Im so happy with my hair! I got my hair cut about a week ago with Sarah for the first time and she did an amazing job. I am still loving it. I had to chop it off because of postpartum hair loss and I feel so much better about my hair. Will definitely be returning!

Wanted to find a salon that uses organic and natural products. I found this place and decided to try them out. I was nervous and haven’t had my hair cut or colored in 4 years due to a bad past experience at another place. The owner greeted me right away and was very kind I was unsure what kind of cut I wanted she helped explain options and made sure I was comfortable with the cut and color. My hair turned out better than I could imagine and I felt safe with her products she offers. I would recommend this salon and will go back! Thanks for a great haircut and color

Ive been coming here to see Jules for years and have always loved the results. My son has autism and haircuts are so hard weve been butchering them at home for years but decided he needed a good cut. Kelsey used to work at Hair Haven cutting kids hair so we asked her to work with us. We brought him in, had a new toy hidden to keep him calm, and left him in there by himself with them with our finger crossed. Not even 15 minutes later he was waiving us in because he was done! She truly has a way with kids.

I just realized that I have been here twice now and never wrote a review on how AMAZING this place is. I absolutely LOVE the girls in here. I have had Josie and Haley both do my hair and the results have been nothing short of wonderful both times. I stumbled across this place due to a recommendation from a family friend and I have no plans on going anywhere else! I have had horrible luck in the past with salons and I have been working on getting my hair from black to platinum blonde for over a year now, within two sessions at natural roots I went from a brass/orange blonde to platinum blonde.Side note: I also love the hair products..Kelsi helped me pick out the right products for my hair and I must say, the purple shampoo and the hair treatments they have are natural and keep my hair looking and feeling so healthy. I have used no other products on my hair since buying these products. I am amazed each time I buy a new product. I will be going here tomorrow for a cut / root touch up with Haley. I am super excited and cannot wait to see my new do!

The staff at natural roots is so knowledgeable and friendly. They always do an amazing job. And they are reasonably priced. I absolutely recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have been wanting my hair highlighted in low lighted for a couple of years now a certain way I have paid a lot of money in the past just to get results I did not want. Natural Roots got it right the first time and the cost was at half of what I paid in the past. Awesome place awesome people highly recommend.

My daughter and I started seeing Kelsie regularly since the Spring of 2020. They had just remodeled the salon, making it look gorgeous and modern. They carry a wide variety of products, including professional styling tools, hair masks, toners, and shampoo/conditioners. All of their hair dyes are made with natural products. They have a large variety of colors to dye, giving you lots of options. Kelsie is fast at applying color, and it looks great! The color is applied evenly, which I care about since when Ive gone to other salons in the past Ive run into this issue. Over several visits, she turned my daughters hair blonde in a healthy way, so it didnt fry. Kelsie is very knowledgeable. Shes my go-to person for questions about what I should do with my hair, or if Im having hard water issues at home. I also like the way she cuts my hair. She helped me restore it back to health. Their prices are great too! Cities styling, but suburb pricing. They also offer Venmo or Square for payments.

Just underwent a beautiful remodel! Staff is fantastic, prices are very reasonable, and I always leave with exactly what I asked for. Truly cannot recommend enough!

I love my hair!! I got my hair colored and cut by Melanie. She did an amazing job and I felt comfortable the whole time. I do plan on seeing her again!

I went to Jules to get my hair done and it turned out horribly I told her I wanted all over blond with rose gold highlights and I wanted my hair straightened. She didn’t straighten my hair, She only did blond highlights when I told her I wanted all my natural color gone. The highlights that were supposed to be rose gold ended up being an ugly pink. There are also yellow spots from the bleach on parts of roots and in other spots she didn’t even color to root. I don’t usually give reviews but I’m pretty disappointed on this one.

Great place!! Everyone is SO friendly!! They really listen to want you want!! And the salon is SO adorable inside!! Love it!! Totally recommend!! My girl is Jules!! 😊

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! I visited the salon the night before Thanksgiving. I asked the stylist, which is also the salon owner kelsie,for some highlights to blend in with my gray hair that was coming in at the root. My hair was to the middle of my back shiny, and in good condition. I asked about olaplex because she was going to bleach my hair and she said she doesn’t use that. She foiled my entire head and put me under the hair dryer twice. After the shampoo she brushed out my hair, she then cut my hair to right below shoulder length. I could feel my hair was dry and she said it felt funny because of the styling product she put in after the cut. I did not get a chance to see the back of my hair. The lighting was very dim in the salon and it was evening. After she was finished I felt rushed out of there before I could get a good look at my hair. The next morning I looked at my hair in natural lighting and realized how damaged it was. In the shower my hair literally felt like spaghetti noodles breaking off. In better lighting I saw how terrible the highlights were uneven, orange, splotchy, and there were rings of various colors around my head. I texted her that day with these pictures I have posted telling her I was upset with the condition of my hair and I needed to go somewhere else to have it fixed. She offered for me to come back to her and she could re-bleach it. I declined that offer as I knew my hair was not going to handle any more bleach. After I saw what my hair looked I would not walk into that salon if you paid me. I told her I wanted my money back at least partially for the service of my hair. She refused. Stating that the damage was to be expected when you put bleach on your hair. I understand mistakes happen. She was very nice to me in person and the reason I went to her was because of the good google reviews I read. But this is unacceptable. I had to go to two other salons to get treatments and have my hair cut shorter, it was breaking off at ears length. Now my hair has been colored very dark until the damage can grow out which would be about a year. The two other salons I have visited since told me there was no way she did not notice the damage and uneven spots the bleach caused to my hair. I understand mistakes happen but this has cost me not only hundreds of dollars but also the integrity of my hair! The right thing to do would have to refunded my money.**Pics are of my hair the next day**

Loved the service! Janine was my stylist. This was my first visit and I was not disappointed. She was very friendly, made me feel welcome, asked and listened to my ideas but was informative and ready to give me advice when I asked. Janine took my long drab locks, cut 5 off, and gave me a short lob that is fantastic! I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair before, Thanks Again Janine!!

Went in for highlights. Got gray hair strands. Went back, picked another color, only got red hair. No blonde. I would not recommend this place.

I brought my foster princess there and the ladies were so sweet to her. She was very skeptical of the whole idea of getting her haircut and we had cancelled a few appts prior to this one but the women were great and made her feel comfortable and beautiful. She loved it and we had a great experience. She felt special and very pretty with sparlkes in her hair and an awesome braid. Plus she left with a goodie bag for her and her big brother at home. Thank you so much.
