so that I feel I truly understand. Even when we don’t see him for long stretches of time, he gives us the impression that he remembers our past conversations. I feel seen as a human being, not just a medical condition herded through an office.The nurse practitioner is amazing, as well.The office is well run. Everyone is kind. You never wait too long.I almost hesitate to write this review because I have had great doctors in the past become so busy that it becomes impossible to get appointments when you need one. Dr. Patel takes such good care of us with such kindness that I want to share my gratitude.

Worst place ever. i needed authorization so insurance would cover but they would not do it. i have been going at this place for 3 years but will switch.

Go in on a Friday pay a 45 dollar Co pay for them not to call in prescriptions go back up there on Saturday talk to Pat about prescriptions not being called in and she said oh yea the Dr. didnt call them in Ill make sure she does it today before we leave today. Long story short my prescriptions still arent called in as of 430 Saturday afternoon now I have to wait till Monday. Going to the doctor is nerve racking enough but for me to pay and them not do their job is not worth it! We will be finding another doctor!

Dr. Patel is an excellent Doctor. He takes time with his patients instead of treating a person like a number.
