This one was a hard one for me to review. The people are wonderful, friendly and the staff is extremely talented. They went the extra mile for my wedding and had two people come in when they were closed to do our hair. My issue is that my maid of honor called a week or two in advance to get an appointment to get her hair curled on the day of my wedding with me. She asked the owner multiple times how much it would be and she would not answer her. The day of the wedding me and my maid of honor had our hair down and simply curled and my MOH had a braid, no wash, nothing It was completely a surprise when they charged me 100$ and my maid of honor 100$ for a style, no wash, no up due. My maid of honor would have done it herself if she knew how much it was going to be. I also got my makeup done, which was another 100$, and we were going straight to the first look from the salon. They refused my maid of honor when she wanted to put her make up on at the salon and told her she had to do it after we left. The eyebrow wax is also 20$ which is a ridiculous price for waxing. I have a few other issues with things that happened before my wedding but these things were a big deal and we’re quite upsetting. I love it there but I’m not sure if I will continue going after this and the past few things that have happened. I do think the people are very friendly and the staff is talented but the prices and events that happened definitely have me second guessing.

I visited 21st Century Concept Salon yesterday to have Jeff cut and style my wig for Easter. It was easy to find with Google Maps and I parked right in front of the salon. They greeted me by name and I sat and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere while I waited for the scheduled time of my appointment. Jeff was doing the long shiny hair of a cute young tween, and when he was done, she was delighted. Then it was my turn and I hopped into the chair. Jeff and I quickly bonded and we enjoyed some of that quick rapport that excellent stylists evoke from their clients. He was quick, yet deliberate, and carefully styled my tresses into a style that was just me!Jeff is a concerned and caring person who expresses his support for Roswell patients by styling wigs gratis for them. Ill certainly return to this friendly salon and to Jeffs capable hands when my hair grows back!
