Very satisfied! I can’t say anything but good things about this place. This visit I waited a very short time before being called back.They immediately did all the usual things weighing, temperature, review med history…. I told my reason for visiting. They examined, Xrayed, diagnosed and prescribed. Considering all that was done it was only about a half hour deal as opposed to a half day deal. I was really sick so that worked for me. 3 days later I’m writing this review because I feel good!

Very convient and quick. The staff was very polite. The doctor was very nice and informative on treating me. The waiting room and the exam room were clean and well kept.

My visit there was to rule out that my cough was NOT Covid. They performed a rapid test (negative 😀), was examined by a very nice FNP and given advice about which OTC meds to take. There was no wait and no copay!

The reviews are accurate. This is a great urgent care office to visit. The staff is friendly and helpful, and my wait time was much shorter than quoted. A breath of fresh air in a usually rude and frustrating industry. Use Peachtree Immediate if youre even remotely nearby, its worth it.

I had an OUTSTANDING experience here. From the lady at the front desk (very polite and personable), to the cna (gentleman with ponytail) to the fnp-c who saw me. I had impacted wax and I was in and out and best of all, I CAN HEAR so much better now. They’re much more pleasant and thorough than the Lawrenceville office. I would def come back.

The provider Jody I saw in the clinc was amazing. She made sure that I got what I would need to get better. The Medical assistant Ashleigh was very caring. They were all just great.

Being new to the area it was nice to walk in and find kind helpful people. The wait was anticipated to be 2 1/2 hours and we ended up waiting about an hour. The doctors and nurses didnt make us feel rushed and they had smiles on their faces. Thank you for all you do and stay safe!

This place is amazing! They got me in and took great care of me. The doctor and nurse I saw were amazing they explained everything and were so caring! I will definitely come back here if I need to go to urgent care again.

Ive been to quite a few urgent cares and this one was one of the best and most professional ones Ive been to. They even have an x-ray on site. Ive been here twice and the first time, the nurse practitioner told me they couldnt do a blood test so she suggested I try my primary care physician rather than billing me just to tell me the same thing an hour later. MUCH APPRECIATED in this economy. Only complaint is that the receptionist speaks very softly so its hard to hear her sometimes , but shes very kindz which is why that doesnt remove any stars. Very good experience.

This facility is great. Making an appointment and checking in was very easy. The staff was professional and helpful and saw me promptly. They listened to all of my concerns and questions and gave me helpful insight into my diagnosis. I will be back if I am in need of immediate care and will refer all my friends and family.

Got in quickly. Very thorough. And everyone from checkin to leaving was extremely pleasant and did all they could to have me leave comfortable and assured of my treatment plan!

Had an appointment for COVID test, had to wait over 45 minutes. When I did get in everything went VERY WELL! Prompt, efficient and caring attention. Above and beyond service was much appreciated under the circumstances.

I showed up without an appointment and they told me there’s a wait because 10 people were in front of me. I didn’t feel like I waited long at all before they called me back and took care of me Immediately. They were so fast to get me the right treatment and make me feel better. They were all very kind and I’m happy to know they’re only a few minutes from me if I ever need to go to urgent care again this will be the one I go to.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Dr. McElveen is a God sent to your practice and certainly appreciate his utmost care for his patients. I appreciate you all and will definitely refer your practice.

I came in with a gout attack and a sore throat. When I was asked what I came in for, a young woman told me that they can only see me for one thing. Seriously? Not the best way to inspire confidence.

I made an appointment on a Saturday and was seen pretty quickly. I loved the staff. The doctor was terrific. I left there tremendously impressed with my experience.

I was able to make an appointment online and be seen the next day for COVID testing. They are really busy but the wait wasn’t bad at all. My visit was quick and results came quickly as well.

Very clean and efficient, the staff was professional and courteous. Making the appointment to 5 minutes it was super easy. I was in and out in 30 minutes if that long. I took my text, received my results she gave me my documents and I was on my way. I’d had a pleasant experience and I’d definitely go back.

Was having a severe allergic reaction and needed urgent care on Sunday around 4:30pm. Without an appointment, I was in and out within an hour. Staff was very kind and efficient. Much appreciation for the nurse and provider.

Was a walk-in Sunday at 4:30. They were full and had a long wait. Girl at front counter killed it and got me see. In & out in 70 minutes. Great job on her part.

If you create an appointment online dont expect to be seen at that time. I waited over an hour past my appt time watching walk-ins go in before me. Once in an actual room I waited a long time before someone came. What is the point of setting up an appointment? It might be best to call in addition to setting up the appointment online. I for one will not be coming back

The receptionist was very friendly and professional. The nurse was courteous and efficient. The doctors bedside manner was professional, even while delivering news I was hoping not to hear.

I went to Peachtree immediate care, Buford, on Saturday because I had been directly exposed to someone who had tested positive for COVID-19 and I was having a few minor symptoms myself. The lady at the reception was very courteous and ready to help. She gave me directions on how to make an appointment online, which I did. I didn’t have to wait a long time before I was called in to be tested. The nurse that helped to take my samples was also courteous, friendly and professional. Thankfully the rapid test came out negative and a doctor came to explain the implications of this and the extra safety measures I needed to take.Another sample of mine was sent out to an external lab and I was told that I would get the result in a couple of days. A staff of the clinic called to give me my result which was thankfully favourable and he was kind enough to answer all my questions patiently and professionally. Thank you!

Still had about a 30 min wait time after my appt was scheduled but otherwise testing went quick and easy.

Reserving a spot online is a waste of time. I reserved a spot for 12:30; it is currently 1:09, and I am still waiting to be seen. I just inquired about how long, and was told I “should” be seen next. I understand there will always be somewhat of a wait, but this is ridiculous. To Piedmont Urgent Care in Buford, remove the access to save a spot because that is not how you operate. And the time is now 1:15, still waiting.

Made an appointment online prior to visit. I was checked in and out in record time. I saw one of the PA s who was great and very thorough. She gave medication and treatment options which I really appreciate.

Everyone at the Buford clinic was very professional and efficient. The nurse practitioner, Jodi, who explained everything to me was a wonderful communicator and also very compassionate.

Refused to treat me upon arriving. I have a potassium deficiency and I was experiencing symptoms. I was told that I could not be seen because I’d be putting staff at risk. I had a few symptoms that made them assume that I had covid. FYI I was tested for covid and it was negative and I’m even vaccinated. So shame on your staff for assuming that I had covid and did not take the time to treat my illness. I won’t be coming back.

I went to get a COVID test for my daughter today. I had a few question and concerns. To me the doctor and nurses responds seem like they were not knowledgeable of the seriousness of Covid. Their attitude seem very nonchalant. If the doctors and nurses are not taking this Covid serious how are the people in the community going to keep take it seriously. While sitting there for 30 minutes there was someone asking about a Covid test every five minutes, so that shows that there are people getting Covid it should be taken seriously.

As a retired healthcare manager the team at Peachtree Urgent Care of Buford met, and at times exceeded my expectations. Signing in went smoothly. The back office staff was friendly and professional. The Provider was understanding, caring, and listened to what I had to say. Five stars all the way around.

I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. Staff listened and asked a lot of questions to understand my issue.

Please avoid Dr Devapriya at all cost, she is the worst physician I have encountered in this clinic. I went there for multiple symptoms , she refused to listen and only treated what SHE felt mattered. The most lingering symptom which I mentioned to her and am still suffering from she completely ignored. Claiming that my insurance would not handle the blood panel test I requested when I went to this same location before to get the same tests done .A complete waste of my time

Got a DOT physical. I have some issues that need fixing, but everything went smoothly. Got a 3-month cert instead of a year. I recommend anyone needing a DOT physical to use Peachtree Immediate Care.

Carla and Zaraida are very professional and friendly. I came in with a worried attitude but they calmed me down immediately. I highly recommend this place. Also the facility is very clean and they take precautions for the safety of Covid.

Nothing to share. They could not help me. The person I delt with , drew, was very friendly but said he was a nurse practitioner and wasn’t able to fill any RX’s. I really didn’t ask. He just volunteered that.Medical assistant also very nice as well as the girl at the reception desk.No waiting.

Had the best visit to Peachtree Immediate Care yesterday. Haven’t been feeling well for a while and was hesitant to go there because I am still new to the area. But I had to see a healthcare professional. From the moment I checked in from the lovely lady in the front (didn’t get her name) Ashley (MA) and Jodi Nagel (NP), they were the absolute sweetest. Ms. Nagel patiently listened to me and validated my concerns. The wait time was minimal also, which I appreciated greatly. Such a wonderful bunch of people! Will be going back if I ever need to again without hesitation.

They were quick and efficient for rapid Covid tests. They were even down a person and still got me in and out. Very professional!

We were seen promptly and received adequate care. Two months later an unexpected bill came. Care is good but bill seems sketchy-beware!

Even though they didn’t have anymore online appointments I was able to get a rapid Covid test as a walk-in appointment.

Wish I could give a zero but the nurse was wonderful. My husband went there today because he was coughing and terribly congested and the doctor NEVER lays a hand on him! Didn’t listen to his chest or look in his throat or ears!If my husband has pneumonia or bronchitis how would she know?? Just threw some antibiotics at him and sent him on his way!Needs to go back to Medical School!!

Called about an adverse reaction to the medicine they prescribed and they truly could not have cared less. They didnt ask a single question to evaluate the patients safety, and when asked if they could prescribe something else they said no and hung up. Very interesting that this is how they handle a possible medical issue from medicine prescribed. This is of course after calling for 4 hours straight and finally getting someone on the phone.

I wish I can give 0 🌟 for this place since their billing department messed up and sending me a bill asking for my copay after 4 months. As so you know their rule is always collect the copay no matter what before you can see a doctor. And Im sure I paid them already. I tried to contact them and they told me send the receipt then they can waive it for me. To be honest, who will keep the receip of $20 for that long in your purse. Thats insane.

A little slow today but when the Dr came in it was worth the wait I think I love her.

The NP (Charles) I saw was extremely kind and listened to my concerns. All the staff members I encountered were super friendly and had me in and out quickly!

This was the last easiest process. I made an appointment for a rapid COVID-19 test online. I sat in my car until I received a text to come inside. I was immediately taken to a room and the test was done right away. So easy!

I needed a rapid COVID test after being exposed to it from a dinner meeting. I chose this facility because it was near my home, I could register online, and make an appt. time. I thought it would be a drive thru with signs in the parking area directing me on what to do. I was disappointed that no one was out there so I went in the facility. That was the only thing I was nervous about wondering who else may be waiting inside and if I’d be risking exposure again. The staff was cordial & I only waited about 10 mins to. Be taken back.

Employment gave me minimum information after I was hurt on job. Peachtree Immediate Care Staff was very respectful, caring, and very considerate. I had to make sure I was being rude due to my injury. Staff made me feel comfortable💯💯💯👍🏿

Easily made an apt online. I waited in my car till a text was sent to come inside, which was right on time. The PA and the Emory student shadowing her super nice. (I felt awful, so I don’t remember their names.) Covid test was quick along with the results.

I called with a question just now, chose the option to speak with a nurse, had a simple question about a medical issue. I was interrupted, and then told only, We dont do any of that here. No suggestions on what I can do for the medical problem, or any other helpful advice. I said, Ok.., and the person hung up.

Kind of slow but to be expected after 5pm and during a pandemic when they are trying to treat people at their cars as well. Took me in and were very quick to assess my needs and get me taken care of and sent me out the door with crutches and a boot that I wouldn’t have had otherwise. Thank you very much.

Don’t go with any kind of emergency near closing time or the weekend. Their machines are “broken” then!! Apparently this practice has no single working EKG machine as they are all out of order or so the staff say. What a coincidence it was 30 mins before closing! It was pretty obvious they didn’t care one single bit! Just wow!

The doctor and her student were amazing! The assistant that took us to our room wasn’t very pleasant and seemed to be in a hurry to move on to the next. That was frustrating, but over all, the experience was good.

I had an appoinmet that I scheduled in their site. I came 20 min before as it is expected. They move me into one of the rooms and let me there, waiting for 1hour and 30min.. The escuse was the only one nursepractitioner/Dr. Was busy

They were great. I actually went to the wrong location but they we’re just bd enough to work me in and do my Covid test. They were excellent in assessing me also!

First, I called six times no one answered. We decided to just go in. When we walked in there was one patient waiting in lobby and two receptionists just hanging out with no masks on. They told us there was a 3 hour wait and we had to stay because they were covid testing. The one girl was so excited to tell us that there was a wait. The other girl told us somewhere else to go and guess what that place was awesome. None of the girls were wearing masks while talking to us at this location. But yet they are covid testing.Maybe you both should learn something from other places you refer us too.

From the reception desk to my exit... Everyone was professional and courteous. 😊
