Washed my own hair and everything and it was still $45 for my straight back braids. I liked how they came out

The staff is very polite and professional. Each have their specialties, so be sure the one you book can do the style you want.Went two times and showed pictures of the braids I wanted. Each time the style ended up wildly different and the braids were too tight the second time.

This wasn’t my first time coming here . I had gotten a A lace closure with bundles / a cap put on . I was sitting under the dryer for way to long . It was a lot of glue stuck in my hair when it was time to take the weave out . They don’t care about the clients hair health they just wanna get it done n get the money . One time I had emailed them for braids & received no response :( Smh Will not Be coming back .

They were nice and welcoming. First getting a 360 lace frontal wig install and girl they did an amazing job. What lace ??? But the timing was terrible. I was in there for 5 hours getting a wig Install. It should take no more than 3 hours. But I loved my hair.

I cannot express in words how disappointed I was when visiting this shop for the first, AND LAST, time. A waste of great talent, to be honest. The unprofessionalism is disgusting. I usually only go to Dominican salons, but as a Black woman, I make it a necessity to support black businesses. However, this salon is the EPITOME to why people choose to not support black businesses. I like my hair, but I could have went elsewhere for the same results and better professionalism. Below I have listed exactly why I will never return to this salon:#1: Salon opens at 9 am, however, no one arrived until 9:45. Not to mention, my appointment was at 9:30. This is truly disgusting to me. The owner needs to take classes on how to run a business clearly, because timeliness is VERY important for business owners and their employees. Because the owner strolled in late, her employees follow her lead and do the same. No one even apologized, so I know that this happens often. This is when I realized that this place is completely unprofessional and GHETTO.#2: Lack of communication. The owner could not even get into contact with the woman that I had an appointment with. The owner does not know how to set professional boundaries with her employees, treating them more like friends, so they take advantage and do as they please.#3: While doing my hair, the stylist would stop consistently and go onto her phone and gossip with the owner.#4: It took so long for her to do my hair. While I do have a lot of hair, she kept stopping. This bothered me so much because if she was not distracted with gossiping and her phone, she would have finished my hair sooner.#5: Along with improving their etiquette, they should improve their work attire. They way you present yourself, especially during first impressions, is highly important.overall, this place disappointed me due to the ignorance of the staff members. There is a time and place to be ghetto, and within your professional establishment IS NOT the place. They are talented in hair styling, but they need to improve on their etiquette and timeliness. I was truly disappointed in their unprofessionalism. I am use to going to salons that open on time, with employees arriving 10-15 minutes before the opening time. While gossiping is salon culture, stylists that I usually go to do not let it interfere with their work. I will continue to travel hours away to get my hair done because my first impression of Buffalo hair salons are tainted due to this experience.
