I always have my hair cut with them.No complaints, theyre very good.

Been going here for years and always felt very good but now I kind of have to leave a review about todays experience 78 dollars later left there with a headache from all the rough pulling and an uneven haircut that I have to wait to fix it to in order keep my length when I specifically stated no layers before she began to cut last but not least the stinging flat iron burn across the the top of my forehead. So much dissapointment here. Sorry but I will not return for the sake of my skin. Not taking anymore burns to the face. Wish I knew how to add a picture here of this burn.

I took my 4 year old for a haircut. Unfortunately, the stylist did not have much experience and did not do the best job. First timer-forgivable. What was unforgivable-very rude management, who tried to insist that I needed to wait in the waiting area while my 4 year old gets his first haircut in a year. Not to mention, the double standard when a young couple came in soon after, and the girlfriend sat in a chair and waited while the boyfriend got a haircut.

Aida did my hair and she was great! The last time I went for a cut, I was told I couldnt get layers since I was growing out my undercut and it would look weird. She made it happen and for that, shes my go to!

Send is a better colorist than most (very seriously) high priced salons that I frequent. I needed a quick fix and now I am hooked. I get more compliments than ever in my life. I hope she is recognized for her ability. Amazing.

Not great newbies right from school u rarely get someone who knows there stuff have haircutting books for no reason my mom 85 yr old grandma all walk out with identical cuts smh great clips as well

No one believes I went to supercuts for my hair. I tell them why go to some specialty crazy salon when you get a similar treatment for a fraction of the price here? Keep up the good work!

They did an awesome job cutting and coloring my hair just the way I asked for it to be done.

The customer service was wonderful. I felt as though the wait time was short and it did not take long to do my hair. Overall great experience and the employees are great at their jobs and at interacting with customers.

Worst customer service ever, just arrived at this location and there was no one in the front desk. Everyone was in the back room laughing and joking. Had to call the store to be able to get any service from them at the front desk. What a shame!

They did a very nice Job at a reasonable price the wait was only 5 minutes. I love the hot towel on the back of my neck after they are done cleaning it up.

Be careful who cuts your hair because they really fd up my hair twice of the course of a year. Once was a squinting eyed African American woman who had no clue what she was doing that was my first bad experience, this was the Kenmore Delaware store. The other was a at the Delaware Tops Plaza this was the worst haircut I have ever gotten, she was a unkempt person, hacking, dropping tools on the floor and using them on my hair, didnt know how to use clippers, asked the other nitwit what was wrong with my hair? Wiped her nose with a tissue and proceeded to pick up a clipper head with the snot rag which she then used on my hair . I went to the Kenmore store because I knew Erica was the manager and she was the only person that did a great job cutting hair.one of her employees did an awesome e job on my hair correcting all the f ups from the other store. Beware of flakes hair stylist at Supercuts

Sometimes you get a good haircut, sometimes you dont. Some of the staff is really inexperienced. Cheap and fast, call in advance.

Worst haircut my husband ever got by the rudest stylist Ive ever encountered, who stood there and argued with me like a child that she butchered his hair, spoke over me while telling me not to speak over her. Never, EVER again.
