I had an appointment scheduled two months earlier. They called me for a money deposit a night before appointment and asked for credentials over the phone. they just told me that your alternative is to stop by and pay us half of your treatment, otherwise, we will cancel it!!!!!. They dont have any online payment and I think the way treated me was so unprofessional to cancel my appointment during a high demanding season. I made call and sent them email but they even ignored my message that I will make the appointment (Ive already scheduled). When I stopped by salon, they told me that we gave your time to others and your stylist time is full!!!!!! It was unethical and unprofessional. I was an old customer who got used to come to this Salon every other months. It has been close to me and I felt so comfortable with my hair stylist, Ruthy, who is amazing. But, after they canceled my hair treatment a night before of appointment, in Christmas week. Im done with this Salon. I just want to let know, about bad customer service.!!!! they are inconsistent in booking and their requirements so please careful if you book for an important event.

I highly recommend HC Studio! Donna has been doing my hair through many styles and stages for the past 14 years. In 2008 she totally supported me in rocking my silver gray hair, after decades of dying it. I get so many compliments on my silver gray hair, from both men and women. The customer service at HC Studio is exceptional, including their protection of everyone during COVID-19. We can look our best and be safe at the same time.

This was my first visit to HC Studio. Everyone at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. They had a little welcome packet waiting for me when I walked in with some information about the studio which was very cute. They also offered me something to drink while I waited which only ended up being a couple minutes.My appointment was with Lila. She was super friendly and easy to talk to during the entire appointment. She quickly got a grasp on what I was looking for and made some excellent recommendations without being pushy about it. She gives an awesome scalp massage! I came out with a great haircut that she styled perfectly. They also use very nice, high quality products.Overall Im super happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back again. Thanks HC Studio!

I feel lucky to have received a Nift for HC Studio, because I finally found my place! I have been getting hair cuts here and there over the past several years, never having found any stylist that I loved. Today I had an appointment with Lindsey and was impressed by her calm, friendly, laid-back demeanor, and she gave me a damn good hair cut, too! The studio as a whole was very welcoming and clean. I throughly enjoyed every part of my experience there and I will definitely be going back and will be recommending them and Lindsey.

Susan Healy was put on earth to do hair color...she is a genius! I do highlights with some foils. She gets it perfect every time and I have no idea how she does it SO FAST. I get so many compliments on my hair color. The whole experience at the salon is great. Long head massage with your shampoo makes it a true joy. My daughter goes to Valerie and LOVES HER for cuts and color with highlights.

Really wanted to like this salon. The stylist are friendly and its in a great location. Unfortunately the balayage fell short of my expectations. So much so that I scheduled a root correction elsewhere as soon as I left the salon. Did like my haircut but wont be returning.

I have been going to HC Studio for years, even while going through some very difficult times. I say this because its important to highlight that while my challenging hair almost always came out perfectly, I was also treated very compassionately, with flexibility and with true knowledge of the services I was getting & the attention they deserved while speaking to my stylist, sipping tea, looking at Art or getting Wonderful Product samples to try (With Instructions!).Ive had a beautiful Bayalage done, different Perfect double process techniques, a Keratin treatment (didnt hold too well on my perma frizz hair), wonderful styling & will totally work with you if you feel something isnt what you expected. Prices are absolutely not a Rip off & although there is much movement, it still feels Zen & No Attitude.They are Absolutely Holistically Amazing!Thanks to all at HC, especially Susan and Lindsey!
